初めてハワイアンズに行ってモノリスタワーに泊まりました。わからないことだらけで、行く前にお電話したところ、大変丁寧な回答をしていただきました。受付の方も丁寧な対応で気持ち良く過ごせました。小さいタオルも貸していただけたら良かったです。
与一のお風呂にもタオルがあると助かります。

The hotel is very good with great proximity to the ski place. The room is clean and cosy with great views. And the onsen is very good that it had long opening hours, we can go after the ski to relax.
However, it would be better if the guest had a choice of whether the room can be made everyday or after we left. And it will be even better if more variety of restaurants/ cur-sine can be provided rather than just buffet.

東京に銀ブラする予定を温泉に変更
選んだのが山水荘でした
長年闘病もちでお部屋に温泉付きに変更して頂き
お風呂の温度＆質も良くとても贅沢な気分になり［また来よう］ってこれですね笑
お米も美味しくお米産地なのに失礼ですが
しいて言えばパンの種類がもう少しあっても良いかなと？
日々生活‥現実忘れさせて(ゆっくり)満喫しました
山水荘を選んで良かったです
素敵な休日になりました

Visited with the family during peak summer July season.
The positives:
The hotel was clean and check in was available on time.
Room was clean, well insulated and full of natural light.
Just be prepared to pay extra for most things you may think would be included.

愛犬との旅行には最高におすすめです。
はじめて行きましたがあまりの犬天国に感激。
コテージ泊だったのですが他のコテージの音も気にならず楽しく滞在できました。
良かった点
インバウンド少ない←かなりおすすめ
バイキング形式だったので心配していたのですが、混雑回避の案内でしたので快適でした。
まとめて取る大家族のグループがいましたが各々で取るようにしてほしい‥
ごはんおいしかったです。
敷地が広くて散歩し放題、我が家の犬も大喜び

(寒すぎてはおりもの買いました)
温泉？大浴場は利用してないので次回は利用したいです。

This was a very lovely resort! The view from our room was breathtaking!
We called for pick-up from the train station and waited about 10 minutes. The next morning our ride back to the train station was waiting when we arrived in the lobby.
The beds were prepared at 6pm. Dinner was reservation only, which we did not have. We walked 20 minutes into the little town to a hidden gem Ramen shop that opened at 7pm and the food was amazing.

GGuest UserThe lobby has a very elegant Japanese feel, and the staff are all really friendly. The environment is comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner are delicious and plentiful. Overall, it's a hot spring hotel that makes you want to stay for a few more days.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel for this car rental trip. There are basically no restaurants or shopping facilities nearby, which would have been quite inconvenient without a car. Fortunately, the room was spacious, the outdoor swimming pool was large, and the view was very open.

胡胡The hotel is far from the JR station. Although a shuttle service is provided, the frequency is relatively small. The general pick-up station is 2-5 pm, and the drop-off station is two shifts at 9:30 and 10:00 in the morning. Getting in and out is not very convenient, taxis are available at the station, and there are no taxis in front of the hotel. It is recommended to travel by yourself, or live near the JR station. There are many small attractions around JR Station, and the cherry blossom season is full of cherry blossoms, which is very beautiful. The hotel's overall facilities and services are good, and there are more hot springs. The meal is still close to Dachuanzhuang in Lumu Hot Spring, and there is no sashimi for breakfast.
