第一次到這個城市是冬天，非常美麗的北方城市，五彩繽紛的顏色和寒冷天氣調和出城市的浪漫氣息。第二天的毛毛雨滋潤着大地更加美麗。酒店建築很大氣外面正好在州府廣場，寬闊平坦，房間輕古典風，簡潔優雅。服務友好微笑。感謝前台的帥哥，又高又酷。升級了行政房，窗外風景優美。酒店很舒服，留下美好印象。

一個床上配備了四個高低軟硬不同的枕頭，洗髮水，洗髮精都相當好用。大小不等的毛巾雪白，週末的自助早餐也不錯😊還有咖啡味道也贊

This was a solo stay on April 20, 2023. I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member, and as such I enjoy trying different properties across the portfolio when I visit different cities. In Providence, I had not yet stayed at this Homewood Suites, so I decided to give it a try. It was a stopover on the way by train to Boston, so I found it extremely convenient, a few blocks away from the station. I was surprised that this hotel did not offer a Digital Key, because it would have allowed me to bypass the odd arrangement of the entrance on the street level and the front desk on the second level. So I had to stop at the desk to claim my plastic old school card key. The desk staff was professional and described the hotel and features, as well as mentioning breakfast down on the street level. My Diamond status was recognized. My room was the one I had chosen during the online advance check-in the day before arrival. As it was a suite, it was certainly spacious. But.... the HVAC was hard to control, if at all. The outdoor temperature went down to the low 40's, and so I would have liked to have my room warmer than it was. Turning the thermostat higher just displayed the higher temperature but did not make the temperature higher. Unfortunately this was realized when I was ready to go to bed, so I wasn't going to contact anyone to rectify it that late. I found the bathroom to also be spacious, with enough room to put my toiletries on the counter. Because of the room temperature I opted not to take a shower that morning, so I cannot vouch for whether there was any issue with hot water. Breakfast.... I did not expect much. It was buffet style but limited selection. I did have scrambled eggs. I was bothered in the morning before my planned departure from the room and well before check-out time by Housekeeping knocking on my door. I thought that they only come in between guests. I had to yell that I would be out within half an hour. All in all, a great location but the lesson learned is to check the temperature control earlier in your stay if possible.

Not always so generous with my stars -- but, thanks to GM Par Excellence Kaynisha we had a great stay for our cousin's wedding! From check-in to check-out, Kaynisha (and her staff) made our experience seamless. Rooms were spanking clean and well-appointed; breakfast was not over until all who came were satisfied -- no breakfast straggler went without a meal. I had never before seen a breakfast buffet replenished at ”closing” time! Kaynisha is a ”local” and a source of great information; she pointed my husband and I to a great spot for manis/pedis (in fact, my French gel mani is still intact over 2 weeks later!) and for lobster rolls. Kaynisha has been at this property a long time and has direct experience in almost every aspect of the hotel's operation -- no wonder she knows just what to do and what guests appreciate. This was a great choice for family -- a good hotel value, kind and knowledgeable staff, good breakfast choices, a never-ending cup of coffee whenever you needed one and accessible to Newport proper. Try it out!

The staff was amazing and very friendly. Alicia at the front desk was the best. She was very helpful and friendly. I needed some first aid assistance, and she went into the back office and retrieve some Band-Aids for me. She was very personable with everyone I was with. If anybody had a plus-1 to the wedding we were attending she probably would have gotten it. The lobby was always clean and the room was very nice and clean. If I ever make it back to Middletown, Rhode Island. I will be staying at this Holiday Inn Express.

We got in and were welcomed up to standard expectations. No fuss and straight to the point for a quick check in. The room was nice and spacious. Hot water for shower was appreciated. It seemed like the toilet was in a continually flushing state, but maybe the knob was just a little off because it wasn't always like that when fiddled with. Vending machine needs a longer vending time for some items to properly drop, but it's a vending machine afterall. We didn't get to the pool area, but we did get breakfast. We were a little late to it, but one of the staff let us have the leftover sausage and eggs which was much appreciated. I think that was the wow factor for us as we really had no expectation of getting anything for our error. The next breakfast day was also very nice and we enjoyed the refreshments on time. We also had a bit of trouble with our cards on one return, but the front desk quickly helped us out and explained how to keep them safer from getting deactivated by keeping them away from phones and magnets. There are several restaurants and a dunkNdonuts nearby as well as a gas station, which was convenient. There is even extra parking near La Quinta. All in all we had a good stay and may think about staying here again if we swing by rhode island. I recommend exploring Warwick as it's a nice Centerpoint to get around Rhode Island. We were particularly interested in the historical mansions down south east among the smaller isles, which were roughly an hour or less away.

There was dirt and old food on the floor, the wall paper was peeling off the walls and mold was growing underneath and round window frames. The heat/AC vent was full of dust and other debris, ants everywhere. We were staying here for a one night away from home so the kids could use the pool, I took the kids to the pool while my husband went to see if we could get a cleaner room, the pool was disgusting, the water looked dirty, there were clumps of hair just stuck to the edge of the pool, there was what looked like poop in the bottom of the pool. We ended up checking out and going up the road to providence to find a new place to stay. Ruined our little escape as the kids didn’t get to a pool until almost dinner time.

Please read, nightmare experience, do not stay here if you want to be treated with dignity. When I came to check in the check in clerk almost charged me $400 extra because she didn't know how to put my credit card on file and check in took 45 minutes overall, she seemed highly inexperienced. Thereafter in the room when I tried to take a shower in the evening there was a lot of hair in the bathtub and it would not drain. Consequently I went to same the front desk to discuss with the clerk, she stated that I could not move rooms until the evening. I then requested to check out and attempt to gain a refund for the remaining nights of my due to the dismal experience thus far. The clerk was very defensive and raised her voice multiple times, and used the fact that I'd booked through booking.com as an excuse to not give me a refund. She told me I should forgo a shower altogether and just go to bed. After this lengthy altercation, the clerk finally got approval from her manager Ashlyn to refund me for the remainder of the nights of my stay. The next morning, I then proceeded to leave the hotel as planned the night before with the clerk and the hotel manager Ashlyn. Now I have learned from booking.com that I have not received a refund as the hotel clerk did not correctly check me out, despite me being very clear the night before that I would be ending my stay early (with managerial approval). From check in to check out, I have had an absolute nightmare of an experience. This is especially frustrating when I am in Providence for business, but am instead spending invaluable time being berated by hotel staff. The hotel still refuses to reimburse me for the promised amount by the manager Ashlyn.

Food from the cafe (comes with Starbucks coffee) is both well-presented and delicious. The room is clean, comes with a nice black out curtain for well-rested nights. The room is very spacious.

My wife and I needed an overnight in the Providence area. We chose the Pawtucket Hampton Inn primarily because of a very positive experience at a Hampton Inn elsewhere. We were extremely pleased with this one, as well. The room was neat, well thought out, well-equipped (except for a desk lamp), and the bedding was comfortable. The free breakfast was much more than we expected, and the pre-made omelet was actually delicious. All in all, a great choice.

El hotel está renovado las habitaciones maravillosas y el servicio inmejorable, excelente ubicación Mi familia y yo hemos tenido el privilegio de pasar unos días increíbles en el hotel, el personal es increíble todos súper amables y serviciales siempre sonrientes y dispuestos a ayudarte en cualquier cosa que solicites, El hotel tiene una piscina indoor y outdoors durante el fin de semana hubo música al rededor de la piscina y el ambiente estuvo genial ! Tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer a uno de los Gerentes Ejecutivos de nombre JC una persona espectacular simplemente alguien que marca la diferencia Muchas gracias a él y a todo el resto del personal por hacer nuestras vacaciones memorables seguro volveremos !!!

I stayed one night at the Holiday Inn Express in Woonsocket. The hotel was decent from a cleanliness standpoint but that was about it. The area around the hotel was rather rough with homeless people hanging around the parking lot. There was a lack of decent restaurant options nearby with only a second-rate taqueria and a diner in walking distance. The breakfast the next morning was so poor that I ended hardly eating and going out for breakfast. Overall, this was subpar for the brand.

Had a great time at the Hotel Viking. Staff very friendly. Food was very good. Room very clean. Only downside was the maid service is every other day. For what you pay, you expect every day service.

Kami kecewa dalam penginapan kami. Semasa membuat tempahan, kami secara khusus memilih ”pemandangan air” dan ruangan itu diiklankan mempunyai 2 tempat tidur ”queen”. Walaupun mungkin kedua-duanya benar secara teknikal, kami pasti merasa tersinggung. Pemandangan yang kami miliki sebenarnya ke atrium di mana anda secara teknikal dapat melihat air melalui tingkap sepanjang seberang atrium - beberapa ratus kaki jauhnya. Tempat tidur mungkin lebih besar daripada penuh tetapi sekurang-kurangnya 6 ”kurang daripada ratu lebar 60” biasa. Secara keseluruhannya bersih dan kakitangannya ramah tetapi tidak seperti yang kami harapkan untuk $ 700 / malam.

一百多年的酒店了啊……但是床品用具都不錯，去Revere beach 和哈佛麻省都不遠，出入都很方便，性價比不錯……
