Hotel Dengan Pools di Riau Islands, Indonesia

Sarapan boleh menjadi lebih baik dengan lebih banyak jenis. Makanan yang baik walaupun. Kakitangan boleh dilatih dengan lebih baik. Saya mempunyai beberapa masalah untuk menyewa pelampung kanak-kanak. Tetapi, kakitangan yang ramah. Ia boleh berjalan kaki ke kedai dan kafe berdekatan. Berhati-hati pada waktu malam kerana jalannya agak gelap. Menyediakan tuala kolam boleh membantu. Sila kekalkan perabot dan fasad kerana kita dapat melihat bahawa ia semakin tua dan berkarat. Ia akan menjadi lebih teruk pada masa hadapan jika tidak dikekalkan. Nikmati kedamaian n ketenangan. Tetapi kelab berdekatan boleh menjadi terlalu bising pada waktu malam sehingga 2 pagi. Saya melihat seekor ular kecil di bawah salah satu vila. Jadi berhati-hati sahaja. Ia adalah tempat alam semula jadi.

Had a wonderful stay! We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade by the friendly front desk staff, Syaiful, which made the experience even more special. The location is super convenient, with plenty of food and massage options just a short walk away. Breakfast offered a good variety and the Indonesian corner was a lovely touch. It would be even better with menu descriptions for guests to explore more easily. We also celebrated my husband’s birthday during the stay, about 6–8 F&B staff went the extra mile, singing birthday songs with such warm hospitality. Loved the hotel’s live band performance in the evening too, as it really added a great vibe to the overall experience. Would definitely come back!

our first time to the resort and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves and love it! the hotel is very convenient with kids-friendly amenities including the indoor playground with children’s activities / workshop for the kids. there are a few different pools to explore as well and beach nearby to play with sand. there is also a spa for adults to relax. overall a very suitable place for family with kids as well as anyone who wants to just chill and relax! also would like to mention that all the staff were very friendly and nice with excellent service. we will definitely go back again! the room itself is also very big and clean. twin room is suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids to sleep in.

the place is rundown but it is comfortable.the breakfast is nice. near to batam center ferry terminal and oppsite is lotte supermarket and a walking distance to a batam mall.

Travelled in a big group consisting of adults and kids ranging 1.5-10 yrs old. Overall experience was very good! And would definitely come back again. Location- nearby Batam ferry terminal (5-7mins drive), a lot of cafes, coffee, spas, marts within the area. To travel to grand Batam mall and penguin market is only 3-5 mins via grab. Rooms- good size, clean and basic. No bathtub but there’s inbuilt hair dryer. Breakfast Spread was scrumptious. Good variety. Amenities: Lobby was spacious, lots of space to sit and relax while waiting for friends/grab. Swimming pool was in the next block, pool is at 1.2m minimum and it is really windy, not so ideal for kids to stay long. All the staff were very friendly and pleasant. The doors’ sound proofing is a tad weaker. Could hear my neighbors conversations walking toward lift lobby, or the nearby buildings speaker quite clearly. But the overall experience is good that this is only a small part of it.

Has some questions after booking, staff responded fast via email, shuttle bus service to and from BBT ferry terminal were taken care off nicely. Decided to book a 2 nights private tent in order to enjoy some quiet moment after reading some review via klook and trips regards to noise pollution from neighboring tent. Glad that we don’t have much noisy neighbors and not full house but the maintenance and housekeeping staff chat sessions can be hear clearly from the inside of our tent, especially when they’re outside the compound, as early as before 8am and as late as 7:45pm, still hearing their voice. At last we can’t stand and feedback on the 3rd day of our stay via WhatsApp’s, to request housekeeping/maintenance staff to lower down their volume, and finally we have a peaceful morning nap before check out on day 3.

Kami menempah dua bilik untuk dua malam. Lokasi adalah titik tambah terbaik untuk hotel ini. Perkhidmatan juga cukup baik. Harga untuk hotel tidak murah terutamanya apabila kami membayar lebih untuk mendapatkan pemandangan laut, mengharapkan untuk melihat pemandangan laut yang baik, seperti dalam foto 1 tetapi pada hakikatnya, kami mendapat pemandangan terhad seperti yang dilihat dalam foto 2. Tidak berbaloi untuk membayar tambahan untuk dua malam untuk pemandangan seperti ini. Tidak ada tempat seperti taman atas bumbung untuk menikmati angin laut dan berehat. Kami membayar kira-kira S$11 setiap satu untuk mencuba sarapan pagi tetapi semua orang merasakan ia benar-benar membazir wang kerana tiada apa-apa yang sedap. Malah tauhu dalam laksa itu terasa dan keropoknya lebih teruk daripada yang kami beli di pasar raya. Kami tidak percaya bahawa standard makanan di hotel ini sangat rendah. Kami akan mempertimbangkan untuk tinggal di sini lagi jika kami hanya mahukan kemudahan lokasi dan tiada yang lain.

It is a nice villa for a family. It is spacious and relaxing. However, there was a minor maintenance issue — the bamboo curtain couldn’t be closed, so bathing became exposed.

Check in was a breeze. Very thoughtful service by staff to plan the decor and celebration of our Anniversary! This is what truly stands out for Swiss-Bel as compared to other big & new hotels in Batam, though the hotel is much older and needs some refurbishment especially the toilet with some unpleasant smells. Food buffet is not bad and rather delicious but variety across days can be further improved and they can consider serving Indomie for breakfast buffet! Kudos once again to the thoughtfulness of the customer service enjoyed in our stay!
