Ich habe mir jetzt sehr viele Kommentare durchgelesen und kann nicht verstehen, wie man dieses Hotel auch nur ansatzweise mit weniger als 4 Sternen bewerten kann ! Das Hotel ist klasse ! Sowohl die einzelnen Apartments in den außenstehenden Häusern ( welches wir gegen ein Zimmer im Haus problemlos tauschen konnten) als auch die gesamte Anlage, das Hotel, einfach alles! Hier hat sie der Inhaber so große Mühe gegeben und ein wirklich tolles Konzept bzw. eine tolle Anlage, auf die Beine gestellt ! Das Personal im gesamten Haus ist unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend ! Das Frühstück hat alles was man braucht und ist durchgängig frisch und vielfältig ! Egal ob Wellnesbereich , Außenanlage oder Zimmer, alles ist sauber und modern , man fühlt sich sehr wohl
! Wir reisen sehr viel durch die Welt und dieses Hotel hat ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Ps. Bei der Grösse der Anlage, kann es schon mal
vorkommen, dass man kurz warten muss oder der Frühstücksraum etwas voller ist, so etwas als „schlecht“ zu bewerten, ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal und den Inhaber, für das schöne Wochenende!

Wir haben 2 Tage mit unseren Enkeln verbracht.
Das Hotel ist für Kinder sehr geeignet. Das Spieleland,das Bastelzimmer und die Schwimmhalle haben uns gut gefallen.
Der Außenspielplatz könnte noch etwas attraktiver werden.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Als ganz besonderes Angebot schätzen wir die Großzügigkeit vom Hotel, dass man auch am Abreisetag noch alle Bereiche des Hotels nutzen darf und nur die Zimmer geräumt werden müssen. Das haben wir bisher noch nie in einem deutschen Hotel erlebt.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Dieses Hotel ist wundervoll! In einer tollen Landschaft mit vielen Optionen für Außenaktivitäten bitet es eine wundervollle Saunalsndschaft! Das Essen ist hervorragend (tolles Frühstücksbüffet und Abendessen und auch der Italiener ist spitze!

Wunderbar! Mein letzter Aufenthalt ist bereits viiiiiele Jahre her, dem Hotel sieht man es aber nicht an. Besonders ist das freundliche, aufmerksame aber unaufdringliche Personal zu erwähnen. Man erkennt, Jedem hier liegt es am Herzen, dass man sich als Gast wohlfühlt, entspannt genießen kann und gern wieder kommt. Nach dem aktuellen Aufenthalt frage ich mich tatsächlich warum es so lange gebraucht hat, dass ich wieder da war, obwohl ich gerade im Winter viele Wochenenden in Hotels mit Spa genieße.
Gibts was zu verbessern? Einige Saunen sind je nach Besucherzahl etwas klein und es könnte mehr Duschen geben. Wichtig ist aber das Alles funktioniert hat und es keinen Wartungsstau gab.
Ich komme gern wieder, sogar bald.

Leider gab uns der Rezeptionist zunächst Schlüssel zu einem bereits vermieteten Zimmer, was nicht nur zu Staunen, sondern auch Zeitverlust führte.
Den ”Entschuldigungsdrink” konnten wir nicht mehr nehmen, da er nur von 12.00-19.00h gültig war.
Das schöne Innen- und Außenbecken sind leider nicht benutzbar, da der innere Bereich gerade nicht beheizt wird und auch keine Beleuchtung im Pool ist. Nach draußen kann man nicht schwimmen, leider gesperrt und auch eiskalt.

Der Service beim Check-in war bemüht, aber auf Grund der schlechten Deutschkenntnisse unzureichend. Es ist sehr schade, wenn man auf eine Frage als Antwort ein JA bekommt und es aber doch gar nicht der Tatsache entspricht. Auch auf nochmalige Rückfrage erhielten wir vom deutschsprachigen Personal leider auch keine klärende Antwort.
Und 35,- € oder auch 30,- € mit Rabatt sind unangemessen für das Abendbuffett, da einige Speisen sehr schlechte Qualität aufwiesen.

Despite the 10mins long walk on main road to the hotel (they do provide sign to guide you), I really enjoyed my stay that is away from the city. The front desk staffs are very friendly in helping me in renting a bicycle and using their sauna.
A great place to unwind and relax with long cycling path. The breakfast is acceptable and filled with choices.
The front desk staffs also informed me that they do sell pizza when I come back late one night as everywhere nearby was closed

Im Großen und Ganzen ein toller Aufenthalt mit Übernachtung.
Waren das erste mal hier.
Es gab sehr viel zu bestaunen und sehr viele interessante Attraktionen.
Beim Frühstück gab es mind. 30 min keine Löffel, weder Groß noch Klein. Diese wurden u.a. benötigt um normal Müsli essen zu können. Auch nach meinem Hinweis an das Service Personal ist nichts passiert.
Personal war auch zu 98% top, Ausnahmen gibt es fast immer, z.B. im Fast Food Restaurant ist mir eine Dame aufgefallen die stark genervt war und das auch gezeigt hat und ein älterer Rettungsschwimmer hat uns ziemlich unfreundlich angesprochen als wir 9:05 den großen Pool beschwimmen wollten, der ja 9 Uhr öffnet aber noch mit einer Schwimmleine abgegrenzt war, war etwas unscheinbar und wussten wir nicht.

Die Lage des Hotels ist verkehrsgünstig und nahe eines Sees gelegen. Das Restaurant, sowie die Zimmer waren während der Weihnachtsfeiertage sehr gut besucht. Trotzdem waren die Kellner alle sehr auf die Zufriedenheit der Gäste bemüht. Unser Zimmer war sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Der Spa Bereich war zu unserer Zeit ebenfalls gut besucht, trotzdem konnte man entspannen und den Saunabereich genießen. Der Poolbereich ist sauber und gepflegt. Das gleiche gilt für den Aussenbereich der Hotelanlage.
Wir genießen unsere Weihnachtszeit jedes Jahr dort. Sehr gern kommen wir wieder und gönnen uns die gemeinsame Auszeit über die Feiertage.

LLIANGHotel location is very good, right at the entrance of the train station, the train station has supermarkets and restaurants. There is a swimming pool and sauna on the ninth floor of the hotel, which can eliminate the tiredness of the journey. Breakfast is better, pure Western food, there is no way for students who can't accept it.

HHanbaobaomaoWe originally planned to stay for only three nights, but our kids loved the water park so much that we added an extra night. They played until exhausted every day, swimming until closing time and refusing to return to their rooms. The hotel is a one-stop shop, with a wristband that allows you to eat, drink, and play, which is very convenient. The only problem is that the hotel towels aren't changed daily. Fresh towels were only provided on the first day of check-in, and you had to rent them from the sauna for the next few days, which required a deposit. Overall, our five-day stay was a wonderful experience, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. We were reluctant to leave and look forward to our next visit.

GGuest UserReception wasn't so good. A young receptionist, chewing gum with her mouth open, managed to force out a hello and then handed over the room key without explanation. We've received a friendlier welcome.
Breakfast was good.
Room was clean.
The stairwells are not for use except at the reception. Therefore, the walks are very long.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for my elderly parents to stay for a couple of days. Unfortunately the location is in the middle of nowhere and too complicated for them to travel to the city. I guess if you are looking for peace and quiet this would be perfect.
But they loved the breakfast!

RRoy B.Wonderful! My last stay has been for 5 years, but you don't see the hotel. Specially, the friendly, careful, but unimpersive staff is to mention. You realize that everyone here is in the heart that you feel well, relaxed and willing to come back. After the current stay I wonder why it took so long that I was back there, although I enjoyed many weekends in hotels with spa just in winter.
There is something to improve? Some saunas are a little small depending on the number of visitors and there may be more showers. But important is that everything worked and there was no maintenance bust.
I'd like to come back, even soon.

GGuest UserUnfortunately, the receptionist gave us the keys to a room already rented, which led not only to surprise, but also to loss of time.
We couldn't take the ”Excuse Drink”, because it was only valid from 12.00-19.00h.
The beautiful indoor and outdoor basins are unusable, because the inner area is not heated and there is no lighting in the pool. Outdoor you can't swim, unfortunately blocked and also cold.
