Took the skytrain aka Kalayang to commute between terminals. Reached T3 exit towards domestic departure exit take escalators near rightmost end from L2 to L1. Turn right at L1 following signs towards Hotel.You will see an A&W restaurant on the right side near the hotel entrance. Skytrain took 7 mins from terminals to terminals including airport express train to city area. The location is very Ideal for very early flight schedule or flight overlay. Quick check in. Good breakfast. Hotel utilized Ipad system to showcase their various services and facilities, also doubled as phone and messaging system for room service between the front desk, restaurant and room.

The best airport hotel I have every stayed. Very convenient for anyone on layover. Truly resort style view with amazing room, great pools and garden, and excellent breakfast. Transfer to airport is practical and reliable. Will definitely return! Thank you

Location: 15-min car ride to airport. Free shuttle service provided by the hotel at 1.5-hour interval. No other business or eateries around the hotel. Amenities: Basic toiletries provided. Only multipurpose soap is available as hair, conditioner and body shower. - No room slipper provided. - No bottled drinking water provided but you could refill at the water dispenser along corridor. - No facial tissue available in the room. Room: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers. I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises. Room isn't bright enough for working.

The hotel is new, clean, and well-designed, and a Big Smart TV including Netflix with a team that provides exceptional service. I was warmly welcomed by Edwina the receptionist, who was very helpful and ensured a fast check-in process. They even offered a complimentary drink (I could choose between infused water or coffee—a nice touch!). The lobby smelled amazing, thanks to a refreshing lemongrass fragrance. I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, modern, and cozy—perfect for both work and relaxation. As part of their benefits, I received a complimentary breakfast. Though it was light, it was just enough to start my busy day. One of the best features is the direct connection to Carstensz Mall, one of the best malls in the BSD area. With plenty of restaurants and retail options, everything I needed was conveniently within reach. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’ll definitely be back next month! Lovely hotel, great value for money, nice breakfast options, pleasant pool. Stay here every time we want to be in tangerang! Staff are friendly and helpful too. I do have a suggestion though: I wanted a king bed non-smoking room and all deluxe rooms were occupied I asked if the double beda could be put together but would have been happy to pay extra to upgrade to executive but was not offered.

I stayed here with my family for a New Year's Eve trip to explore the PIK 2 area. We had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff was incredibly generous; since the room type I originally booked wasn't available, they upgraded us to a higher-level room and included free breakfast, which was a wonderful surprise. The vibe is very traditional Chinese, so it feels very welcoming for Chinese travelers or anyone who appreciates the culture. The room itself felt brand new, spacious, and very clean. It’s also quite modern—we loved the voice control feature for the lights and curtains! Small details made the difference: we got welcome drinks and even free mochi ice cream in the lobby. There is also free flow mineral water in the hallway and the drinks in the in-room minibar were free. For breakfast, don't expect a massive international buffet like in huge hotels, but the selection is decent. It focuses on authentic Chinese dishes, which gave us a nice chance to try something different. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in PIK2!

First Time stay at 4 stars hotel and sure will come back again. I book deluex King Room for 2 nights and price are reasonable price , clean . Hotel Staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast as standard and normal.
