Overall, the hotel is great and perfect for those who want to focus on skiing. However, the hotel is a bit old and the soundproofing isn't the best. On the positive side, the staff are very friendly and happy to help with any issues. The facilities are also well-equipped and suitable for families, with many amenities and ski lesson packages for children.

1、酒店迎接巴士從一關站前，建議還是預訂，否則有可能沒有大車，路程還是比較遠，約半小時。送行巴士可以到一關或者是平泉，也可以順路到嚴美溪。作為附近的旅遊中轉站其實很不錯。 2、酒店外風景很好，溪水顏色碧藍，很漂亮，温泉水質感覺也很不錯。有牛虻，要稍微注意。 3、餐食都是半自助，確實不怎麼樣，可以選擇的自助品種很少，相對來説主材選擇烤牛肉、壽喜燒最好，海鮮鍋和豬肉鍋都很一般。如果對餐食要求比較低，這裏真的不錯。 4、主樓房間視野很好，風景秀麗。 5、要注意提醒酒店當天要打掃房間，否則可能就不打掃了。

If you don't smoke, remember to book a non-smoking room. I didn't notice when I booked (I was too a soldier). I booked a smoking room. The smell of smoke in the room was very heavy. It was my most regrettable place. Satisfaction is 90 points.

It was a bit expensive because it was during the holidays, but the buffet was great. Both children and adults were very satisfied. The hot spring was spacious and relaxing.

原本是要去露營，結果天氣太糟，店家很貼心幫我們安排至附近溫泉飯店住宿，下次還是會想再去體驗看看露營！
