Overall speaking, this hotel is value for money if choosing to stay in Onna Village. The ocean view is spectacular. We enjoyed it so much especially on the last day of our trip. We eventually had the blue sky and white clouds. The room is very spacious with a nice balcony! That's most precious for our holiday.
Since it was early Nov, the outdoor pool was closed. We used the indoor pool which comes with a outdoor jacuzzi. That's so lovely. Regrettably, the indoor pool was not available to use until after 9:00am in the morning, that was so inconvenient for hotel guests. We normally can't swim after having a nice breakfast.
There is an airport limousine at the main entrance of the hotel, that is very convenient for us because the hotel is located on the hill slope. We did not drive. So, we chose to book the limousine bus at the hotel concierge to save us time and energy to walk downhill to take the city bus after we checked out.
Although it cost 5000 yens for the BBQ dinner, the variety of food is good. So, we were quite happy with the money spent on it. The breakfast buffet also provided a good selection of food especially a good selection of cooked food with local veggies as ingredients. It was worth spending HK$140 for each of us.

An incredible hotel where everything within it: 2 swimming pools, an onsen, a konbini, a restaurant and a bar. All your needs will be filled.
Great location as well with Naminoue shrine and beach nearby, and monorail around 15 by foot.
But if you want to explore Okinawa further, plenty of bikes, and car rental around. And ferries to go to other islands.
I will definitely come back to Okinawa and Sansui Naha hotel!
My stay at Hotel Vessel Okinawa was fantastic! The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a good variety and quality, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
The location is great, close to attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore Okinawa. The room was spacious, quiet, and well-equipped, ensuring restful nights.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and an enjoyable experience in Okinawa.

The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the monorail station. You can take the monorail directly from the airport to Asahibashi Station, which is very convenient. There's also a bus terminal nearby, making it easy to travel to the northern parts of the island. All in all, I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Okinawa.

Unexpectedly, my diving trip last year was interrupted by a typhoon, so I ended up staying at Moon Bay Resort. This year, I made sure to book a hotel closer to the pier, and I'm really pleased with it! It has a smoking area on the ground floor, a laundry room, and convenient luggage storage. Highly recommended! Also, I'd suggest checking out the barbecue restaurant nearby.

Let's start with the pros:
1. **Excellent Location:** Just a three-minute walk to Kokusai Dori, a vibrant street packed with dining, entertainment, and shopping.
2. **Breakfast:** While not fancy, the variety of dishes is quite good, and some items change daily.
3. **Complimentary Ramen:** The restaurant offers free ramen from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM, which is a really thoughtful touch.
4. **All-Day Free Drinks & Ice Cream:** After breakfast hours, they provide complimentary drinks and three flavors of ice cream all day long – a big hit with both parents and kids!
5. **Kids' Activities:** From 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM daily, there are free games, crafts, and other activities, perfect for families with children.
6. **Free Pool & Hot Spring:** You don't even need to leave the hotel to have a great time, thanks to the free swimming pool and hot spring.
Now for the cons:
1. **Limited Elevators:** With only two elevators, waiting times can be quite long, especially during breakfast hours.
2. **Noisy Public Areas:** Since many families stay here with children, the public areas are constantly bustling and lively.
3. **Self-Service Dining:** After finishing your meal in the restaurant, you have to clear your own dishes and return them to a designated area, and even wipe down the table.
4. **Small Rooms:** The rooms are quite compact; it's hard to move around once you've opened two suitcases.
Overall, the good far outweighs the bad. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.
The 888 express bus service is convenient, taking 2.5 to 3 hours to get you directly to the hotel entrance. The hotel's convenience store, however, closes rather early at 10 PM. While there's a hot spring open until 11 PM and a swimming pool on the first floor, we didn't get a chance to use the pool due to our plans to visit JUNGL IA. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, although housekeeping only replaced the towels and didn't make the bed.
The most satisfying hotel during my Okinawa trip, got so many great photos for my life album! The breakfast buffet was also abundant, and its location is right in the heart of American Village. Highly recommend! (Though the naked hot spring bath was a bit awkward, especially for moms with 4-5 year old boys, they might feel uncomfortable going in.)
The hot spring was fantastic! It's a natural onsen, and I enjoyed it both the night before and again in the morning. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, showing their age, but it’s conveniently located with many dining options nearby. There's also a beautiful lawn by the sea.
Despite being close to the airport, the soundproofing is excellent; I didn't find it noisy at all. It’s very convenient to get to Okinawa Outlet Mall, and it’s a great place for shopping. Plus, there are direct buses from the outlet to the airport, making it a perfect last stop. You can even store your luggage at the mall while you shop. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

We had a great stay in Hewitt Resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We took early return flight so that we had to check out very early. The hotel even prepared packed breakfast for us as we did not have time to have breakfast before we left the hotel. The room was clean and new and spacious. We will definitely choose Hewitt Resort when we visit Okinawa in the future. Thank you Hewitt Resort.

DDadangjiaThe hotel is quite large, but it lacks a direct sea view. Both the pool and water park were extremely crowded, and we constantly faced long queues for the elevators. Cleanliness was a major concern; the corridors and stairwells looked like they hadn't been swept in ages. To make matters worse, we were disgusted to find a lot of ants in our room. While the room itself was spacious, the hotel facilities are definitely showing their age. On a positive note, the staff provided excellent service.

BBanlimamaI was initially very pleased with the hotel's location. The pool and beach facilities were excellent, and there were also two breakfast options. However, the only truly unpleasant experience occurred during check-in. The young male staff member at the front desk was incredibly unprofessional. The check-in process took a full 45 minutes, and I was almost on the verge of heatstroke from standing there so long! After finally checking in, I wanted to quickly freshen up with a shower, but then waited another 30 minutes in the room for my luggage. I eventually went back to the front desk to inquire about my bags, only to find them unceremoniously dumped in a corner, completely unattended. It was only after I made a forceful complaint in English that a staff member hurriedly delivered the luggage to my room. Because I formally submitted a complaint, a staff member later proactively contacted me and offered water park coupons, which showed they were taking the matter seriously. Given we were a family with elderly parents and young children, traveling during the peak summer heat, I appreciated their effort to rectify the situation, as I really didn't want any more hassle. Aside from that, the remainder of our stay was quite pleasant. Although the room facilities were noticeably dated, they were acceptable.
2205827****The lobby is too small; it didn't feel like a proper hotel at first, which made me quite unhappy. However, once I got to the room, I was slightly more satisfied. There's no coffee machine or drinking water in the room; you have to go out to the hallway to get water. The front desk service was indeed top-notch, and the hotel is very close to Kokusai Street, making shopping convenient. The hotel breakfast was just average, but the drinks and cakes at the bar on the first floor were quite tasty. The TV in the room felt too big, though; it made my eyes hurt.
__WeChat28936****I used to stay near Cape Manza whenever I visited Okinawa, but this time I wanted to try a different beach, so I booked the Moon Beach Hotel. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's very well-maintained and quite nice. The room was surprisingly spacious. I didn't book a sea-view room, but if you have the option, definitely go for it – it's absolutely worth it!
For breakfast, there are two choices: a Japanese set meal or a more standard Western-style buffet. The room key is quite unique; it's shaped like a seahorse. On the ground floor, there's a shop selling beachwear, which is a good option if you haven't brought any.
Eating out near the hotel is very convenient, with plenty of options. There are also many diving schools and car rental places nearby. Some diving schools even offer Chinese-speaking services, so it's worth checking out if you're interested.
I'll definitely be back next year! 🤩🥳
CChilunThe hotel is located on Kouri Island, with a very nice view of Kouri Bridge.
The room is large and equipped with cooking utensils. It can accommodate many people.
The cleaning time was very random and did not follow the schedule, and the hotel staff came into the room to clean without prior notice. I was a bit dissatisfied.
Since I had notified the hotel through Trip.com before departure that I would arrive very late, but when I arrived, I found that the front desk was closed, and there was no prior notice from Trip.com or the hotel about the key collection arrangements, which made my group very panic. Fortunately, I found Trip.com customer service to find the password. Thank you to the customer service and compensation for helping me handle it that day.
TTianqiandikun-zijianThe room was clean and well-equipped. It's very close to Kokusai Dori, which made shopping super convenient. A small incident happened where we left our pocket Wi-Fi in the taxi on the way to the airport. The driver found it and quickly returned it to the hotel. Eventually, our Japanese friends helped us get it mailed back. It was such a great feeling to get it back after thinking it was lost! The hotel was very professional and kept the lost item safe. Thumbs up!
LLea ChingGood sea view and cliffs/rocks. Low tide and high tide gives you total different views. Less than 10 mins walk away is a place-gala where there is horse riding, pottery workshop, glass blowing workshop etc. Two churches at the side. Delicious breakfast/dinner buffet and Japanese cuisine.
GGuest UserBooked this hotel accidentally due to booking the wrong hotel. A few minutes' drive away there is a hotel with the same name, also called Miyuki Beach Hotel. I have stayed there before and was very satisfied with it. But this time the hotel facilities and decoration are a bit old. I felt bad as soon as I entered the door. The room space was not spacious, but it just felt wrong. The appearance of the room also had a sense of disparity. The bathroom is small and the facilities in the room are old, but the hotel staff are friendly. I booked for four nights but checked out on the first night. There is no way, there is a big gap.
GGuest User”We were somewhat disappointed with the hotel. It's located right by the beach, but both the beach and the pool close at 5:00 PM, and cannot be used after that time. To swim in the sea after 5:00 PM, you have to walk away from the hotel and enter the water elsewhere. Due to the tide, by noon the water at the hotel beach is only knee-deep. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are paid, even for hotel guests (with only a small discount). During our stay, breakfast was not served as a buffet—there were only three set meals to choose from. I rate the breakfast quality and selection very poorly. The rooms were small, with a very tiny bathroom. The air conditioning didn’t work properly—set to 28°C, it cooled as if it were 23°C. One advantage of the hotel is its location in the middle of the island, which allows for easier exploration of the surroundings without getting stuck in traffic, which is common in the capital, Naha. There’s a Lawson convenience store on-site, open 24 hours for food and drinks. The hotel parking lot fills up in the evening, and you have to park at a more distant lot. Next time, I wouldn’t choose this hotel due to the lack of benefits from its beachfront location, poor breakfasts, and small rooms. Hotels further inland offer better conditions.
