GGuest UserHad a cosy, quiet and enjoyable 5-night stay at Herloom's one-bedroom premier twin room. Experienced some problems with the balcony door and bad odour from below the kitchenette's sink, and the support came to rectify the issues promptly. Breakfast was fantastic. All the hospitality staff were courteous and, without fail, asked for feedback for improvement. Kudos to the customer service team! Special shout-out to Ranti, who greeted us every morning with her bright smile and was prompt to help with all the requests we had during breakfast. Great service with sunshine smiles even on rainy days! Will definitely recommend Herloom Hotel and Residence BSD to travellers for a comfortable stay at BSD.

KKaito-55I stayed in BSD, a bit far from central Jakarta. I had to leave Jakarta for work the next day, so I chose this place for its proximity to the airport and its convenience. Apparently, it was originally planned as a residential high-rise, and there are several other apartment-style hotels on top of the same shopping mall building. Since these hotels share some facilities, you should be aware of this when using the gym or pool.

SSushi SauceUsed this hotel for a business trip. Excellent value for money.
The facilities are new and very clean.
I could even watch NHK World.
It's directly connected to the adjacent mall, so finding food was never an issue.
The gym is also clean and easy to use.
Compared to hotels in central Jakarta, which often have older facilities and higher prices, this place offers a much more stress-free stay.

AAnonymous UserThe check-in process was slow. I arrived at 3 PM, and the room wasn't ready; I was asked to wait 30 minutes. After a long wait, I was given a room, but there were still guests in it. After complaining, customer service provided a replacement room. In the future, please improve the check-in service and ensure that keys are not given out for occupied rooms again. The swimming pool facilities are quite good.

LLoumir2024This luxurious hotel located at anyer area, the beach area located across the hotel we need to used the shuttle provided from the hotel to the beach and car park. The shuttle going back and forth from one location to other, so we need not wait too long.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathroom also clean with complete amenities. There's coffee machine ready to used and coffee capsules. The staffs are very helpful from the first time we arrived and during our stays.
The swimming pool and kids play area is very nice, the spa, the gym and also the shops.
The restaurant ready to prepare our order and the food are delicious, we also stays to have lunch before we leave.
Overall very nice stay during our vacation, very pleased with the food and services.

DDhamayanti SetiadiDespite initially I have difficulty on checking-in because my message through the apps didn't quickly replied when I arrived at the apartment, but finally I manage to call the owner. So, I'm suggesting you who wants to book this place, to also actively approach the owner through the phone number mentioned in the apps for smooth process. The owner was so friendly and informative. We can ask anything to him.
When we enter our room, fits as its description, where it suitable for 3 person with 2 rooms. The amenities also quite complete, such as: towels for each person, dental care, soap and shampoo including eating utensils. Also there's magic jar/magic com to cook rice or warm our food and electric kettle. But I will be grateful if you can provide the dish soap and rug in front of the bathroom as well. (Is it too much if I ask mineral water bottles as well?)
Easy for check-out, just leave the key inside the unit and the owner will pick it up later.
Aside from that, since this place has many restaurants and convenience stores across from the building, no need to worry for starving in the middle of the night.
Thank you for the convenience and definitely will return to this place for another staycation with my friends.

MmoonindayExcellent! It's very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. Rooms on the right side facing the road can be a bit noisy, as Indonesian motorcycles are loud from morning till night. So, from my second stay onwards, I always requested a room on the left side, which is very quiet and ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast also has a wide variety of options suitable for Chinese palates. I really hope I can come here for a vacation someday instead of just a business trip. Even for business, it's great, perfectly avoiding city center traffic, and the hotel's ambiance makes you feel like you're on holiday!~ (￣▽￣～)~
