I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very convenient and easy to access. There are many popular food chains and restaurants nearby, so finding something to eat was never a problem. The hotel is definitely worth the money. The price matches the quality, and overall it offers great value for what you pay. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located and reasonably priced place to stay.

Friendly staff, nice pool. Breakfast was passable but nothing special. Biggest complaint - despite all rooms being non smoking, my room absolutely STANK of stale cigarettes. They offered me a can of air freshener spray which covered up the issue for all of 10 minutes. By the time I checked out all my clothes had picked up the smell of stale smoke and made everything in my suitcase smell too.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. It’s formerly known as Rosewood Yangon and now reopened for 8 months. Everything is excellent, very friendly, patient and helpful staff, extraordinary service. The hotel’s history dates back to 1927 so it’s absolutely a historical building. The decoration is very exquisite, breakfast is tasty and there are many choices. The location is also good and safe, very near to Sule Plaza, General Post Office and British Embassy. On terrace you can see the river view. I want to especially express my gratitude to Vanessa and Swar, they provided me with a lot of detailed information so I can know more about this hotel, this city and this country. Please make sure they can receive this feedback and my appreciation! Meanwhile, the front desk Moo Thaw, Luca showed me the hospitality. Next time I come to Yangon, I would consider choosing this hotel again, and also I will recommend it to my friends. Hope you can keep this level 😃

Lotte Hotel Yangon is an outstanding place to stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained, with spacious rooms and beautiful views of Inya Lake. The staff are extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help, which makes the stay even more comfortable. The facilities are excellent—especially the gym, swimming pool, and breakfast selection. The location is also convenient, peaceful, and safe. Overall, it offers great value for the quality and service provided. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays in Yangon.

It is not quite easy to put a fair review for this hotel. At a very first glance, with the ongoing political unrest in Myanmar, the effort to reopen the hotel and rehire all the staff deserve a great compliment. Nonetheless, the shortfall in service and amenities should not be compromised with the situation and some area such as cleanliness should not fall short especially when the hotel priced themselves at the highest in the city. The management should really consider to focus on guests service and sincere hospitality and that they can have customers who are willing to pay at any price rather that worked any way possible to cut the cost and let the staff to deal with insufficient amenities and services.

Das Inya Lake Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr gepflegt, ruhig in einem schönen Park gelegen. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet - angefangen von den Portiers über die Rezeption (besonders zu loben sind Dan Dan!, Min und Kaung) bis zum Zimmerservice. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist super, überhaupt ist das Restaurant sehr gut. Sehr schöner Pool mit eigenem Café. Man kann hier Tage verbringen ohne das Bedürfnis zu haben, nach draußen zu gehen.

The best value for money in a downtown hotel in the heart of Yangon city. Safe, impeccable service, easy & early check-in given, clean, comfortable beds, hot water bath tubs, a good breakfast with variety and of course the staff; welcoming & hard-working. Highly recommended! Affordable prices, great service and it's one of the 3 earth-quake proof hotels in the whole of Yangon. Select The Royal Park Yangon ~ you will be delighted with this choice of stay in a hotel in Yangon. The only problem I faced was 1 of the 6 nights I booked online was not registered with the hotel on Trip .com. That was rather strange, since I had a confirmed & paid document in black & white.

This is the only hotel I stay in when visiting Yangon, the staff are super friendly and the facilities are very well maintained. The spa is a must visit, the gym is small but more than enough for your needs, and the large pool is very clean. The breakfast buffet have many options, dimsum, local burmese dishes, and western dishes. They also have an out deck bar with a decent view. There is a mall right next door with more food options and a convenience store.

Would stay again. Great location, close to area famous landmark by walking distance. Room need sound proof due to noise from street and near by park especially on morning. Also room key needed to be updated. Like old style bulk key chain back in the 80's . Great breakfast buffet and enjoy it. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Overall, very pleased with stay.
