Hotel Dengan Pools di Stockholm county, Sweden

We stayed here overnight before flying home. It was a wonderful hotel with an excellent breakfast and a lovely swimming pool! There was also table tennis and a well-equipped gym in the basement of the building, in addition to a sauna in each of the gendered changing rooms. It is a little difficult to reach the hotel, though there is a shuttle bus. The hotel would benefit tremendously by developing a guide to show customers how they can easily access the hotel via foot from each of the respective airport terminals and via the free airport shuttle bus (I believe it was the T3 Alfa, bus). Finding the hotel was not trivial, even after checking in advance. Following google maps does seem to work, but you do get the awful sensation that it might try to lead you to places you don't want to end up (i.e., the high-way!). This is why I recommend the hotel creates a detailed guide on how to access the hotel, from the airport terminal buildings. If you are worried about reaching the hotel (it isn't far - it is walkable if accessibility isn't an issue), then I recommend you call them in advance and ask them for travel instructions. If accessibility is an issue for you and walking is difficult, I would recommend you call the hotel and ask them whether you would be able to reach the free airport shuttle bus terminal from your arrival destination - if not, I'm afraid you will have to call an uber/taxi to get you there as it is a long walk with luggage. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would look to book again in the future.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to Train Stations 41 and 40, falling within the 'Small' transport card zone. The nearby palace is worth a visit if you have some free time. However, upon checking in, a man who appeared to be Indian opened our room door, claiming he was there to perform a hygiene check. My daughter and I were absolutely terrified; it was horrifying. This clearly demonstrates a serious management oversight. Fortunately, we weren't changing clothes at the time. For the rest of our stay, we kept the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on our door.

Our group of friends from Vietnam had a wonderful experience staying at voco Stockholm - Kista by IHG during our recent trip to Stockholm. From the moment we arrived, the hotel impressed us with its modern and stylish design. The lobby and common areas felt bright, welcoming, and very well maintained. It set a great tone for the whole stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. We all appreciated the comfortable beds and spacious layout — perfect after long days of sightseeing and exploring the city. Housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout our stay, and we always came back to a fresh, neat room. The hotel’s location was also convenient, with easy access to public transport, shops, restaurants, and the airport area. It made getting around Stockholm quick and stress-free for our group. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of hot and cold options that helped start each day well. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance or local tips. Overall, our stay at voco Stockholm - Kista was enjoyable and comfortable. Great quality, clean rooms, and excellent service made it a highlight of our trip. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and would happily stay here again!

The hotel's location is not at downtown & need ~10 mins of bus journey to town center. The breakfast is good. The room space is cosy, clean & equipped with air conditioning. However, due to environmental protection no cup in the room & need to get paper cup at front desk.

The staff at the reception are attentive and friendly. However, the restaurant staff on the 12th floor are very inattentive. We went there for dinner and drinks and they ignored us until we decided to leave and eat elsewhere. There are no amenities in the room other than shower gel, conditioner and shampoo.

This was a great place to stay a few nights. A bit far from city but rrally perfect to get away from city. Great views, nature and places for walking. Room.was good size but not as cosy as pictured. Beds were comfy and breakfast was wonderful. Spaces were inviting and overall great experience. Free parking and view of the Baltic sea.

The hotel is easily accessible from the main train station, but it's also located directly next to the tracks. It's stylishly furnished. However, the room is in dire need of renovation. Two of the lamps didn't work. The mattress was very worn out, and for two people, it was like sleeping on a trampoline. The bathroom was well-equipped. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety. The staff at check-in were very friendly. They should clear the tables more quickly at breakfast.

Very nice hotel with the convenience of being able to park outside the hotel and take a 15 minute ride by commuter train into Stockholm city, perfect if you do not want to drive into town and worry about tolls and parking.

Great experience. A nice quiet place with many things to do and enjoy. Great meals, spa, pool, sports, atmosphere. Would have stayed one more day and utilised more of it all.

Besutiful place and lovely spa. We would have wished to swim in the ocean aswell. Room was ok, slightly small and hot. A big fan would be nice extra.
