Really like the location, just beside the train station. The service was very good, they changed my room when I complained about the hair dryer that not working. The restaurant located nearby swimming pool, very nice view during breakfast

Прекраснейший аутентичный риад, расположение супер - на окраине медины, в тихом месте, 3 минуты пешком от парковки. Королевский номер действительно королевский, резьба и роспись, как в музеях, ретро мебель, люстры, грандиозно. Очень просторный номер, двуспальная кровать и две односпальные. Нас очень тепло встретили, угостили мятным чаем и печеньем, дали карту медины и рассказали какие места стоит посетить. Очень сытный и красивый завтрак в саду под пение птиц. Бассейн небольшой, но достаточно места и глубины, чтобы плавать. Терраса на крыше тоже прекрасна. Мы очень благодарны сотрудникам риада.

Риад находится на краю Медины, идти от оживленной туристической части минут 25-30.
Вечером лучше не ходить пешком, может быть не безопасно.
Комната была большой с хорошей кроватью.
Завтрак был в основном из сладостей и выпечки, но было вкусно.
Персонал был дружелюбный.

Впечатление от отеля не однозначные. Плюсы-удобное месторасположение, рядом Королевский дворец, парк, супермаркет. За 10дх на такси можно уехать в Медину. Хорошие завтраки, удобные номера. Минусы-в коридорах очень сильный запах ароматизаторов, не для аллергиков. В номерах в душе скользкий пол. Служба сервиса работает плохо. С утра горничная собрала полотенца, принесла только после обеда. Воду, пакетики чая и кофе на втрой день не принесли. Горничная разбила флакон духов Шанель и спрятала разбитый флакон в косметичку( было не приятно остаться в поездке без духов). Крытая парковка для проживающих в отеле гостей стоит платная-40 дхм.

Meknes와서 처음 숙박한 호텔이고
시내 중심가에서는 조금 떨어져 있습니다.
무료 주차라서 호텔 바로 앞에 주차할수있어서
좋았고 다만 라마단 기간이라서 그런지
룸서비스가 안되어서 저녁은 밖에 나가서
해결해야 했습니다. 방에 냉장고가 없는게
좀 불편했습니다.

Nice hotel, it was good staffs and amenities. Cleanliness was good that I stayed with confortable. Highly recommend to stay here! But one of concern is Wi-Fi is weak in your room. However even if you detect these deficiencies, it is great hotel.

This riad was excellent in every way.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the host, who truly deserves 100 out of 100. He was extremely patient, gentle, and professional, and always willing to help. He gave us many useful and practical recommendations about the city, restaurants, and things to do, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable.
The accommodation itself was also very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We would happily stay here again.

MMötley NüFCIf you’re staying in Fes, I recommend you stay here. Staff are super friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself as a great traditional Moroccan feel. Mohammed et al. made us feel very welcome.
The location is great, walking distance from medina mazes. Brilliant stay and enjoyed Fes very much.

I've worked and stayed in luxury hotels around the world, and if you're looking for a stunning hotel, with pleasant service this would be a top choice. However overall we were looking for more of an intimate experience. Staff were very nice; they were young, friendly, kind and caring. Travelling with my mother however, it felt very uncomfortable when I was asked 'how my wife was doing?!', this summed up the disconnection between the hotel and the experience. A beautiful hotel but short of a 4/5 star experience. It is one of the most stunning Riads you will stay at. The restaurant serves great food, and the views are amazing - if you can handle the three floors of steep steps. Overall, you won't be disappointed but it felt like when we stayed there was no manager for those extra touches you expect when paying this much.

OophrexGreat breakfast and wonderful service at the breakfast. The spa area was freshly renovated and smelled of lacquer. The female sauna was not operational. The steam bath (Turkish hammam) was marked as free in the hotel description, but the staff told us that it needed a reservation and wouldn't let us use it. Worst of all and something that is inconceivable for a hotel in this category, they were out of stock on hotel slippers! How to use the spa area or relax in the room without slippers?

FFrank24Facilities: In Riad, the room type is huge and worthy of the title of suite suite. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is bright. The public area is definitely a ceiling level in Fesri. It is worth visiting to take pictures and punch in. After all, it is a 700-year-old building. But it is recently renovated, so don't worry about old equipment and facilities. The furniture and other materials are exquisite, and even snail technology. On the hottest day, my deluxe room air conditioning was not strong, so I upgraded to a family suite directly (other room types are full, it can be seen that it is very hot)
Hygienic: clean and tidy, whether it is in the room or in the public area, restaurants, etc., it can meet the five-star standard.
Environment: Look at the picture to know how beautiful the public area environment is. Mosaic walls, atriums, green plants, chairs, etc., all see the work. At the same time, the location is in the center of the old city, about 15 minutes walk from the parking lot. There are too many alleys. Remember to look at the hotel signs on the walls in the streets and alleys, and it is not difficult to find.
Service: The service is good overall, the staff in the hotel are very warm, the breakfast is full, and the terrace is dining, and the unique old town scenery can be photographed. However, the person who picks up the luggage is not a hotel employee, and needs to pay another handling fee (people are very hard to earn hard labor, no problem to give money, just ask the hotel in advance to communicate)

TTallie LemesThis is a hidden gem of Fes 😍 we were very well treated and the room is cosy and beautiful. The shower head needs something to hold it in place so water does not splash all around but apart from that everything else was perfect. The night receptionist was amazing to make us some breakfast bags for our early trip the next day, and he helped with a taxi and all. My friend has done the hamman and loved it. Well recommended!

The hotel itself is really beautiful, the official website said that the 13XX Pasha Palace was refurbished and refurbished. The hotel is located in the old town and is convenient to wherever you go. But the Old City is harder to find, so you must not miss the sign on the wall when you walk! Finally, in a digression, I encountered a small gangster who forced the way to lead money in the alley.
