Location ok got bus stand in front of the hotel , staff friendly , room clean... only the onsen wanna pay for 150 yen per day....onsen there have a lot of shampoo n conditioner to choose...this is the photo

We had a lovely 6-day stay at Shiraraso Grand Hotel with breakfast and dinner included. What stood out most was the personal touch in everything—something you rarely find in chain hotels. Every staff member works well as a team to ensure guests are comfortable, and we appreciated that throughout our stay. Our room was meticulously cleaned each day. The view was spectulae. We had good sleep because of the comfortable beds and pillow. The hot bath was a nice bonus, and we also enjoyed the free wine events. The buffet breakfast and dinner were genuinely impressive. Over six nights, the chef prepared nearly 10 courses each evening with almost no repetition. We truly appreciated the variety and effort. They accommodated our special request of replacing the sashimi dishes to cooked food. A special thank you to Mr. T. FUKUSHIMA. Due to my own mistake, I had booked a room with futon beds that we wouldn't have been able to use. He arranged a room upgrade for us (with a reasonable fee) and looked after us during our entire trip. His kindness and helpfulness made a real difference. Also, thank you to Miss S. OZAWA, who helped us with a few personal requests to ensure we enjoyed our stay. All the staff were polite and helpful throughout. We left feeling very well taken care of.

This place is straight from the 80s 😂 It’s clean and renovated but it’s a very OG place. Their times for everything are insane, we made a game out of trying to memorize all the different Timelines for openings and closings 😂 The entire town closes early too, make sure to drive there yourself.. beach is nice and view also. Wouldn’t need to stay there again though

Taoya Nachikatsuura is a refurbished property with excellent rooms and a great location, making it a VERY comfortable and convenient stay overall. Nice touch with the selection of yukata in chic designs—it adds a bit of personality to the experience. The hotel also offers free-flow alcohol and small bites throughout the day, you need to be careful not to over drink or overeat. Both the dinner and breakfast buffets stand out, offering a wide variety of options with solid quality across the board. That said, the in-room outdoor bath (our booking) felt unnecessary. In our view, it’s not worth the extra cost, as it doesn’t come close to the full experience of the main onsen downstairs.

Excellent beach view and Seaview; we lovely so much the room with amazing Seaview, we must come back to stay next time.

最佳酒店是單獨在一個懸崖上，可以看到太平洋酒店大堂的景色非常讓人難忘行政酒廊前可以看到大片的海，所有人都很喜歡這家酒店的行政走廊服務所有人都可以每天暢飲各種美酒和小零食，温泉特別受，大家歡迎，每天我們都要去泡兩到三次，而且是海邊的温泉很有特色時間上的當地的假期很多日本人來這兒度假人很多，但是秩序津津有條出發前定的的兩餐每天可以一直呆在酒店，出門的話酒店提供的到JR站的班車特別方便的，酒店前台提供中文服務，非常感謝那位台灣男生，給我們留下了很好的回憶

今回旦那の誕生日旅行として、渚2号棟を利用させていただきました。 まず、チェックイン・チェックアウトする場所が車で5分でいける場所で、早起きをする必要がなくてよかったです。 BBQを利用する際は前日までに申し込まなければいけないということを知らず（利用詳細を見ておらず）、チェックインの際にスタッフの方に聞きました。どうにかしてBBQをしたかったため、無理にお願いすると快く了承して下さいました。BBQも準備片付けしてくれる形で、無理言ってでも利用できて良かったと思いました。とれとれ市場に行くのも車で10分、徒歩圏内にはコンビニ、薬局もあったためロケーションはとても良かったです。ただ、リビングやBBQをする場所、お風呂が少しだけ写真と違い、イメージしてたのとは違ったです。 それ以外はとても良かったです。ありがとうございました。

The location is good because It is near the bay and the cave. You can see beautiful sunset at the hotel. The overall service is good except the reception.

The famous beach in Shirahama is just one step away from the hotel. Excellent sea view from the hotel, and the service was marvelous. The girl in the front desk can speak wonderful English and can communicate with us smoothly. The Onsen was soothing and was relaxing. The room was clean and spacious, with special tatami beds which were really comfy to sleep in. There is an indoor balcony in the room by which we can overlook the view. Overall, this was a nice experience and we are looking forward to stay here again.

酒店的服務非常之好，員工非常有禮貌和熱情，有位哥哥還會說廣東話，令到整個check-in過程非常順暢和深刻；酒店的海景更是一流，係酒店大堂或者酒店海景房間望着海相信也來待整個下午；溫泉設施也非常之靚和新，其中有露天溫泉可以望住海景浸浴；check-in時候有歡迎飲品，晚上的懷石料理和早餐也非常滿意；酒店位於山上最頂的位置，酒店亦有提供免費接送服務，去酒店的時候不知道，搭了巴士在酒店最近的巴士站落車，結果需要推篋15分鐘，斜坡非常陡峭，只有斜路沒有平路，建議還是向酒店提前預約專車服務或乘搭的士前往；房間沒有乾濕分離，廁所枱面有點細，四人輪廁所相對時間較長，但幸好浴場也可以沖涼、有洗手盆及化妝的地方，所以可以減低輪候房間廁所的時間，但整體整個住宿旅程也非常滿意，絕對推薦。
