Hotel Dengan Pools di Wakayama Prefecture, Japan

Great location of the hotel. The bus station was near, also Lawson and Family Mart were near. The hotel is quite old, but it didn’t bother me at all. It was quite clean and the room was very spacious. The view was incredible! The onsen was very good, especially the one on the second floor. You can lie in the hot water and admire the ocean. And sleeping on tatami is the best. If you are not a fan of sleeping on tatami and a hard pillow, you should choose a Western-style room.

對這家酒店十分滿意 前台英文不太好，但交流完全沒問題。很細心的指導温泉開放時間，還幫忙預訂兩天從酒店到紀伊勝浦 jr 站的大巴 酒店大堂提供浴衣，有不同樣式和尺碼可以選擇，外衣和腰帶則在自己房間 推開門的一刻感覺太好了，這次定的是傳統的榻榻米房，帶浴室，靠海，高層。視野非常好。難得是踏踏米房沒有任何異味 温泉有兩個，一個露天温泉，一個室內（但其實也帶一個户外温泉），每天去泡一次非常舒適，春節期間人不多，遊客和本地人大約一半一半 定的是一泊二食套餐，前台會讓你選就餐時段，我第一天晚餐被安排到了八點，但去的時候發現也不會核對，且就餐並不是很多人。口味就是普通自助水平，沒有很驚艷

I had a wonderful stay at Shirahama Terrace Hotel. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the beach with a beautiful ocean view. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially loved the onsen facilities; they were relaxing and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a good mix of Japanese and Western options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shirahama.

位置不好，要拿行李上下樓梯， 如果行李很重挺不方便的！ 停車場休旅車不是很好停，也是小缺點。 房內設備都非常新也乾淨，可以自己煮東西超級棒讚～設備也都很棒，小小可惜溫泉不能重新放掉再泡新的….有個公告告知不能放掉水，店家為了省水不要浪費水，想加錢有新的溫泉水都沒辦法😓淋浴與溫泉靠太近，很容易濺水到溫泉池🥲。 住起來還可以，中規中矩，能煮飯加分。

房間很大，一樓是客餐廳和洗浴房，有天然温泉，二樓三個卧室可以六人，門前停車方便，還帶有户外平台，設施齊全，想到的全都有了，很滿意。

Rooms & corridors delight you with a musty aged smell that takes time getting used to. Positives: View of surrounding coastline excellent, sunrise beautiful. Room’s good size. Buffet Breakfast decent with options Afternoon & Evening free snacks & drinks a bonus. Negs: Customer service adequate but can’t say a lot of enthusiasm. Room & corridor’s musty The place needs renovation Need car for access hotel. No pool operating in summer???

外景絕佳，就是坐公交車到大浦站要自己拖箱子上山路走一點，或趕六點在白濱站的迎送巴士。可以事先查一下迎送巴士的時刻表，最晚一班好像是下午五點多。衞生設備有些老舊，別的服務都不錯，國人減少，大多都是日本家庭帶孩子來玩的多。室內游泳池有點小，大多是娃娃們的主場。早餐還行，能吃飽，就一般的酒店自助早餐吧，不過他們這邊有明太子和金槍魚肉。回程讓酒店定了出租車去機場，10分鐘就到了。這邊離白良濱和千疊敷，三段壁有點距離，做公交去最好拿一張時刻表，準備好零錢。

Our family of 4 had a great time at Infinito. We like to thank the team for making our stay super comfortable. The view from the Pacific Cafe is incredible with sunset. The hot bath with ocean view is unique experience

The famous beach in Shirahama is just one step away from the hotel. Excellent sea view from the hotel, and the service was marvelous. The girl in the front desk can speak wonderful English and can communicate with us smoothly. The Onsen was soothing and was relaxing. The room was clean and spacious, with special tatami beds which were really comfy to sleep in. There is an indoor balcony in the room by which we can overlook the view. Overall, this was a nice experience and we are looking forward to stay here again.
