Excellent stay. Great customer service, housekeeping staffs are so friendly and infact all staffs are. But the only downfall is carpark. It should be maintained with lights and at least concreted as a proper carpark. Very easy to get robbed in dark and all sand and mud get into the hotel lobby as it sticks on the shoes. I believe the establishment can have a fair view on that. Overall 10/10. Definitely my go to place ..breakfast is lovely a few more selections can be overwhelming and yeah the chefs do need to learn to smile when asked for help . It doesn't cost to smile .

The venue itself was very beautiful. However, there wasn't much to do in the area. Food was incredibly expensive. We recommend visiting Crab Shack, which is just around the corner, for food. If you're not a family with young kids, there will be limited activities for you to do at the resort.

All the staff provided excellent service. I stayed in a dormitory, and on that day I was very tired from activities and couldn’t climb up to the top bunk. I asked the staff for help, and fortunately a bottom bunk was available, so they kindly let me switch. Thanks to that, I had a comfortable night. Even though my flight was delayed, the airport shuttle service still waited for me with a clear sign, which made it easy to find. They kindly offer luggage storage as well, which was very convenient before check-in and after check-out. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Conveniently located less than 5minutes from the airport, so if you're transiting then I highly recommend this place. I thought because it was so close to the airport it wouldn't be as nice as what it was, it exceeded my expectations, from the moment we arrived to catch the shuttle van to being welcomed at reception and escorted to our room, to the swimming pool and dining areas, it was just a great holiday vibe. We had dinner and breakfast, and the food was so good, and there is a newly opened cafe on site, all the staff were incredibly friendly, the venue is warm and welcoming and overall, our experience was a 10/10. Highly recommend

Perfect place for an overnight layover in Nadi. The only downside was limited access to wifi but overal al pleasant stay.

Enjoyable stay with standout staff… just a few areas to improve Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza. The resort atmosphere was fun and relaxing, and the team truly made us feel welcome. A few things could be improved: room service options were limited, so if you wanted something better you had to leave your room and go to the restaurants rather than having it delivered. Also, housekeeping wasn’t as thorough as it should be. There was hair in the bathroom, and the grout plus corners/crevices needed more attention. We also dealt with a constant flickering light in our room. That said, the staff were kind, friendly, and responsive, and they didn’t hesitate to fix issues once we brought them to their attention, which I really appreciated. Special shoutout to Temo at La Bottega Italian Restaurant, Esa and Kelly who made our nights at the Urban Sugar Beach Club an absolute blast, and Esava and Jo from concierge made sure we were well taken care of! The resort also had amazing activities planned during the Christmas holiday for all ages! Despite the few issues, I’d still recommend staying here, especially for the great service and lively resort vibe.

Nice hotel for a short stay, perfect for a layover as it's close to the airport. The room is decent with mini fridge, hot showers, bath amenities. The room has AC and extra blanket. Wifi is working OK. You still need to double check if the hotel have received your payment to avoid double charging.

Where do you start. Greeted us with sincerity and had bn upgraded. The Bures were beautiful, everything you need. But could have used a bigger fridge .Gardens were immaculate. Staff were amazing, kind, genuinely friendly. Went out of their way to know our names. At dinner we were welcomed with their welcome song. We stayed twice. We had already booked our timeshare for our second week and were very sad to leave. All the staff came together to sing Fijis good bye song ‘Isa Lei’ which brought tears to our eyes. Only spent three nights at our timeshare and rang Crusoes to say we were coming back. They welcomed us back with open arms. Snorkeling was great. Activities were pre organized for the next day. We loved every moment and we will def be coming back next year. We made lifelong friends

Great ocean swimming with a mountain view on the beach! Efficient facilities with kitchen, washer and dryer. A Korean market and restaurant within walking distance. Prompt airport pickup shuttle service.

The resort is very conveniently located, just close to everything. Inside the resort precinct there’s a dive shop which is great for divers. The resort staff are very hospitable with great services. Plenty of free activities provided everyday including fire walk, kava ceremony and fish feeding etc. Tours can be booked through the tour booking desk at reception. Highly recommended for travellers looking for diving and other outdoor activities.
