This is my 2nd time spending staycation with my family at this hotel. It was really perfect for us. The ambiance is good, the rooms are cozy, and the staffs are super nice. They also have their newest cafe and they serve coffee from Starbucks. 😲 We also appreciate the elegance and calming effect of their restaurant which they also serve the best Filipino food. 🤤The pool is perfect for swimming and safe for the kids. My daughter and her cousins really enjoyed it so much. 🏊‍♀️What amazes me more is that, the hotel is very accessible to the malls, fastfood resto, and to the convenient stores. Thus, I would definitely recommend this hotel for those who are also planning for their staycations here in Isabela. 🤩

Booked a family and deluxe room for an overnighter. It was easy, well priced, and the rooms were surprisingly (for its price) decent and comfortable. If you get a room by the main road, there could be some noise - but not too bad. Conveniently located next to drug stores, supermarket, and different fast food chains. If you’re expecting hotel star-like service and amenities, this isn’t the place for you. But if you want a clean and comfortable place to sleep at an affordable price and good location - this is a good spot!

hotel is near at store visit, friendly staff, Breakfast buffet not better than expected, Room is basic and not so clean CR I am not comfortable.

Whether travelling for leisure or business purposes, this Hotel offers luxury and comfort. They have outstanding customer service - all staff are friendly and approachable. They have facilities like a swimming pool, gym and even a conference room. No need to go out should you need caffeine fix - they have in-store ”the coffee bean and tea leaf. The lobby boasts an eye catching chandelier especially at night. The rooms were spacious, clean and definitely worth the penny you're paying. Your comfort is their best interest. :)

The staff are accomodating and friendly. The hptel is not expensive and just right on the budget. It is not a big hotel but the rooms can accomodate 4 persons in a room. They have a convenience store and spa in the building. There is enough parking . The breakfast was limited but the food was good.

During my Husband stay only for one day it’s hard to relocate the address may I request put the exact adress because not all driver knows well the hotel is not familiarize…🙃The staff are very good the cleanliness and the surround was Great 👍🏽 amazing experience while staying in Philippines 🇵🇭 Kudos To all the Staff amazing team my husband appreciate you all 😘

This is a nice hotel on Batan Island in Batanes Province in the Philippines. Batan Island has limited facilities and Residencia de Basco is a very good hotel for Batan. The workers are as nice as can be and do as good a job as they know how. The pool was wonderful and the hotel was within walking distance from the beach. The AC was very effective but the hallways are open air. The dining hall was moderately Airconditioned. The room was adequately stocked with shampoo and soap with a shaving kit and make-up kit as well as two toothbrush kits supplied. The door lock did not work when we checked in but was repaired as soon as we brought it to the hotel's notice. However, for the traveler, this hotel left a lot to be desired. The room was clean but never serviced in the three days we stayed. The restaurant, important as there are limited eating facilities within walking distance, was not reliably opened. The selection of drinks was very strange, with multiple types of beer but no club soda available. When requesting room service, the meal was brought up on a tray and the tray was taken. Since they did not collect the dishes even when left in the hallway outside, it necessitated balancing multiple dishes to bring them back down to the Kitchen. In defense of the staff, as soon as they saw us carrying the dishes (on the next day of course) they ran to take them from us. When we went to settle the bill the night before (20:00) leaving as we needed to leave at 05:45 AM, we were told only cash was accepted. When we paid cash we were told there was no change available and we could pick up change in the morning. When morning came, still no change. Wifi was nice when it worked but they use one-time vouchers which needed to be renewed every time the device lost the wifi signal. About 40% of the vouchers did not work and we requested vouchers multiple times a day for only two devices using perhaps 30 different vouchers in only three days. Since there is no cell phone coverage at the hotel, wifi was the only way to stay in touch. All in all it was a nice stay but with very little effort and training it could have been much better.

I really liked it there. It has welcoming staff and good food, free wifi, with beautiful scenery. They have pool too (not advised to go at night because there is noisy crickets) and a little golf area. It is nearest lodging house to the airport. Again, the staff is very very nice and treats you like family. When you go to the lobby and a staff sees you, they’ll great you with a warm “good morning” to lighten up your day. It is a really nice place too. Each room (maybe? haven’t checked all but saw some) is a different layout which makes it special to your stay. I hope to go there again too. It’s really nice! 💗 SIDE NOTES: • as it Batanes, remember the wifi isn’t very fast. but, some areas have high signal but only for SMART users. (sorry GLOBE users!) • when you want to play the golf, the golf clubs (golf sticks or whatever you like to call it) is behind the mirror in the lobby.

Buscalan’a App Whang-od ziyaret etmeye geldim ve yakın mesafe olarak bu şehri seçtim uçakla gelmek için. Bu oteli bulduğum da kaygılarım vardı ama giriş yaptıktan hemen sonra çok iyi bir enerji hissettim. Çalışanları çok iyi ve kusursuz bir ortam, şehir merkezine 10 dakikada yürüyebilir yada olmadı otelin servisini kullanabilirsiniz, hizmette ellerinden geleni yapmaktadır, burdan hepsine bir kez daha teşekkür ederim yolum düşer ise yeniden gelmek isterim.
