Nice lobby. I'm a swimmer and they have a great and beautiful pool. Nice room, smallish. The food is worse than terrible in the restaurant, like shoe leather wire a whole bottle of salt. We had taken there before by a tour host so we were already worried. I was directed to have the hostess help me communicate with the chef. She told me that only 1 thing in the whole menu wasn't pre-made and over salted so she could help get it right. She did her best but it wasn't her fault that it was old and served undercooked. I sent it back to cook a bit more twice and when it was closer to cooked, I could taste it on the verge of going bad. I sent it back and ordered a pizza from an outside restaurant because she even told e not to consider their pizza. How could the nicest hotel in Sorong have the absolute worst food? If you stay there, order in. Use the Grab Food app.

Walking distance to the Sorong-Waisai ferry, western & local options for the breakfast buffet and great staff. Could be cleaner, the streets are noisy at night & the facilities are getting old. However, I’m not aware of the other options in Sorong… perhaps this one is the best. Do yourself a favor and book the VIP tickets for the ferry!

Pilihan makanan di hotel cukup enak dan variatif untuk standar hotel di kota ini. Untuk kenyamanan kamar masih dalam kategori standar. Beberapa kali sprei terlihat kurang rapi seperti belum diganti dan terasa agak lecek, dengan aroma yang sedikit apek. Area kamar mandi juga kadang tercium bau dari saluran air, sehingga perlu perhatian lebih pada aspek kebersihan dan perawatan. Secara keseluruhan, fasilitas dan pelayanan lainnya masih cukup baik, dan hotel ini tetap menjadi pilihan yang praktis untuk perjalanan kerja singkat di Manokwari karena lokasinya yang strategis.

If you need a place to stay in Sorong because of your flight schedule and ferry schedule to Waisai, I recommend this place to stay. It is only 5 min from airport by car, and 10-15 min from Mall, so you can order food from many options from the mall. There were many variety of breakfast, but I personally did not like any of the food. However, people around me was taking a lot so it must be good for local people.

Excellent breakfast, varied and plenty. spacious room with comfortable beds. Fridge in room with water, tea and coffee. There is a great staff available. The structure needs maintenance, but it is acceptable. We did not use the pool because there were a large group of girls and boys who were active; the view from our room was unsqualled, but no noise.

The service is good, there are only some things such as the sink is not clean and it is a pity that there is no hotel slippers provided

Bardzo dobry hotel na krótki pobyt. Dobre śniadanie, Miła i pomocna obsługa. Długo czynny basen na dachu i hotelowa restauracja. Jedyny minus to okolica. Nie ma w pobliżu nic ciekawego, choć wydaje się że to centrum miasta, a do plaży jest dosyć daleko. Restauracje w pobliżu niestety bardzo obskurne, natomiast jest kilka marketów.

The location and facilities of Shadian are the best in the same area. It is convenient for traveling, the breakfast is rich, the staff service is first-class, and the hotel provides many travel programs, making it worth visiting again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Remote and tropical location, you extend to breakfast between the sharks, tropical fish, varans & myrs.
