The perfect airport hotel, there’s a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport but is also in walking distance. Staff were great, room was comfortable, would highly recommend.

Excellent location next door to the Airport Express train and bus stations. There's a well-stocked supermarket at the station with a good variety of locally produced items like chocs and jerky to buy home as gifts. It takes just a couple of minutes walk down the road to reach a Hop On - Hop Off bus pickup/drop-off point. In the evenings, there's complimentary water, tea, apples and toffees/mints at the spacious lobby. Very helpful frontline staff who provided clear directions and restaurant recommendations.

Reception staff was friendly. Pool, sauna and gym are very nice. Breakfast was good. Food at the Bistro was average and not too many options if you want healthy food, so maybe I would eat somewhere else next time. Overall experience was nice.

Had an excellent stay. Room was clean and enough space. But the layout isn’t good with mini fridge next to my bed. Lucky I was tired enough to sleep thru.

Supernöjd, allt var smidigt, fint och fräscht. Utmärkt boende! Super trevliga anställda och fick en uppgradering till ett ännu skönare rum! Definitivt prisvärt! Frukosten var så rik !!!
All personal hälsade och hjälpte till. SPA-avdelningen var fräscht och har många olika pooler som var väldigt fräscha. Gymmet innehåller allt jag behövde och var modernt. Väldigt fluffiga täcken och sköna sängar.

The hotel's location is not at downtown & need ~10 mins of bus journey to town center.
The breakfast is good. The room space is cosy, clean & equipped with air conditioning.
However, due to environmental protection no cup in the room & need to get paper cup at front desk.

GGangtou1973The hotel is very conveniently located close to Train Stations 41 and 40, falling within the 'Small' transport card zone. The nearby palace is worth a visit if you have some free time. However, upon checking in, a man who appeared to be Indian opened our room door, claiming he was there to perform a hygiene check. My daughter and I were absolutely terrified; it was horrifying. This clearly demonstrates a serious management oversight. Fortunately, we weren't changing clothes at the time. For the rest of our stay, we kept the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on our door.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel impressed us with its modern and stylish design. The lobby and common areas felt bright, welcoming, and very well maintained. It set a great tone for the whole stay.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. We all appreciated the comfortable beds and spacious layout — perfect after long days of sightseeing and exploring the city. Housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout our stay, and we always came back to a fresh, neat room.
The hotel’s location was also convenient, with easy access to public transport, shops, restaurants, and the airport area. It made getting around Stockholm quick and stress-free for our group.
The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of hot and cold options that helped start each day well. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance or local tips.
Overall, our stay at voco Stockholm - Kista was enjoyable and comfortable. Great quality, clean rooms, and excellent service made it a highlight of our trip. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and would happily stay here again!

GGuest UserFor a four-star hotel, this place was quite poor. They charge extra for the swimming pool, and breakfast didn't even include fried eggs or omelettes. My booking specified a midnight check-in, yet the front desk actually told me they would cancel my room if I didn't check in right after midnight?! I finally got into my room closer to 2 AM. I stayed for a week, and breakfast was identical every single day. I'd recommend saving your money and eating out instead. The hotel is surrounded by construction sites, making it impossible for taxis or ride-shares to pull up to the entrance.
