Hotel Dengan Pools di Okinawa Prefecture, Japan

We arrived early in Okinawa, and was allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel. However, when we came back late at night, we were pleasantly surprise to know that they have moved our luggages into our room for us already. They offered free drinks and food during a certain time of the evening, and despite the amount of people, their service was fast and the staff were all very friendly. Love their outdoor hot water bath, it was great to soak after the long day out in the town area. Their self checkout system was also fast and efficient making our process very quick. Location wise, we were so near the yui rail station and near to their main shopping district. Overall a awesome hotel to stay in, will definitely be back.

There was an infrastructure problem that took some time to resolve on arrival which meant that I couldn’t use a room and relax before my evening meal. On the other hand, the staff at reception and in the restaurant were kind and a solution was provided. The breakfast was superb, as were the Onsen facilities. I can’t really comment on the room as it was changed to a different one to that which I reserved but these are the amenity items that were included.

This hotel is value for money though it's a bit old. The room is very big and clean. Breakfast has wide variety of selection to choose from. However, it ends at 9.30am so u need to wake up early to enjoy it. This hotel is situated on a hill, so it's better for u to rent a car while staying there.There are plenty of restaurants near the hotel and the food quality are good.

This property is BEAUTIFUL. I loved every part of our stay. The room was so spacious with thoughtful amenities, the public baths and pool area felt very luxurious and clean, and the location is hard to beat in Naha. The staff are all very kind and thoughtful, many spoke English but even those who didn't were extremely patient with my little Japanese. I would like specifically thank Santosh from the front desk staff. We ran into an issue with our baggage getting delivered in time before our departure to our country and if it wasn't for his help we wouldn't have had a hope of ever seeing that luggage again. His compassion and willingness to help us clueless tourists navigate our options and prepare our luggage for delivery will be remembered for a long time. I will recommend this hotel to any of my friends traveling to Naha!

The hotel was clean, and the room size was not too small for 2 adults and 2 toddlers. Most of all, I was satisfied that we could have a healthy breakfast at this price. When we signed up for the Vessel membership, we received an Orion beer as a gift, and perhaps because we stayed in a Ryukyu room, they also gave us Ryukyu King Team clothing. My daughter left her clothes and glasses in the public bath, but when I went to the reception the next day, they had them safely kept, which I was very grateful for.

All rooms have beautiful seaside and sunset view. Breakfast and 2 glasses of orion beer as welcome drink (2 other non alcoholic drink options are also available). Breakfast has a lot of variety so better to get a room plan that includes breakfast. I find it more difficult to walk the main road pathway between the aquarium and hotel. There is a back road that connects the dolphin show area to the hotel. Just keep walking along that route. There is also a paid shuttle bus available that connects the expo area to the hotel. I didnt know about that option prior to the stay so I didnt use. Please check with the hotel for further information. Hotel also provides good information about buses to Naha when enquired via email. Please note that facial products are not provided.

We are able to see the sunrise as our room stay faced the Pacific Ocean. The hotel is located on high grounds and the drive out to the nearby AEON Mall and other places are easily reached. However, the parking lots are quite limited if you are not a member of and have to walk a distance uphill to the hotel lobby. There was a school excursion where the students are staying, hence, may take w while to take the lift up and down. Otherwise, the staffs and their service standard are definitely very friendly & fantastic! If I ever come back again to Okinawa, I will also stay in this hotel.

The hotel is located relatively near Naha airport. The surrounding is calm but there is not much else directly around the hotel. The hotel itself is very modern and clean. Service is excellent. The lunch buffet is especially great. Breakfast is pretty good. I would like to especially highlight the friendliness and warmth of Javi who suggested us food and activities and genuinely cared about our well being.

Amazing stay at Aqua Citta! The hotel is stylish and clean, but the rooftop pool is the real star. It is incredible for relaxing on a sunny day—the views are great and the vibe is perfect for couples. We only stayed for one night, but it was the highlight of our trip. Fast check-in and very friendly staff. 10/10

Very good service, great Shuttle service! Very friendly, great store in lobby. The building is very windy due to its atrium structure. Nice beds. Location is very close to the entertainment district, but this hotel is clean, decent and highly reputable.
