Location is good. It’s on the outskirts of dehradun, everything’s about 30-40 mins away. Food is average. Amenities are good, the view from the pool is to die for. It’s so beautiful.

Swimming pool is not clean enough, Gym smells.
Restaurant coffee machines had some problem on the evening on 13 May and staff said they can’t serve coffee.
On 14 morning I went for breakfast and expected nice espresso coffee at breakfast but staff approached to me and told me that same things as 13 evening that machines still can’t work.
How come you run a hotel and machine is not fixed in 14 hours ?
But hotel has nice espresso coffee if machine works …!

Great hotel in an ideal location within walking distance of the Parmarth Niketan Ashram and Aarti, plus other temples, ashrams, cafes and shopping area. Lovely, helpful staff and clean rooms.
Pros: Super-friendly welcome and service from highly responsive and attentive staff. Clean, comfy rooms with nice toiletries. Wonderful roof terrace with views across the mountains and the Ganges. Tasty, well-cooked food and good menu options in the rooftop restaurant.
Cons: Weak Wi-Fi, continually dropping connection. Coffee machine broken, so no freshly brewed coffee at breakfast (only powdered Nescafe). Ask for hot water so you can make an international style coffee. Limited breakfast choices for international guests. If you’re not keen on an Indian-style breakfast, there’s only white ‘air’ bread toast, jam, fruit, curd, cereal (no cold milk). No egg options (this might be due to religious reasons).
Suggestion for management: fix your coffee machine or add a hot water urn. It would be great to include a more nutritious brown bread option, honey and a few sealed bananas at breakfast when you have international guests staying.

The location is undeniably one of the hotel's strongest assets. Nestled amidst the majestic Himalayas, the views are simply mesmerizing, providing a picturesque backdrop for a truly relaxing escape. The tranquility of the surroundings allows for a complete disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life, making it an ideal retreat for peace and rejuvenation.
Exceptional Service with a Personal Touch:
Beyond the stunning setting, what truly elevated my experience was the exceptionally courteous staff. Every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and professionalism, and their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every detail.
A special commendation must go to Mr. Niraj, the Restaurant Manager. His presence made every meal a delightful experience. He effortlessly combined professional efficiency with a genuine, personal touch, ensuring that every guest felt valued and cared for. It's clear he leads his team with excellence, creating a dining atmosphere that is both sophisticated and welcoming.
Similarly, Mr. Shubam at the front desk extended a wonderfully warm welcome, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. His friendly demeanor, quick efficiency, and genuine desire to assist made the check-in process seamless and pleasant. He truly made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped through the doors.

And let's talk about the delicious food! The culinary offerings at The Westin Himalayas are outstanding. Each meal was a delightful journey of flavors, with a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. RRaviprakash KarcherlaAfter 2 days of work visit to Kashipur, I decided to stay closer to Pantnagar airport only for the night and booked Radisson Blu in Rudrapur town.
And it was a pleasant surprise right from the time I entered the hotel lobby late afternoon. The modern hotel property is maintained extremely clean
and professional by the team. Right from the check in formalities handled by the front desk staff and guiding me to my room and the evening dinner at
the restaurant and finally to arranging a wonderful breakfast at 6.45 AM ( before the actual restaurant opening time of 7 AM) made me feel delighted to have
stayed at Radisson Rudrapur and with a plan to certainly stay here during my future visits.
Thanks to the entire staff and specially to the F&B manager Hapin Sahu for personally guiding through the dinner selection and ensuring my comfort.

staff is very courteous and helpful. they went out of the way to help my child who suffered from travel sickness.
room was recently renovated and easily met 4* standards.
property is undergoing renovation so hopefully it will be more better in upcoming months.
food options are limited but good & fresh, fish/mutton were very tasty, items are reasonably priced.
each staff is very polite & humble.
property is well maintained & sits atop a pvt hill.
property approach is easy & not too steep, easily ***ageable with any car type.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Jaypee Manor! The service was excellent and up to the mark. The evening tea and breakfast were both amazing. There are plenty of fun activities for kids, which our children truly enjoyed.
The view from the hotel rooftop is absolutely mesmerizing — it gives you such positive and relaxing vibes with a perfect chill atmosphere.
It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the team thoughtfully arranged a small complimentary room decoration ***** with a cake. It was such a lovely gesture and made our experience even more special.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Jaypee Manor and would highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing trip.

GGuest UserFrom the moment of arrival, check in at Hyatt Regency Dehradhun and services rendered by staff of housekeeping, food & beverage and front desk, everyone was so so eager to help. Not once they made us feel they were overwhelmed by work given the fact there were so many guests staying at the Hotel. They had a big wedding group too as Hyatt was hosting a wedding at the same time. Well Done!!! GGuest UserI have been traveling to Savoy since 80's and they sell Heritage but unfortunately their new building is No where close to Heritage. It's a modern building. Totally disappointed this time with their new rooms. Why would they even selling something which is not upto their standards. If one is not staying in old Heritage building then it's a waste of money as this new building is like one is cornered from the old building
