Special thanks to Restu and the team, Putri, Jennifer, Ale, Rawa, Nike, and many more staff whose names I unfortunately cannot remember. The service throughout our stay was truly excellent. The team was friendly, attentive, and always welcoming, which made the experience a pleasant one. A few areas the hotel could possibly look into for further improvement. The breakfast was enjoyable initially, but after a few days, it started to feel less appetising due to the repetitive selection. The western corner especially could use more variety, as it was almost the same daily with baked beans, tomatoes, and hot dogs. I believe having more options would also better cater to western guests. The pricing for the à la carte menu could also be reviewed. As for the pool area, hopefully maintenance and landscaping can be further improved to enhance the overall ambience. Hopefully, the hotel could also consider adding some light music around the lovely lobby area in the evenings, not only during weekends. As there is not much to do at night, having live music occasionally —( planned according to occupancy rate)— together with a simple happy hour setup by the lobby for in-house guests would create a much better atmosphere. A light BBQ snack corner with beers and relaxing music would be a perfect touch for guests who prefer to stay within the hotel and unwind at night. Unfortunately, the SPA service and EL Lagoi experience were truly disappointing for us and did not meet expectations. Hopefully, improvements can be made in these areas as well. Overall, thank you once again to the wonderful team for the warm hospitality and excellent service throughout our stay.

Pengalaman menginap di hotel agak ok, ia merupakan hotel yang ringkas dan berpatutan. Tetapi bilik-bilik perlu diubah suai. Pilihan sarapan pagi sangat sedikit dan tidak begitu bersih.

Stayed at Woda Villa & Spa Batam and had a generally pleasant experience. Pros: The location is very convenient, as it’s close to the town area, making it easy to access shops and restaurants options. The 2-bedroom villa is spacious and comfortable, great for families or small groups. Toiletries were also well provided, with sufficient amenities for the stay. Cons: The private pool is on the smaller side, which may be a bit limiting if you’re looking to fully relax or swim. There were quite a number of mosquitoes, although the villa does provide repellent which helps. The breakfast buffet spread is also quite limited, so don’t expect a wide variety of options. Overall: A good stay for those looking for a spacious villa in a convenient location, but with some minor drawbacks in facilities and dining variety

Saw some negative review from Google or Trip.com, but I still decided to choose for this resort because of the locations. Also, that after spoke with the driver and I know that the view of the beach of this resort is actually the best one in bintan. It’s quite expensive to eat inside the resort, especially the Indian food at night. I went to the Chinese restaurant, but we didn’t order the seafood. The waiter is very helpful and very nice and polite. We order for the medium person, but he advised us not to choose that because the portion is really big.

Tempah hotel untuk lawatan satu malam ke Bintan untuk majlis hari jadi. Hotel ini berusaha keras untuk membantu menghias bilik apabila diminta dan mereka juga menyediakan kek hari jadi yang lazat ! Itu sangat manis dari mereka dan saya sangat menghargainya. Bilik ini juga sangat bersih dan penghawa dingin menjadi sejuk dengan cepat. Ia adalah pengalaman 10/10.

I can't rave enough about the customer service at Holiday Inn. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by Mr Sunang. He was prompt, understood our requirements and interacted with my daughter, thereby remembering her name whenever he sees her or ask me about her. The room was spacious, we had a good view overlooking a pond and looking at the beach from a distance. It was great view for fireworks we were lucky to catch that night. We had our 3 connecting rooms as per requested. I like that the showering amenities was Dove. Hubby and I took the complimentary bus to Plaza Lagoi. We just needed 15 min to stock up some snacks for the kids and asked if the transport could wait for us, else we needed to wait an hour for the next bus. The transport coordinator, Edo was most kind. He gave me his number to contact him and when we were done, he came specially to pick us up back to hotel. He really went the special mile for us and we are so grateful. Subsequently, we also arranged for paid transportation to fetch us back from Nirwana Kelong. The hotel again went all out to help us book the table at the Kelong and arranged timing for transport. By Siska through the WhatsApp. Everything was so hassle free given we could communicate through WhatsApp and they were very prompt in replying. The hotel is v kids-friendly. Kids eat free (buffet/ ala carte). There were 3 swimming pools, kids club (2 hours complimentary per day), games room. For adults, there were ping pong tables, table pool, bicycles around free for use. We had a relaxing morning cycling to the beach. Guess the con was the hotel was designed such that must walk a distance to go from one place to another. Will be good if there is more shortcut to take. All in all, will highly recommend for families. Would like to commend the staff for the great service. Bintan has been such a lovely place that we go to again and again.

Check in and check out was a breeze. However the aircon in master room is faulty. We need to call several times to ask for extra towels and extra bed to be sent eventhough we already messaged and paid for the extra bed 1 month bef. No extra pillow is given, they said they ran out of it. Got cockroach in master bedroom toilet on second day. If ppl pass motion in Common bedroom toilet, u could smell it from the room next to it. Room slippers only provided 3 pairs despite we booked for 3bedroom apartment. No transport service eventhough we saw a few of “Aston” logo car parked outside their hotel. Massage place also not so comfortable as there’s not a high bed for u to lying down and there’s no aromatherapy smell in the room to make u more relax and calm. The only thing can make me comeback for this hotel is their Breakfast. It was so much varieries to choose from, but aircon seems not so strong as the restaurant was quite packed of ppl.

My stay at The Anmon Resort was a refreshing escape from the city. The desert-themed glamping was unique, Instagram-worthy, and relaxing, with spacious, comfortable tents. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere such as waking up to fresh air and quiet surroundings was a highlight. Evenings were memorable, with BBQ dinners outside the tent and stargazing under the open sky. The staff were friendly and responsive via WhatsApp, making everything seamless. Activities like ATV rides and the nearby lagoon added a nice mix of adventure, while the spa offered a perfect way to unwind. Overall, a memorable getaway that’s ideal for relaxing in a unique setting

This is my second time staying at this Villa. Really love the room and the private pool. Except you have to be careful of the food left outside. Not sure it's the bird , squirrels or monkey that came to eat. Besides this, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We communicate our needs through WhatsApp. And they were very responsive. The breakfast was served in house. Their hot chocolate is very nice. Nearby the Villa is the Lagoi Bay Beach, and a shopping area. There is a big Mustafa there, and Japanese Ramen Restaurant. They even provide driver to pick us up from the Ferry Terminal to the Villa. Will recommend all to stay here for a time of relaxation.

Was given a smoking room while I had requested for a non smoking room in my booking. Had to request for a change of room. Room door was difficult to open despite using two access room cards. Again, had to ask the receptionist to get our room doors settled. So there was some delay before we could really take a rest after a long day. Basic amenities like dental kit, shampoo and body wash were provided. Room was of a pretty decent size. Breakfast was ok and has a Maggie station. It’s just a 5- 10 mins drive to the Batam ferry center.
