Très bon rapport qualité/ prix pour cette auberge de jeunesse nouvelle génération, tout le personnel a été agréable et compétent. Une mention particulière au chef cuistot du Birgit pour ses délicieux gâteaux faits maison, sa salade de fruits, son coulis de framboise et tout le reste au petit déjeuner. Je recommande cette auberge de jeunesse ainsi que le petit déjeuner XL

Fantastic place directly next to Mont Saint Michel. We brought our bikes with us and enjoyed biking a round the area and biking directly to the Mont Saint Michel avoiding the long shuttle bus queues. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff and good restaurant. The only small problem we had was getting through the entry gate to the area. There was a long queue of cars and almost everyone struggled getting through. When it was our turn we realized that we needed a code. A quick call to the hotel, who provided us the code, and problem solved.

I hesitated to book at Le Relais Saint-Michel based on the prior reviews, but we really enjoyed our stay here! They emailed us a code to access the gate to the hotel guest parking lot prior to arrival, and we just drove up to the gate, punched in the code, and drove right up to the hotel. The rooms were not yet ready for us at around 4pm (a negative), so we left our bags with the hotel and ventured out to Mont Saint Michel. This hotel is the closest to the monument, and the bus stop is right in front of the parking lot, so it was a matter of minutes before we were at the foot of the Mont. We returned to the hotel after exploring for a few hours, and the check-in was fast and easy, and we had a recently renovated smaller room (101) with a nice outdoor terrace with a panoramic view of Mont Saint-Michel, and a much larger recently renovated room (201) with an oblique rooftop view, although still very nice. We found some minor issues with cleanliness (the prior guest's facial wash was not removed from the room), but otherwise the room was clean, comfortable, and just perfect for an overnight stay. The mont was not very illuminated at night (we were there a few days before the noctural illuminations), but it was lovely to gaze at it at night and in the morning when there were no people about, just goats. Would definitely stay here again if in the area - our friends stayed down the road at another hotel within the gates and I definitely think this was a superior experience.

Pengering rambut dinding rosak dan apabila kami meminta pengering rambut pengganti dengan rambut basah, kami diberitahu mereka tidak mempunyai apa-apa! Tidak boleh diterima untuk hotel € 135 setiap malam! Sarapan termasuk di Mere Poulard yang bersejarah berdekatan (dengan gambar semua watak terpenting abad kedua puluh tergantung di dinding!); tetapi di sana mereka adalah kegemilangan masa lalu: sarapan pagi dan perkhidmatan tidak dapat dilupakan.

Fantastic stay - plenty of space for 4 (double bed and 2 singles, once which folds down from the wall). Car parking at €20 per night (if I remember correctly!) - this was very tight to enter but plenty of spaces and our large estate car managed it). Super buffet breakfast which was good value at €21 per adult (kids were free). Excellent location - 10 minute walk to the main sights, we would not hesitate to return

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and left with mixed feelings. On the one hand, the front-of-house staff were excellent, exceeding our expectations during check-in and with valet parking. We were also delighted by the expansive spa area, which features a large swimming pool, saunas, and relaxation areas. The room was lovely, and we even received an unexpected upgrade as part of the Accor All loyalty program. The open bathroom design isn’t my preference, but I appreciate the effort to modernise the rooms. However, there were significant drawbacks. First, the breakfast was subpar for a 5-star hotel, notably lacking any hot options in the buffet and offering a limited food selection overall. This absence of hot buffet items meant guests were compelled to order all hot dishes directly from the kitchen, leading to prolonged waiting times. Even more disappointing was the breakfast staff's demeanour. They were rude and consistently ignored us, seemingly because we did not speak French. We felt unwelcome, and when we queried why we had to ask three times for eggs, we received sarcastic comments. Additionally, there was no menu for hot dishes, and the staff struggled to explain the available options. There was also no hot food available in the buffet, which resulted in over a 15-minute wait for eggs—even though most guests spent less than 30 minutes at breakfast, making these wait times excessive. It also seems inappropriate to charge guests €30 per day for parking in such a remote location, especially when most arrive by car. This fee could easily be included in the room rate.

L’hôtel est conforme à la description. L’hôtel se situe proche du centre de Rouen, malheureusement il n’y a pas de place de parking au alentours il faudra débourser 7€ de parking par nuit. A l’arrivée, il nous dise qu’on a pas payé le tarifs de l’hôtel du au promotion, je me suis arranger pour pas payer ce supplément. Séjour agréable.

Il y a les toits des immeubles qui l'entourent qui bloquent la vue. La chambre est assez spacieuse et bien agencée. La salle de bain dispose d'une baignoire d'angle, mais aucune fenêtre. Les lits et meubles sont propres mais j'ai été désagréablement surpris de voir l'état des rebords et cadres des fenêtres noircis de saletés. J'ai voulu y poser mon téléphone pour faire une vidéo du lever de soleil mais j'ai été vite interpellé par l'état des fenêtres. L'hôtel ne dispose pas d'ascenseur et les escaliers sont assez étroits. Donc, pas adapté pour des personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite. Il y avait suffisamment de choix pour le petit déjeuner et la jeune fille qui nous a servi est très agréable. Il y avait juste certains produits (pain au chocolat, par exemple) qui n'ont pas été réapprovisionnés. Ce n'était pourtant pas encore la fin du service. Nous avons voulu manger au restaurant mais la réservation est complète. Etonnement, en y passant en début et milieu de service, bcp de tables sont vides mais on nous a refusé accès et renvoyé au restaurant de l'auberge en proximité.

I was the leader of a British school group who stayed at this hotel last week. Whilst we were there, we had the misfortune of being struck by a 24 hour sickness bug which affected 34 out of 48 of my students, so first and foremost, I would like to apologise for any inconvenience and distress we may have caused. However, our situation was rendered unmanageable by the simple fact that our group, despite a very clear request from our operator to keep us together, as you would logically expect for any school group, was dispatched all over the hotel, in amongst other guests. The booking was made 6 months ago, so no excuse for very poor planning, and for our concerns for the safety of our students. Our first cases started happening on the very first night. This was a particularly virulent bug which caused our students to vomit with no warning. Of course, when a student was affected, other students in their room had to come and find us. The only place we could use as a hub, given the situation, was the hotel lobby. This went on all night, and we stayed up all night, dealing in the best way we could with our sick students, stripping beds, moving students to other unaffected rooms when we could... The hotel manager/night porter (at least I assume he was the manger as he never bothered to introduce himself) witnessed the situation but didn't offer any help whatsoever, not even clean sheets. We had to ask for these and he very reluctantly gave us 3 !!! The next day we were met by the same man, who just proceeded to shout at us for not having any control over our students, going as far as insinuating that our students were sick in their beds on purpose... When I tried to make him see our point of view, his tone turned to sarcasm as he repeatedly said ”Yeah, yeah, you're right”... After much calm and patience I thought I had managed to get through to him, have an adult conversation, and I thought we had left in amenable terms when I got on the coach to go on a visit. We even smiled at each other and I really thought I'd got somewhere with him. Unfortunately, when we came back from that visit, the reception shutter was down and the man didn't realise that I could hear every word he was shouting down the phone again to his area manger. It was very clear that he was not able to try and see things differently at all... He also accused one of our student of being sick in the hotel lobby, but then changed his story when he asked to see the video footage... I could carry on at greater length... This hotel will not be a suitable place for any school group as long as it is run by someone as incompetent as this man, who displayed the understanding and interpersonal skills of Basil Faulty, but without the character and humour. Communication among the staff was also sketchy, which led to another argument with the manager... However, I could not fault the rest of the staff. Nous avons été très heureux de séjourner à l'Hôtel Première Classe de Le Havre Centre. Le personnel est accueillant, à l'écoute, joviale et toujours prêt à rendre service. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et même la douche est bien mieux que dans les autres Hôtels Première Classe car avec une porte de douche en verre plutôt qu'un rideau qui se colle à vous lorsque vous êtes mouillé. Vraiment nous sommes très satisfaits. Merci encore à tous les personnel !

This is a very basic budget hotel and the room is quite small. I stayed two nights in January so the price was exceptionally low. Room had a chair, small desk, full bed, two small pillows, a TV, hooks and rack for clothes and a tiny prefab bathroom, as is the case with out locations. The shower is very hard to maneuver in and only hand soap is provided in a container. Wifi worked fine. There's no AC. Heat was OK. Water was hot. Staff was friendly. It was about two miles from the beach and a little over a mile from the city center and train station so the location isn't great but it's safe. There are several gas stations and grocery stores nearby but dining options are limited. Clientele seemed OK and the grounds were clean. For the price or a comparable one, relative to the time of year, I'd definitely stay again.

Si vous recherchez un hôtel bien placé (au bord d’Honfleur à pied) et simple, pas cher, vous êtes au bon endroit. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et le personnel est très sympathique. Nous reviendrons très certainement.

Bonjour, réservation 1 mois avant pour une chambre lit jumeau pour mon fils et moi. à notre arrivée pas de chambre de ce type disponible donc obligation de payer une autre chambre 170 euros les 2 jours ! c'est parfaitement intolérable ! c'est du vol manifeste. La première nuit l’hôtel accueillait un groupe scolaire, obligé de demander le calme en appelant la réception à 22H les enfants criaient et couraient dans les couloirs. à 5, 50 euros le petit déjeuné, vous ne trouverez que de la frugalité, pas de choix et produits bas de gamme. Le personnel est toutefois très sympathique mais l'expérience est inacceptable. à la fin du séjour on vous propose une note à régler avec la moitié de la facture déjà réglé en arrivant ... Voyageant beaucoup avec mon entreprise c'est l'expérience la plus désagréable en hôtel, que j'ai pu vivre.

Thalasso et service très satisfaisants, mais chambre exiguë à la moquette désuète, ne donnant pas une sensation de grande propreté (tâches…). Chambres ultra chaudes pas de possibilité d’ouvrir la fenêtre sans faire rentrer tte la lumière, peu pratique.

L'accueil fut correcte, hôtel situé proche d'un carrefour très fréquenté. Niveau calme toit est à revoir, dès que personne passe dans le couloir les vibrations des ses pas résonnent dans la chambre, on a pu de même suivre la conversation d'une des chambre mitoyenne. Le plafond de la salle de bain est moisis et la peinture s'écaille dans la douche ce qui ne donne pas une bonne impression quand à l'hygiène, bon point il y avait 2 trousseaux de serviettes mis a disposition. Le lit est d'un confort relativement bas de gamme qui grince au moindre mouvement. Pour les boissons proposés avec la bouilloire j'ai eu la surprise d'avoir du lait périmé depuis 1 mois!

Une escale sur Le Havre et nous voilà arrivée dans cet établissement. Excellent accueil très PRO Situation géographique TB mais il fa être bon marcheur comptez 25 mns de marche jusqu’au centre ville (très sympa). L’avenue Gambetta assez longue peu faire peut mais franchement il n’y a pas de quoi. L’avantage est d’avoir des petits commerce ouvert à toute heure. Établissement propre (surtout les partis communs). Le PDJ est très sympa. La chambre est un peu vieillotte effectivement mais fonctionnel tout de même. Certes un peu vétuste mais parfaite pour une nuit. De quoi se faire un dîner. Une VMC dans la salle d’eau est urgemment conseillé.Le top reste le parking largement conseillé sinon bonne chance pour se garer. Établissement calme. Nous on aimé et on conseille. Merci 🤔🇫🇷

We very much enjoyed our short stay here, our room was just right, well cleaned each day and with a good bed. The staff were lovely, we got lots of interesting tourist information from the front desk and some top notch cocktail and wine service from the bar. The hotel is well located, very near to a long stay car park and a short walk from the town centre, we didn't try the restaurant but the breakfast was a good standard and the general over all feel of the hotel is very cosy and welcoming.

Very quiet hotel close to the airfield in Dieppe. We stayed in a family room 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Family of 4 with 2 children. The room was clean and tidy and well laid out. We arrived a 11pm and the reception was closed but a brief call to the number on the door and thankfully in English, we were directed to our room. We went to the local bakery 3 minutes down the road for breakfast and left easily the next day after paying the tourist tax at reception. There was a lidl just outside the hotel which would have been handy if we had needed to pick up any supplies. Good value stay!

Hotel muy antiguo, pero no está en mal estado. El lavabo de nuestra habitación estaba un poco atascado y el suelo tenía un poco de polvo y el parking no es demasiado grande. Por lo demás muy bien. Camas limpias, no hay ruido exterior por lo que se descansa bien. Hay microondas, máquina de café y de refrescos en la entrada. También dispone de desayuno tipo buffet.

오우 위치 최고에요. 기차역과 아주 가깝고 관광지와 맛난 식당 거리와도 가까워요. 시설 엄청 깨끗하거 깔끔하니 너무 맘에 들어요. 직원분들 친절해요. 여행 관광 및 택시 예약등 친절하게 설명해주세요... 주변에 맛집 아주 많아요. 아침, 점심, 저녁만 먹는다는것이 아쉬워요.

Hotel muy antiguo, pero no está en mal estado. El lavabo de nuestra habitación estaba un poco atascado y el suelo tenía un poco de polvo y el parking no es demasiado grande. Por lo demás muy bien. Camas limpias, no hay ruido exterior por lo que se descansa bien. Hay microondas, máquina de café y de refrescos en la entrada. También dispone de desayuno tipo buffet.

오우 위치 최고에요. 기차역과 아주 가깝고 관광지와 맛난 식당 거리와도 가까워요. 시설 엄청 깨끗하거 깔끔하니 너무 맘에 들어요. 직원분들 친절해요. 여행 관광 및 택시 예약등 친절하게 설명해주세요... 주변에 맛집 아주 많아요. 아침, 점심, 저녁만 먹는다는것이 아쉬워요.

Very quiet hotel close to the airfield in Dieppe. We stayed in a family room 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Family of 4 with 2 children. The room was clean and tidy and well laid out. We arrived a 11pm and the reception was closed but a brief call to the number on the door and thankfully in English, we were directed to our room. We went to the local bakery 3 minutes down the road for breakfast and left easily the next day after paying the tourist tax at reception. There was a lidl just outside the hotel which would have been handy if we had needed to pick up any supplies. Good value stay!

Great place for a stopover. Hotel is close to river with numerous restaurants. Disconcerting was having to ring a bell to gain access to hotel. However greeted by a rally nice an friendly receptionist. Car parking is 12 euros. There is a height restriction and would suspect difficult to get a larger SUV into underground carpark. Very steep and narrow. Make sure you remember passcode as need that to gain access to parking area and hotel. Big surprise was size of room which was able to divide into two by a curtain. Contained a microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee machine as well as a safe. Able to buy microwavable meals in reception. Bed comfortable and whole room felt clean and fresh. Nice size bathroom with both bath and shower as well as hair dryer. Separate toilet. Our view was over a modern courtyard. Not nicest of views. Would ask for a river view. For location and comfort would definitely stay again.
