Hotel Dengan Pools di Brandenburg, Germany

The location of the premium room was very good. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. I know Tropical Islands very well; this was my 18th visit. Despite prior written confirmation that we could leave our luggage and sports bags at reception, this wasn't possible on site. Instead, we had to store our luggage in lockers until we could access our room – at a cost of €2.50 per day for a total of three days. Despite repeatedly pointing out that I had specifically asked, I was simply told that only ”large pieces of luggage” would be accepted. In the future, promises should be clearly stated, or the dimensions should be requested directly. As a regular guest, this makes me feel cheated.

This resort and spa complex is much larger than it first appears. It features a network of tunnels that seamlessly connect the different buildings. It is an excellent choice for anyone looking to walk in nature and unwind in a relaxing spa. Accommodations are spread across several distinct buildings; while I can't speak for the other rooms, mine was perfectly fine. They also serve a truly excellent breakfast. The location is incredibly secure, quiet, and completely free from city noise and pollution. I will definitely stay here again the next time I pass through the area.

Despite the 10mins long walk on main road to the hotel (they do provide sign to guide you), I really enjoyed my stay that is away from the city. The front desk staffs are very friendly in helping me in renting a bicycle and using their sauna. A great place to unwind and relax with long cycling path. The breakfast is acceptable and filled with choices. The front desk staffs also informed me that they do sell pizza when I come back late one night as everywhere nearby was closed

Very big hotel, good dinner, delicious and not expensive, four talents less than 100 euros. The sauna and swimming pool are very good, although not big, the experience is very good. recommend!

Reception wasn't so good. A young receptionist, chewing gum with her mouth open, managed to force out a hello and then handed over the room key without explanation. We've received a friendlier welcome. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. The stairwells are not for use except at the reception. Therefore, the walks are very long.

I booked this hotel for my elderly parents to stay for a couple of days. Unfortunately the location is in the middle of nowhere and too complicated for them to travel to the city. I guess if you are looking for peace and quiet this would be perfect. But they loved the breakfast!

Wonderful! My last stay has been for 5 years, but you don't see the hotel. Specially, the friendly, careful, but unimpersive staff is to mention. You realize that everyone here is in the heart that you feel well, relaxed and willing to come back. After the current stay I wonder why it took so long that I was back there, although I enjoyed many weekends in hotels with spa just in winter. There is something to improve? Some saunas are a little small depending on the number of visitors and there may be more showers. But important is that everything worked and there was no maintenance bust. I'd like to come back, even soon.

Grundsätzlich ok. Viele Kleinigkeiten die hier und da nicht Top sind. Aber insgesamt für den Preis in Ordnung. - Abendessen nur Buffet. - keine Bar am Pool und im Spa. Sodass ins Restaurant im anderen Stickwerk gegangen werden musste, um ein Kaffee zu holen. - Minibar war nicht angeschlossen - Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, obwohl angegeben - Beschilderung im Hotel irreführend bis fehlend

I've read through so many reviews and can't understand how anyone could even begin to rate this hotel with less than 4 stars! The hotel is fantastic! Both the individual apartments in the outlying buildings (which we were able to easily exchange for a room in the building) and the entire complex, the hotel, simply everything! The owner has put so much effort into creating a truly fantastic concept and a fantastic complex! The staff throughout the hotel is incredibly friendly and accommodating! The breakfast has everything you need and is consistently fresh and varied! Whether it's the wellness area, the outdoor area, or the room, everything is clean and modern; you feel very comfortable! We travel a lot around the world, and this hotel offers excellent value for money! P.S. Given the size of the complex, you might sometimes have to wait a bit or the breakfast room might be a bit full. I can't understand why this could be considered ”bad”! Many thanks to all the staff and the owner for the lovely weekend!

The service was in a effort at check-in, but because of poor German knowledge it was insufficient. It is very bad if you get a yes to a question as a answer, but it is not exactly the fact. Unfortunately, we did not receive any clarifying answer from the German staff on a further request. And 35,- € or even 30,- € with discount are inappropriate for the evening buffet, as some foods have very poor quality.
