Nice family hotel and centrally located opposite the train station with many restaurants choices. Checkin was a breeze and room was clean and spacious. Breakfast that came with the hotel stay was excellent with many choices and sufficient refills. Carpark was chargeable at 1200y per night at the next building and walking to carpark can be cumbersome for some during bad weather. Highly recommended place for those looking for accommodation in this part of the city or exploring the city.

Room is just beside the station very convenient location. Room was clean, was not noisy despite being so near the station. Staff was very friendly as well.

Location is far from most of the attractions, will be nice to have a car. It took me 15 mins to walk from Tomei Gotemba Highway Bus station. There are free shuttle buses provided to Gotemba Premium Outlet from this station. The hotel is very comfy, suitable to chill and enjoy the hit spring, good for family vacation. Free flow soba from 9.30 till 11pm, free yogurt drink and ice cream as well. The view from room is amazing! Basically can just stay in room and enjoy Mt Fuji view

The view of Mt. Fuji from the large window on one side of the room is really great. From Mt. Fuji under the moonlight to Mt. Fuji in the bright sunlight... You can see Mt. Fuji indefinitely while lying on the bed. The staff is also friendly, and some of them speak Korean, so I was able to communicate comfortably. There is a little dust in places that are not easily visible, but the cleanliness and bedding were generally good. The view from the lobby and hot springs was also really good. I felt that many of the guests were Chinese.

This hotel is right next to the Mishima train station for both regular JR trains and Shinkansen trains on Tokyo-Osaka line. One can walk in without even cross the road. Access if from the first floor (ground) and the reception is in the second floor. There is a small shopping area in the ground floor. Rooms are of good size with separate seating area. Beds are comfortable and have all facilities expected in a first class hotel. More importantly the toilet and bathroom are in sperate enclosures. If one gets the station side rooms, one could see Mt Fuji in all its glory. Breakfast is good with a choice of Japanese and western dishes; and staff is quite helpful. The only issue is that noise insulation could be little better; it is certainly not comparable to what we found in a hotel situated next to a busy train track.

We would have left a much better review, had we not been fleeced by the hotel in regards to parking. This is a good, basic hotel if you just need somewhere to sleep & bathe. It is newer and clean, and the rooms have all the necessary amenities despite their small size. There is a coin-operated laundry available (200yen for washers, 30yen for soap... dryers were always full, so we hung out clothes to dry in the bathroom). Breakfast is very basic... miso soup, rice, salad. It is next door to the station if you are traveling by shinkansen. We were charged for parking for our entire stay despite never using the lot. On the first day, we told them we would not be using the hotel lot as it was farther than we were told and there were safer and closer lots nearby for the same price (500yen/24hrs). The hotel refused to refund us the money they charged us for the parking we never used and did not want. We did speak with a supervisor and got nowhere. Based on this lack of customer service and fraudulent charging, we would not recommend others stay here. I have noticed this issue in other reviews as well.

大人6人幼児1人で２泊しました。夕食なし朝食のバイキングも豊富で、美味しくいただきました。お部屋も和洋室で使いやすいし、展望の良い大浴場は、ジェットバスが湯音も良く気に入りました。ただ、週末ということもあり、ローソン隣の市営駐車場までの５分ほどの坂道が交通量多いので、注意を要するところです。チェックアウト時はホテル隣の駐車場まで車を回せたので、ラクでしたが。元々予定していた温泉旅行でしたが、ホテル側のお計らいもあり、支援金も活用できてラッキーでした。５歳の子が花火に大喜びしてくれました！

This relaxation hotel is a 15min walk from Gotemba Station. You can see the view of Mt Fuji from their observation deck. The room is spacious, and has all the amenities. They also have a public bath perfect for the winter. They serve soba every night, and breakfast is also good. Overall, very nice stay!

Fast check in process. Very clean and comfortable. Lawson and family mart close to hotel. Very close to main road. Lots of parking lot.

What an intensely beautiful and comfortable hotel to stay at. Mount fuji view room type is a definitely must choose. Perfectly clean and great amenities. For those who rent a car to travel within mount fuji, this place is a must stay.

衛生的で良いビジネスホテルでした。駅までは少し歩くと屋根付きの歩道があるので雨でしたが、あまり濡れずに食事をしにでかけられました。 部屋には無料の水とお茶パックが用意されていましたが、コーヒーは無かったので持参するべきでした。 アメニティグッズはフロントに用意してあり、入浴剤もいただけました。 ありがちですが、ダブルベッドの部屋で片側が壁で隙間がないのでそちらに寝ると足元までいざってから降りないといけないので大変です。

Excellent location within walking distance to the train station, shopping alleys, museum and the fisherman market which serves good value seafood. Hotel front desk staff are very friendly and helpful and a lady actually recommend a less expensive carpark next door (500 Yen 12 hours comparing to 1200 Yen Hotel parking). More like a business hotel which provides no other leisure facility. Room price is a bit less competitive relative to other hotels I stay in other locations during this trip.

The location is good and staff are nice. You’ll get a bottle of water each day during your stay.

I loved my stay at Nippondaira Hotel. It is a bit far away from Shizuoka station but you can get a hotel shuttle bus at a free of charge. You can check the time table on the hotel website. 40 min-ride will take you to the new world. The view is just stunning. If you select 'Mt. Fuji view room', you can enjoy the view from your room. There is a terrace outside of that room. Mt. Fuji is always in front of you and city lights of Shimizu are really beautiful.. I was glad I chose this hotel. There is also a view deck on the 6th floor for the guests who do not select 'Mt. Fuji view room'. It is worth the stay !! There are no restaurants around this hotel and dinner is kind of expensive, so you might need to get food at Shizuoka station area if Dinner is not included the package.

静岡駅と新静岡駅のほぼ中間にあるホテル 駅からの距離は、静岡駅からは徒歩10分ほど。 新静岡駅からは徒歩5分以内に着く。 ホテルの隣にはCoCo壱番屋があったり、周辺にも居酒屋があったり、ホテルの正面にはセブンイレブンもあり買い物・食事には困らない。 今回は事前に予約し訪問し、2人で宿泊したが事前にメールで届く宿泊者情報を先に入力しておくとチェックインが少し楽になる。 チェックインは珍しいタブレットで行う方式。 鍵はフロントにいる従業員の方から直接受け取る。 鍵はビジネスホテルにありがちなカードタイプの物ではなく、普通の鍵だった。 今回宿泊した部屋は、セミダブルのシングルのお部屋。 洗面所は独立式で、部屋のドアの近くにある。 冷蔵庫はテレビ下やデスクの近くでは無く、ドア横なので飲み物などは気軽に取りづらい。 そして気になったのはユニットバスの匂い。 トイレはウォシュレットではあるものの、自動ではなく自分でツマミを捻って洗浄するものである。 ユニットバスのカーテンからは生乾き臭がして、換気はされているものの匂いは取れなかった。 利用した感想はカーテンの匂い以外はとても満足。 和室の部屋もあるようなので、ぜひ利用してみてほしい。

I stayed at the hotel with my wife as a stop between Nagoya and Atami. We chose the hotel due to its very close proximity to the train station. We found the hotel room very clean and recently renovated. The utilities, including lighting and water supply, were good. The breakfast was acceptable though we needed to queue for a while. The services offered were indeed good since we managed to retrieve some left fruits in the refrigerator through the help of hotel staff after we have checked out.

この辺では老舗のホテルということで、中に入ってみると歴史を感じてそうだろうなあという感じです。まあリノベしてあるので、そこそこ新しくWi-fiなどもちゃんとありますがドアがオートロックではないというのはつらい。今どき鍵かけるのなんて忘れちゃいますよ。部屋自体はきれいで問題ありません。場所も駅から近いし繁華街にあるのでこれも問題なし。朝食はかなり内容はよくオムレツを目の前で作ってくれたりしますが、ヨーグルトは欲しかったな。出かける際に天気悪くなりそうだったので傘貸してくれたりサービスもいいです。なので泊まるのに特に問題はないですが、やはり新しいホテルと比べると歴史感じさせてしまう分が星3つかな。

캡슐호텔이라고 해서 관 같은 데 들어가서 자는 것인 줄 알았는데, 고시원 크기로 방이 생각보다 좋아요. 깔끔하고 화장실, 샤워실 등의 시설 이용도 체계화가 잘 돼 있고요. 저렴한 가격에 세탁실 이용 가능합니다. 시즈오카 역 바로 앞으로 위치도 좋고 여긴 정말 저렴한 숙소 계열의 끝판왕이라고 할 수 있습니다. 단 하나, 문 위쪽 벽이 뚫려 있어서 복도와 다른 객실의 소음이 그대로 들어옵니다. 소음에 민감한 여행자라면 리셉션에서 귀마개 구매하시는 것이 좋겠습니다.

知多半島からの旅行の帰りに1泊しました。富士山は朝少しだけしか見えませんでしたが、お部屋の温泉と大浴場の温泉を堪能しました。鉄板焼きの夕食も美味しく、シェフの方とも楽しくお話しさせて頂きました。また機会がありましたら再訪したいと思います。本当にありがとうございました。

I booked a room for a night to stay before my early morning Mt Fuji climb. The staff were excellent, helped me with taxi booking and also held my bag the next day for me to retrieve it after my climb. Two nice surprises: free dinner of curry rice or noodles is provided, also there is a Men's bath (like an onsen) onsite, which the staff let me use after my climb to clean up. There is also a large supermarket nearby for supplies.

御殿場には墓参りで年に数回行きますがいつもはこのホテル至近のドーミーインにお世話になってます。サウナ付の部屋があるこのホテルが気になってたので今回初めて投宿してみました。 到着してみると外観・内観共に他の方の口コミ通り元ラブホの雰囲気が漂ってました。 【良かった点】 ・宿泊代の割には部屋が広い ・wifiの繋がりが良い ・空調が良く効く ・部屋の風呂がジェットバス付で快適 ・サウナは９０度まで上がり高温で良かった 【良くなかった点】 ・トイレットペーパー・ティッシュの量が少なすぎる（経費節減か？） ・サウナを出入りする際に段差があるので要注意 ・入浴する際に脱衣室が無くカーテンだけ ・洗面所に手拭き用のタオルが備わっていないので不便 ・クルマが無いと不便な立地、ドーミーインのように近隣店舗からデリバリー出来るようなシステムを構築してもらいたいところ いろいろと記載しましたがラブホ的なことを気にしなければ良いホテルだと思いました。 今後、御殿場を訪れる際には候補にしようと思います。

ペット可のヴィラを体験しました。 専用のドッグランなどがあり、久しぶりに犬が自由に走り込んでる姿を見て嬉しかったです！是非また、今度は富士山が綺麗に見える冬に訪れたいと思います。 ご飯は、夕食朝食ともに、美味しいのはもちろん、自然の中で自分で焼いたり調理できたりするのも貴重な体験でした。それ以外にも、焚き火セットとスモアを頼み、星空を見ながら楽しむことができました。是非また旅行したいとおもいます！

時之栖のイルミネーションは毎年２回は行っていますが、今年は東京に用事があったので車利用で帰り道に宿泊しました。２食付きで宿泊しましたが、夕朝食とも8階で朝食時には富士山が綺麗に見えていました。夕食はすし定食でしたが、疲れていたので美味しく頂けました。部屋はツインを予約しましたが部屋に着いた時には真っ暗でイルミネーションだけ見えていましたが、翌朝は部屋から富士山が大きく見えてびっくりしました。気楽坊の入浴券も頂きましたが、時間の関係で利用しませんでした。また機会があれば利用して明るいうちに富士山を眺めたいです。

Woke up to stunning view of Mount Fuji! Hotel reception cannot speak good English but luckily one of them can speak mandarin. There is an in-house onsen. Pretty cool. Welcome alcoholic drink upon check in. But hotel is pretty far from train station and there is no proper pavement. Can be a bit scary to walk through the dark alleys alone at night.

最初駅から向かった時に迷ってしまい(GPSつけながら向かったのですが、私が方向音痴なのとGPSがうまく作動しなかった為)地元の方に聞いてやっと着きました。何の事はない私が大回りしていただけで、JR浜松駅中央の通路を遠鉄百貨店と反対の方に出れば、5分程で着きます。有名な餃子屋さん(むつ菊)はホテルの裏にあります。 着いて荷物を預けた時にアメニティについて特に説明が無かったのですが、部屋着や綿棒、フットピロー等はフロントに言えば借りられます。エレベーター横に部屋着、綿棒等は置いてあります。部屋は広くはないですが、清潔で使いやすかったです。私は机の前の椅子には座らず、もっぱらベットからテレビを見ていました。 2泊しましたが朝食は日替わりで、パンの種類も変わりました。スムージーもです。１日目はウナギご飯を食べそびれたので、2日目は早めに行き食べる事が出来ました！種類は多くないですが、無料の朝食はありがたかったです。 一つ中々慣れなかったのが洗面所の蛇口です。最後までどっちに回せば蛇口？シャワー？ってなっていました(自分が慣れなかっただけです。。)お風呂にお湯を入れる時に、蛇口の長さが少し足りない気がしました。 あとよかったのはウェルカムドリンクです。１４時からコーヒー、レモン水が飲めます(コーヒーはもっと早くから飲めた気もします) 全体的にとても良いホテルライフでした。また機会があれば他のコンフォートホテルにも泊まってみたいです。

I started visiting Okura hotel in Hamamatsu since March 2010 and this hotel and its wonderful staff has always been consistent in delivering exceptionally wonderful service. The hotel is located strategically next to Hamamatsu train station which makes it very convenient to get to. Act City Mall is located next to the hotel and it’s a convenient place to shop. There’s also many restaurants and bars which are located not more then 10 minutes walk from the hotel. If you get a view at one of the higher floors, you will get an awesome view of Hamamatsu city. There are many restaurants in the hotel as well as the complex where the hotel is located. The hotel is decorated with music themes and I like how the elevator has Chopin’s music notes on it. Exceptionally classy and beautiful hotel!

駅近くで1階にコンビニあり。繁華街にも歩いて直ぐで立地には問題なし。従業員の方の応対も好印象。清潔感あり。また今回お部屋をグレードアップくださり更に快適に過ごせました。今回の部屋は北側最西端でしたので部屋の窓から遠州鉄道の写真を撮れます（ホテルが遠鉄の高架線の真横）ので鉄道ファンには嬉しい部屋だと思います。あえて言えば精算のみフロント横の機械で行うことが面倒。フロントで名前等の記入などさせるのならその流れで清算まで進めるほうが余程効率的なのに。

좀 오래된 호텔이라 세월의 흔적은 어쩔 수 없긴한데... 그래도 나름대로 관리는 하고 있는거 같습니다. 흡연장이 따로 설치 되어 있어 흡연하러 멀리까지 나갈 필요가 없어서 좋았습니다.

My dad has a saying ”all fur coat and no knickers” which in essence is this hotel.... there is grandeur as you walk in to the lobby and main areas but that all changes as soon as you enter the rooms.... which i'm guessing were last updated circa 1880!! You get an old fashioned key - not the worst but you kind of can guess what is to come, the room was stifling, disgustingly hot, we had to go to the lobby to get any information about cooling (distantly there is one) it is simply a fan and there was no cool air, the windows were locked so no relief there either.... we ended up wetting towels to put over ourselves!!! the bed cover was immediately taken off it was heavy and old fashioned.... the beds were uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. the bathroom was just as hideous, a small capsule with a shower over the tub (a pet peeve of mine) and for a short person such as much it was not easy to navigate, the shower wasn't much better. every hotel we have stayed at in Japan provided water in the room and an air purifier - this offered neither. the breakfast was basic buffet and a free for all, i would not recommend this hotel and this it should be scrapped from the tour list

浜松駅から地下を通れば雨に濡れずに行けるし、外を通ってもとても近いです。 コロナの影響で朝食バイキングはなかったのですが、たくさんの和洋のおかずがありました。 特に豚の角煮がすごくおいしかったです！！ 他はしらすや明太子シリアルは３種類、スクランブルエッグに*焼き、ウィンナーとベーコン、サラダにフルーツ、紅茶も６種類くらい（ティーバッグ）温かいミルク冷たいミルク、コーヒー、おひたしや、漬物などなど書ききれないくらいです。 バストイレも広くて１泊するなら十分の設備でした。 部屋にはキーコーヒーのドリップとティーバッグの紅茶がありました。 キーコーヒーはとてもおいしいので、コーヒー嫌いの私が感激したほどですので、これがあったのは益々ポイント高いです！！ また浜松旅行をする際には泊まりたいです。 次回はショパンの丘が見える部屋を希望してみるつもり。 今回は静かな部屋を希望しました。本当に静かでした。（平日だったからかも）

色々検索してましたがYahooトラベルがたまたま一番安くて予約しました。 2人で8,200円でしたがPayPayに1000ポイント入るとのことで実質7200円なので1人3,600円。 これが素泊まりの料金でした。 因みにキャンセルは利用開始日のAM1:00前ならキャンセル料かからないようでした（Yahooトラベルだからかな？） チェックインは15時以降〜24時まで チェックアウトは11時まで 9月のとある土曜に浜松駅北口から向かいました。 駅からも10分かからないし、道中にキョロキョロとしちゃう通りもあったりで近く感じました。 車で来る方はホテル前の敷地に駐車場があり早いものがちのようでした。 電車で行きましたが18:30頃に着いた時に、この日はあと1台停めれるスペースがありました。 外観は大きく見え、こんなに安いのに立派ではないですか、という印象でした。 ホテルに入るとフロントにお2人、対応してくださった女性がとても感じ良かったです。笑顔もよしです。 一階スペースとお部屋について説明をしてもらいました。カードキーをいただいて一階にはアメニティバーとドリンクのコーナーがありましたが、部屋に荷物を入れてから再度取りに戻ることにしました。 あ、よく見たら一階ではハロウィン仕様になってます。なんか可愛いです。 エレベーターは2つ。ほぼ待たずに乗れました。ドアが閉まるのがやや早いかな。 エレベーター内にはホテル内の地図や案内がありました。 利用階で降りてお部屋へ。カードを刺してドアを開けました。カード置きなどはなかったです。 禁煙の部屋でしたが、やや喫煙の香りがした気がします。5分もすると慣れましたし、喫煙者である相方はまったく臭いを感じなかったとのことです。 スリッパがあり、ファブリーズ的なものもあったので靴にシュッシュしました。 照明は入ってすぐとバストイレ、ベッド、テレビ横(蛍光灯)にありました。 コンセントは蛍光灯の線をとっている場所一箇所しか見当たらなかったです。が、延長コードが常備されていました。洗面所にコンセントなし。 ベッドメイキングは綺麗です。つい勢いで写真を撮る前に座ってしまいましたが・・・。 洗面台にはシェイバーと歯ブラシセットにコップ人数分。 バスルームにはシャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープ。バスタオルとフェイスタオルが人数分ありました。 テレビでは一部の映画も観れたようです。 パスワードなしでホテルのWi-Fiが使えます。 テレビが置いてあるテーブルには、コーヒーカップ。ドリップ珈琲、砂糖、ミルク、緑茶のTパックがありました。 ドライヤーの他にクルクルドライヤーもありました。 冷蔵庫がありスイッチは入っていましたが、中は空です。 なんとなく一通り見てから一階に降りて、アメニティバーでクレンジング、洗顔、化粧水、乳液と部屋とは別の種類のシャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープをお借りしました。シャワーキャッシュ、シュシュもあったかな。男性用のクレンジングやオールインワンやシェービングクリーム、エアワックスなどもありました。 必要ないものをカゴにいれ、1階でホットコーヒーをもらって部屋に戻りました。部屋にも珈琲はあったけど、お湯沸かすの面倒くさかったので。 朝食バイキングを使う場合は前日までにフロントにお願いします。朝食バイキングは1人800円です。 こちらの感じが良かったので、夕飯を食べに出かける際にフロントにお願いしておき、利用券を作ってもらいました。 さて朝食です。 一階の奥にそのスペースがあります。結構色々な種類がありました。パンもパスタもご飯は3種類にカレーも。おかず系も多種あったので楽しく利用できました。飲み物も色々あります。写真見てくださいね。と言ってもドリップアドバイザーの写真10枚には収まらないかな。 ホテル代は予約時払ってあったので、帰りに朝食分の精算が必要となりました。 現金であれば、精算機で精算可能ですが、クレジットやQRコード決済はフロントになります。 レオンのInstagramにクーポンがありましたが朝食などでは使えません。コミコミでいくら以上を清算するときなら使えるみたいです。 それにしても安いのにとても感じの良いホテルでした。ここなら知り合いにもお勧めできます。

今回は「ホテルセレクトイン浜松駅前迷ったらこれ！ビジネス・観光にシンプルステイ♪ 禁煙　洋室　ダブル 2名1室利用 朝食付」【３９９０円／人】のプランを２人で利用しました。 チェックイン時間は２２時過ぎでしたが、日本語に不慣れな感じがする男性（在留の外国人スタッフ）が対応で、朝食付で予約したのにも関わらず、「朝食付で予約は受けていません。」と言われ、朝食は食べれず。 駐車場についてもホテル専用が満車になっており、どこかに駐車場は無いか？と聞いたところ、その辺にいっぱいありますので、自分で探して停めてきてください。と言っていました。浜松に不慣れな旅行客だったら、困るなぁと思いました。 ホテルの大浴場も男性側は洗い場は８つありましたが、お風呂は大人が３人入ると、いっぱいな浴槽でした。 女性風呂も同等程度の広さと家族が言っておりましたが、セキュリティは低いです。ある程度のランクのビジネスホテル（個人の感想）だと、暗証番号を入力し、鍵を開けて、脱衣所に入る仕組みのところが多くなってきていますが、こちらのホテルはありません。１階フロントエントランスと直結で、ホテル正面入り口すぐ横nおフロアに風呂場の入口があり、フロントスタッフが常に見ているわけでもありません。ちょっと、不安でした。 空調も全館一斉空調で、４月末に利用しましたが、既に「冷房」の設定で寒かったです。 なぜ、ＡＮＡホテルズにこちらのホテルが入っているのか？疑問です。 唯一、良かった点は価格が安価であったことくらいです。 他に泊るところが無くて、どうしようもない時以外、二度と泊まらないだろうと思う対応でした。

A budget hotel chosen by many of the tour companies. Rooms are small, with many facing onto a very noisy main road - not conducive to a good night's sleep. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable and the rooms not particularly clean. The only plus about this hotel is the restaurant which provides good quality Japanese food at a reasonable price. I'm sure there are more better priced quality hotels available so choose wisely.
