Hotel Dengan Pools di East Java, Indonesia

Tinggal kedua di sini! Mendapat tingkat di tingkat 8, pemandangan yang tidak terlalu buruk walaupun saya lebih suka memilikinya di tingkat yang lebih tinggi. Perkhidmatan masih kekal sempurna. Bilik bersaiz besar dan tandas bersih! Sarapan setiap hari akan membuat anda manja untuk pilihan. Lokasi betul-betul di tengah-tengah jalan Tunjungan, di mana pada waktu malam, ia menjadi hidup dengan pejalan kaki menikmati malam. Banyak kedai makan yang bagus di sekitar juga! Berjalan kaki ke pusat membeli-belah... Ini pasti akan menjadi hotel saya sekali lagi untuk perjalanan seterusnya!

Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast variety is good. Getting to the room is confusing at the start (lift at hidden area, need to go up, walk across the bridge and take another lift to go up again), LG and level 3 is the same. 2 restaurants on site where the food is quite good. Not walkable to anywhere, quite convenient using grab each time though.

I had a fantastic stay at Swiss Belin . Located right opposite to Tunjungan Plaza , This hotel is located right at the heart of everything . One of the best experiences was when it came to hospitality cleanliness and amenities . Staff 10/10 . Aya and Yuda doing fantastic check in and check out . Highly recommend for those who cannot compromise on hygiene and convenience .

I had a wonderful stay at Bumi Surabaya Resort Hotel. The place is absolutely beautiful, with a true resort vibe right in the heart of the city. The view is stunning, the Wi-Fi is super fast, and the food is genuinely delicious with a wide variety to choose from. What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality – every staff member was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Surabaya, whether for business or leisure! I found nice squirrel to live in the tree nearby

Voucher sy include bf . 2x dikonfirm kalau voucher tidak include bf (dikarenakan rate yg saya dpt terllu Murah utk pakai bf ) ngmg rate via tlp. Ga sopan sekali si lbh baik ke hotel bintang lainya aja msh bnyak yg pleyanan masih Okeee. Thx

Hotel ini mempunyai lokasi yang sangat baik, sarapan yang pelbagai, dan mereka hanya mempunyai kolam renang dan sauna. Mereka mempunyai cara untuk mengambil beg anda sendiri, lihat, terdapat lif, dan pergi.

Quite a busy hotel...or maybe happened to be on that days that I was there? Lifts are very slow. Rooms are quite clean. Although the space in the bathroom was really tiny and unable to put toiletries anywhere in the bathroom (no space/ table on the basin)

Eventhough there was a little miss, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was cozy comes with strattegic location. anyway, thanks for the upgrade, i appreciate it!

The experience was phenomenal! All staff were very friendly and went the extra mile in terms of service. The location is great, being right next to a mall so it’s easy to find something to do. Highly recommend their spa!

Hotel tengah kota yang cocok untuk staycation. Lokasi dekat dengan TP mall & jalan tunjungan, room surprisingly cukup luas dengan harga yang termasuk murah. Menginap disini pada saat long weekend & hotel rame dengan customer keluarga dengan anak kecil. Terdapat swimming pool di lantai atas, kolam renang cukup untuk berenang santai dengan anak kecil. Pengalaman yang cukup menyenangkan berlibur di kota sendiri, staff juga sangat ramah & membantu.
