DDatoushangbanrendedabaituThe hotel's location is good and convenient. Although the room isn't large, it's clean and functional, which was acceptable. I arrived in Oslo a day early, excited for my Silver Sea Arctic cruise, and planned to extend my stay at the hotel for one night after the cruise. When checking in, I specifically mentioned that the cruise company had already booked a room for the following night and asked if I could stay in the same room to avoid switching. The receptionist checked and confirmed that they had specially arranged for me to stay in the same room, and I would just need to renew my key the next day. I was very pleased, thinking the hotel's service was thoughtful and human. However, the next morning when I went to the front desk to renew my key, I was told that if I wanted to continue my stay, I'd have to pay an additional 500 NOK! The hotel management's policy changed so suddenly; I believe their service greatly needs improvement. I also have an extended stay for one night on my return trip. I wonder if they'll try to make me switch rooms or upgrade then?! Very dissatisfied. Also, the bed wasn't very big, and the breakfast chef was very unfriendly.

Hotel guests must pay a supplement daily charge to use the swimming pools AND book at designated time slot. I have NEVER experienced this at any hotel anywhere in the world. I was in a premium room, but this policy applies to all guests, which I think is awful. It was also impossible to get a spa appointment during my stay. Zero preference given to hotel guests. I strongly suggest you book spa treatments at least a week in advance of your arrival. Also, there is no turndown service, unusual for a highly priced 5* hotel. Housekeeping also finishes very early, or isn’t interested in guests who don’t align with their schedule. I had to work in my room but left at 2:45pm and it was not cleaned despite signalling the room needed making up. The reception team were polite, but chaotic. Generally, the hotel restaurants seem more focused on catering to outside guests, which is a shame.

HHei MingThis was the best hotel I stayed at during my recent 20-day trip. It’s perfectly located with stunning views of the city and right next to Oslo Winter Park, making it an ideal choice for skiers like me. Although it takes about 30 minutes by train to reach the city center, you may find it hard to leave the hotel because of its beautiful scenery. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the complimentary coffee, hot tea, and apples available in the common areas. The staff were friendly; we had a lovely chat with one of them for almost half an hour. The breakfast included was quite good as well. The only downside was that the room, especially the shower, was a bit small, but it was perfectly acceptable for the price. I would definitely consider visiting again.

Par contre de la vaisselle de room service est restée entreposée toute la journée à notre étage dégageant une forte odeur. C’est vraiment dommage pour un hôtel de 5 étoiles.

WWang WANG ERFacilities: This is a chain hotel, very good. It's a prominent black high-rise building, and the shuttle bus to and from Oslo Airport stops right at the entrance.
Cleanliness: Clean and hygienic.
Environment: Central location, very close to the cruise terminal and City Hall.
Service: Good, with a 24-hour front desk.

地地球の旅人Located on Karl Johans Gate, this historic hotel boasts an excellent location within walking distance of the Royal Palace and major tourist attractions. The dignified atmosphere and tranquil rooms made for a comfortable stay in Oslo. The breakfast also offered a wide variety of options, making this a highly satisfying hotel.
