The rooms were ideal for business travel — spacious, clean, and equipped with a good work desk and reliable Wi-Fi. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring restful sleep after long days. The bathroom was spotless, with high-quality toiletries provided. Soundproofing was excellent, allowing for focused work and quiet evenings. Overall, a great choice for business travelers needing comfort and productivity.

Overall, I liked the hotel. I stayed there with my spouse and our two-year-old daughter. Our room was spotless. The shower was excellent, and the water pressure was strong—I absolutely loved that. The gentleman at the reception  was very polite and attentive; he even allowed us to check in early. The hotel's only downsides were that parking required a fee and the televisions were a bit outdated. Aside from that, we were very satisfied with everything.

It’s clean and the receptionist is very nice and helpful! Given the price, it’s a good hotel for budget travelers!

Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

My only complaint is the hardness of the beds...but that is a personal preference I know. Otherwise everything was really great!!

We visited the Best Western Tacoma-Seattle location on February 28. The hotel met all of its promises regarding room type, facilities, amenities, and service. A motel. If you live on the first floor, the car can be parked at the door of the room. The room facilities are relatively simple, and the air conditioner has a lot of dust. You have to clean it yourself. The service attitude is good, and two extra quilts with the front desk were quickly delivered. The transportation is still convenient.

The selection was impressive—fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning. The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours. Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. 酒店不錯，但最不滿意的是在攜程網訂了這兩個房間，居然酒店還需要另外收取每個房間20多塊的訂房費用，這是我網上訂酒店第一次碰到的，這樣一算，在攜程網訂這個酒店，還比當場訂還貴，而且需要提前付款，還不能退
