This resort is excellent with three swimming pool and a large Lagoom and only walking distance to the beach. You can find everything you need in this resort and there are ABC stores inside and we can buy all our souvenirs very easy. I will strongly recommend this hotel to my friend. Just one things that there is no bottle water provided and no boiling machine and you need to buy your bottle water on your own.

Ocean front is nice. Bidet is really useful! But i think the room is kinda small. The location is great as you have a lot of chance to go for shopping!!!

午前中にチェックインした際に、リゾートフィーとデポジットをカードで払ったのに、午後ルームキーを受け取りにフロントに行ったら、再度リゾートフィーとデポジットを請求されました。先程チェックインしたときに払ったと伝えても、払え払えの一点張り。私の分ではなくて夫の分だと。一部屋しか予約していないのに二人分なんておかしいと言っても、払え払えと。日本語がわかる人に電話を代わってもらって説明し、ようやくルームキーを渡してもらえが、どうしてそうなったのかの説明も、謝罪もなし。ふてくされた態度でルームキーを渡された。 そして、朝食付きのプランで予約したのに、案の定レストランで料金請求された。フロントがあの程度なら、まあそんなもんだろうと思っていたが。 明日のチェックアウト時に今度は何を請求されるか、恐ろしいです。 マリオットってそんなホテルだったんですか…。 ハワイは年一で毎年来ているが、マリオットは二度と泊まりません。 立地と設備は問題ないので非常に残念です。

Stayed here for 1 week,location is great. Right on Waikiki. This hotel doesn’t have its own beach but offers free sitting chairs to bring with you to the beach and towels. Takes 20secs to the beach.Really tall hotel so you can see sunset over the ocean,staff is SUPER friendly. Building is old like all of them on Waikiki,furniture needs updating,mattress is hard but they give you 4 pillows,asked for our room to be freshened up when came back sheets and duvet cover never got changed.Asked next day to freshen up and left sheets same way.Not sure why,cleaning staff spoke perfect English!Mon&Wed they got farmers market downstairs,outrageous prices a Coconut for $20US, a small cup of fruits for $20US,youll also find bracelets and other junk! Overall it’s affordable and central,we didn’t eat on the resort nor used their spa so can’t recommend!

This is my daughter(5) and my favorite staycation spot for the last few years. The pool is wonderful, very relaxing and fun. The location is great for those who want to shop and dine at the Ala Moana Center. As we live on Oahu, Waikiki can be a bit too busy so if you are those who want to stay off of Waikiki, this is great as it’s at the edge of Waikiki, right by Ala Moana! We also enjoyed the free lei making with friends we made at the pool too.

Bilik itu baik-baik saja walaupun lorong berbau seperti rumpai dan terdapat kesan di lantai permaidani. Selain itu, saya menikmati pemandangan dari tingkat 15. Hotel ini juga betul-betul di tengah-tengah Waikiki dan terdapat perhentian troli betul-betul di seberang jalan dari hotel. (jika anda tidak mahu membayar harga yang tinggi untuk pengangkutan, saya cadangkan troli Waikiki $10 perjalanan tanpa henti dari Waikiki ke Ala moana (garis merah jambu)

是風景非常不錯的飯店，可能也是因為我在頂層的17層，又是轉角的房間，可以看到海和整座繁華的城市。 房間乾淨衛生，每天都有人來打掃，所以是不錯的，夏威夷是日本人比較多，一般日本人聚集的地方整體的服務都不會差，就會相對比較可靠。 如果再來夏威夷，當然是會繼續選擇這間飯店。

Hilton brand used to be my hotel of choice. After some very disappointing stays toward the end of Covid I decided I was switching to anything but Hilton. I should have stuck with my commitment. As the previous poster said our room ($350) was very small. The corridors were old and dingy. When I walked into the room I went to look out the window and there was a view of a rooftop, a large dumpster of trash and a delapidated building with graffiti. In fact there are several abandoned buildings surrounding the property so the area isn’t great. They still don’t have daily housekeeping. I have been in Hawaii for 10-days now and my other hotels all had daily cleaning and it was excellent. There is no excuse for Hilton to not being this service back. That is a key reason people like to stay at hotels vs VRBOs. Hilton is putting the savings in their own pocket as their rates haven’t been adjust to reflect the significant reduction in service. Luckily we are only staying one night. The checkin was nice and the agent was friendly. The grounds (toward the water) were nice. I also agree with the other poster as I question why a resort fee at this property. If you get an ocean view room and don’t mind the lack of maid service then you should be ok. Definitely don’t stay in the odd numbered rooms in the ancillary building or you will view the ghetto.

Tanpa diduga, hari terakhir akan memberi kami daftar keluar lewat percuma sehingga jam 8 malam. Disyorkan.

Good value most of the year except those high season times. Great location, easy walk to the beach. Pool is small and very deep not so good for kids or inexperienced swimmers. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We loved every aspect about the hotel. It was well appointed. The rooms were amazing. The service was great. The sister property was a nice bonus. The beach was awesome and not a piece of plastic was seen on the beach or in the ocean. The check-in experience was pleasantly memorable with leis and welcome beverage. The reuseable water bottle may be the best gift I have received ever. We will be back and hopefully stay longer and more often.

Frisch renoviertes Hotel in zentraler Lage, Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und gibt Tipps zu Stränden, Schnorcheln, etc., große und geräumige Zimmer, Kühlschrank und Aufzug vorhanden, Parkplatz gegen Gebühr, zahlreiche Artikel (Taschen, Sonnencreme, etc.) wurden im Zimmer zum Verkauf angeboten, Badetücher für Strand an der Rezeption erhältlich, viele Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war o.k., wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden

Beautiful facility, all staff was very pleasant. Andrew the tram driver was very friendly to us and helpful, always waving and smiling at us an others. Loved the dining choices. All food fabulous.

When we check in, the front desk lady was being nice and friendly Unfo you missed our room for housekeeping the next day and we came back after 6pm, called the front desk to arrange it and was rejected at first as after 4pm. At the end a lady came by and changed the towels. We didn’t put any DNB sign on so it was entirely upto your handling, not upto our expectation for Marriott group in this regards

Setelah bermalam selama 5 malam, saya memberitahu meja depan bahawa saya mahukan sebuah bilik tidur besar dan memberikannya di sudut bangunan di sebelah kiri. Rasanya bilik-bilik berkembar harus berada di sudut, balkoni sangat besar, biliknya jauh lebih besar daripada hotel biasa, agak seperti tempat penginapan homestay (sebenarnya saya merasakan bahawa hotel ini berpihak kepada resort). Dari segi kebersihan, bilik dengan dua tempat tidur boleh dibersihkan dengan sedikit sebanyak tiga dolar sehari. Peti sejuk, peti keselamatan, pengering rambut, seterika elektrik, TV yang sangat jelas dan mesin kopi (TV dengan program paling banyak yang pernah saya tonton di Amerika Syarikat dalam beberapa tahun kebelakangan) semuanya tersedia di dalam bilik. Oh ya, hotel ini tidak mempunyai perkhidmatan ketuhar gelombang mikro, jadi jangan lupa untuk membeli yang sejuk untuk pemanasan di kedai abc. Terdapat dua kolam renang. Kolam air tawar kecil dibuka hingga pukul 8 malam, tetapi biasanya terdapat lebih banyak orang. Kolam air garam yang besar dibuka hingga pukul 6 petang, dan anda boleh mengambil pantai kecil untuk berjemur di bawah sinar matahari. Gelombang di kolam sangat menyegarkan, dan ada begitu banyak ikan yang dapat dikira sebagai kolam snorkeling kecil. Secara umum, saya merasakan bahawa saya tinggal dengan harga ini cukup selesa, dan ia boleh dianggap sebagai pengalaman yang baik. Lokasi hotel sangat bagus. Pemandangan lautnya hebat. Melihat matahari terbenam setiap hari, hanya perlu 5 minit berjalan kaki ke pusat bandar Kona. Restoran di tingkat bawah hotel didorong secara paksa. Saya makan dua kali dan tidak menginjak guruh. Mereka yang tidak mahu makan di hotel boleh berjalan kaki 5 minit ke restoran yang tidak terkira banyaknya di bandar. Foto pertama hotel yang diambil oleh drone, lihat lokasinya sendiri. Dua dan tiga adalah pemandangan matahari terbenam di batu di sebelah restoran hotel.

Menginap di Reeds pada bulan Jun 2021 selama 8 hari dan kembali pada bulan Julai 2021 selama 3 hari. Kakitangan sangat ramah dan biliknya sangat selesa dan bersih. Walaupun tidak ada AC, ada kipas siling dan kipas dua tingkat. Tidak ada lif tetapi kami selalu meminta tingkat pertama dan ditampung dengan baik. Ini akan menjadi hotel masuk kami dan rakan-rakan kami merujuk hotel ini untuk menikmatinya juga. Jalan-jalan pagi itu indah.

大島希爾頓度假村裡麪，性價比不錯，前台服務挺好，定錯了房型也幫我解決了，套房很大，適合一家人出遊，但是因為都是套房房型樓層又低，房間會有小飛蟲進來，要注意陽台回來及時關窗戶。泳池很大

I was nervous to stay here given the reviews and with the current construction I wouldn't have been happy to pay full price (not because of noise/dust, but because the restaurants/spa/bars/etc. are not all up and running!) but I got a nice 30% off deal through the Outrigger website and was happy with what we paid. I chose the oceanfront room knowing I'd get a good view (too many oceanview hotels only offer a glimpse of the water) but never imagined the incredible surprise we got - our room faced directly out to where the lights shine for the manta rays each night so it was like we had our our private manta observation deck! It was unreal! The room was comfy, clean and spacious; the staff were super friendly and helped quickly when our balcony was flooded after a storm, and we loved the morning yoga, mac nut lattes at holoholo market, and the easy self parking (it's really not a long walk). The beach pool was closed for renos but we enjoyed the courtyard pool very much, and the grounds were stunning to walk around in the morning an evening - keep a lookout for goats on the rocks! We were also able to walk to and from Keauhou Bay marina for our night snorkle with the mantas which was super convenient. KTA superstore and L&L BBQ are just down the road for quick eats and the location was perfect for visiting K'au, Kona coffee farms and to get to the airport. Can't wait to stay again when the renovations are complete!

The hotel is in a wonderful location and thanks to the architect perfectly fitted into the bay. The rooms have a fantastic view (we had a seaview room) onto coconut island. Although the hotel is a bit old, everything is still functional and clean. Hotel restaurant and bar are both comfortable, food is good. Our room was not made up although the reception promised to for the next day, each day.

This place is a gem in Hilo! Went here after a full day of hiking and so glad I did. I was traveling solo and felt very safe here - Bob was very welcoming and this place had everything I needed and more. Showers, washer and dryer, kitchen, chill room and coffee :) Totally worth it. There’s also a beach 5-min away (walking distance) where you can watch the sunset. Totally recommend. Bob - Thank you for the hospitality.
