This is my second time staying at this Villa. Really love the room and the private pool. Except you have to be careful of the food left outside. Not sure it's the bird , squirrels or monkey that came to eat. Besides this, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We communicate our needs through WhatsApp. And they were very responsive. The breakfast was served in house. Their hot chocolate is very nice. Nearby the Villa is the Lagoi Bay Beach, and a shopping area. There is a big Mustafa there, and Japanese Ramen Restaurant. They even provide driver to pick us up from the Ferry Terminal to the Villa. Will recommend all to stay here for a time of relaxation.

Stayed at Woda Villa & Spa Batam and had a generally pleasant experience. Pros: The location is very convenient, as it’s close to the town area, making it easy to access shops and restaurants options. The 2-bedroom villa is spacious and comfortable, great for families or small groups. Toiletries were also well provided, with sufficient amenities for the stay. Cons: The private pool is on the smaller side, which may be a bit limiting if you’re looking to fully relax or swim. There were quite a number of mosquitoes, although the villa does provide repellent which helps. The breakfast buffet spread is also quite limited, so don’t expect a wide variety of options. Overall: A good stay for those looking for a spacious villa in a convenient location, but with some minor drawbacks in facilities and dining variety

We had an amazing stay during my husband’s birthday celebration last week. We truly appreciated the staff’s thoughtful gesture of allowing us to check in early and check out late, even though we had not requested it. Their extra effort in setting up birthday decorations for my husband made the occasion even more special and memorable. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to enhance our experience. All the staff members were respectful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary voucher for a free photo session, which was a wonderful added touch. What impressed us even more was the staff’s honesty and attentiveness. I accidentally left my phone behind, and they returned it to me before I had even realized it was missing. Their prompt action and care were truly commendable. We are grateful for the exceptional hospitality and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

She remembered our family by name throughout our stay and kept us updated on everything from the opening of the beach club to the latest f&b offerings. Her personal touch made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued as guests. We would also like to thank Shely at the pool for her friendly hospitality and cheerful service despite the unforgiving heat, as well as the amazing team at Port19 - there were so many wonderful staff members that it’s impossible to name them all individually, but every interaction was met with genuine smiles and excellent service. We were celebrating our child’s birthday during our stay, and the thoughtful surprises arranged by the hotel made the occasion extra special. It was these little touches that created lasting memories for our family. Our room was always well-maintained, comfortable, and spotless. What impressed us most was the consistently warm and friendly attitude of every crew member we encountered throughout the resort. Thank you all for your outstanding hospitality and for making us feel so at home. We leave with many happy memories and sincerely hope to return again one day.

We recently celebrated a special getaway at Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel and it truly felt like we had rented the whole place for ourselves. The atmosphere was so peaceful, exclusive, and romantic — perfect for spending quality time with my wife. The hotel itself is incredibly unique, with so much history and character. Staying inside a beautifully restored ship made the entire experience unforgettable. Every corner had a charming nautical touch, and the ambiance throughout the property was elegant yet cozy. One of our favorite spots was the infinity pool overlooking the sea. The view during sunset was absolutely breathtaking, and the calm surroundings made it feel like a private paradise. We spent hours just relaxing by the pool, enjoying the ocean breeze and quiet atmosphere. The restaurants were also very good. The food was delicious, breakfast had plenty of variety, and the dining ambiance was warm and relaxing. Having dinner with the sea view and soft lighting created such a romantic mood for our celebration. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always attentive, which made the experience even more comfortable. The entire property was clean, beautifully maintained, and surprisingly quiet despite being such a famous landmark. Impeccable service from the team on the ground - from the front desk, to restaurant crew, to the landscapers. Everyone smiles at you and makes you feel truly welcomed! Resort is clean, amenities are nice for families and couples. Complimentary bike to go around the resort and shuttle/ buggy services if you would like to travel further. Kids club for wet weather plan too.

From the moment we arrived, the whole place felt peaceful, cozy, and completely different from a normal hotel experience. At night, the resort became even more magical with the soft lights around the pathways and cool evening air. It honestly felt like we had rented the whole place for ourselves. One of the highlights of our stay was the BBQ experience right outside our glamp tent. That evening was especially memorable because it was lightly drizzling outside, making the whole atmosphere feel extra cozy and romantic. Grilling food together while listening to the soft rain, enjoying the cool weather, and sitting under the shelter of our tent created such a peaceful and intimate moment for both of us. It is one of those simple memories that we will never forget. We also really enjoyed the outdoor movie night. Sitting on bean bags under the stars with blankets while watching a movie together was such a unique experience. The calm ambiance, cool night breeze, and quiet surroundings made the entire night feel warm and special. The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and everything around the resort was well maintained and thoughtfully designed. Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again. The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers. The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting. I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss. The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials. The room is very clean and spacious. The hygiene of the room and the bathroom is very good. The location of the hotel is also in a strategic place, near to one batam mall & mega mall. It is very recommended to stay here ❣️
