Hotel Dengan Pools di Oslo County, Norway

Location: Super convenient, just right after you exit Central Station, turn right, and cross the skybridge. Room: Spacious with a large bed, perfect for traveling with kids. The bedding was also good. Cleanliness: Good. You can open the window for ventilation. Environment: Our standard room was on the fourth floor with no view. There's a building under construction across the street, but the noise wasn't an issue. Service: Breakfast was pretty decent. On our second stay, the key card stopped working twice, so we couldn't access the elevator and had to go to the front desk for re-authorization. Overall, it was still a very good stay.

A beautiful room but experienced a number of disappointments. Hotel guests must pay a supplement daily charge to use the swimming pools AND book at designated time slot. I have NEVER experienced this at any hotel anywhere in the world. I was in a premium room, but this policy applies to all guests, which I think is awful. It was also impossible to get a spa appointment during my stay. Zero preference given to hotel guests. I strongly suggest you book spa treatments at least a week in advance of your arrival. Also, there is no turndown service, unusual for a highly priced 5* hotel. Housekeeping also finishes very early, or isn’t interested in guests who don’t align with their schedule. I had to work in my room but left at 2:45pm and it was not cleaned despite signalling the room needed making up. The reception team were polite, but chaotic. Generally, the hotel restaurants seem more focused on catering to outside guests, which is a shame.

Booked the hotel to enjoy the use of facilities during the Easter long weekend. Fantastic breakfast spread. A pleasant stay in a comfortable hotel. Professional staff who always keep a smile on their faces, from front reception to housekeeping to dining. Thank you!

This was the best hotel I stayed at during my recent 20-day trip. It’s perfectly located with stunning views of the city and right next to Oslo Winter Park, making it an ideal choice for skiers like me. Although it takes about 30 minutes by train to reach the city center, you may find it hard to leave the hotel because of its beautiful scenery. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the complimentary coffee, hot tea, and apples available in the common areas. The staff were friendly; we had a lovely chat with one of them for almost half an hour. The breakfast included was quite good as well. The only downside was that the room, especially the shower, was a bit small, but it was perfectly acceptable for the price. I would definitely consider visiting again.

Hôtel est très bien placé entouré de forêt  Petit dernier au top Par contre de la vaisselle de room service est restée entreposée toute la journée à notre étage dégageant une forte odeur. C’est vraiment dommage pour un hôtel de 5 étoiles. Sinon séjour très apaisant.

Facilities: This is a chain hotel, very good. It's a prominent black high-rise building, and the shuttle bus to and from Oslo Airport stops right at the entrance. Cleanliness: Clean and hygienic. Environment: Central location, very close to the cruise terminal and City Hall. Service: Good, with a 24-hour front desk.

Located on Karl Johans Gate, this historic hotel boasts an excellent location within walking distance of the Royal Palace and major tourist attractions. The dignified atmosphere and tranquil rooms made for a comfortable stay in Oslo. The breakfast also offered a wide variety of options, making this a highly satisfying hotel.

Pleasant stay, hospitable staff. Public transport a bit of a walk but very close. Comfortable location. Big room.

The scenery is beautiful and the room is very clean
