The room is quite spacious, and the front desk service was excellent. The shuttle bus was also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Hong Kong. There's a beach right next to the hotel, perfect for a quiet stroll. The sea view is beautiful.

I stayed in a superior room at the Regal Airport Hotel Hong Kong on September 30th for a business trip. The overall experience was fantastic and completely exceeded my expectations! Firstly, the location is impeccable, a true blessing for anyone needing to catch an early flight or transfer. It's seamlessly connected to the airport, so even with luggage, it's absolutely no hassle. The room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to get a high-quality sleep during my busy business trip. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the environment is elegant and grand. The staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. In summary, the environment is great, perfect for those catching a flight from Hong Kong Airport the next day. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip!

Staying during the National Day holiday, the hotel prices were doubled. The room decor was a bit too minimalist, which was a minus. At 42 square meters, it didn't feel that spacious. Compared to other Marriott or Shangri-La hotels of similar size (around 40 sqm), it felt a bit cramped. The mini-bar was complimentary on the first day, offering juice and beer, but there was no plain drinking water. The most unacceptable part was the poor soundproofing. Next door was a family of three, with a school-aged boy. Their boisterous laughter and chatter could be heard frequently, both in the evening and in the afternoon. One night, the noise continued until almost 11 PM, disturbing our rest. Furthermore, in the early mornings, intermittent banging sounds would emanate from the room. It wasn't piercing, but quite loud, as if someone was cleaning discreetly right next to you, yet still making banging noises. The hotel had notified guests about recent curtain wall cleaning. Could the sounds be from the operating platform or ropes hitting the glass? I didn't notice anything from outside during the day. Finally, let's talk about the good points. The unbeatable sea view. The bathroom was very clean, and the amenities were excellent. The hotel staff were all very polite. However, I will not be staying here again. While I might not encounter noisy neighbors again, poor soundproofing is a major drawback, and quiet is very important to me.

The hotel was renovated in 2017, but the room, including every corner of the bathroom, was spotless. The entire hotel is exceptionally well-maintained and thoughtfully run. **Service** Upon arriving at the lobby in the afternoon, there were many stored suitcases filling the corners. The lobby staff were very welcoming and enthusiastic, opening the doors for guests. Lobby suggestion: Adding fresh flowers would make it feel more vibrant. **Environment** The hotel is located near Tin Hau Station Exit A2 (the subway sign says A1, which is a bit roundabout). Walk straight across a small street for about 3-5 minutes, and you'll reach it easily. Even with a large 26-inch suitcase, it was no trouble. Along the street, there are various dessert shops and restaurants. **Facilities** Although the hotel was renovated in 2017, the facilities are very well-maintained. There are night lights by the bedside in the room. The bath towels are new, and the toiletries have a pleasant botanical scent. The room has two direct USB charging ports, so you don't even need to bring a UK adapter – it's more than enough. There are two types of pillows (soft and firm) available by the bed, which shows excellent attention to detail. 💯

An excellent, impressive hotel – it immediately gives off the vibe of a large, full-fledged hotel, and the name Plaza really suits it. Inside, it smells very pleasant; even approaching the hotel, you can detect a nice, subtle, sweet jasmine scent. The hotel is easy to find: there are signs from the metro, and once you exit onto the street, its building is immediately visible – it's large and stands out. Check-in was very quick: several staff members were working at the large reception desk. We were given a room with two twin beds and a private terrace-balcony (a nice bonus). Each of us received a separate key card – for me, this is a prime indicator of guest care. The cost of our stay turned out to be quite low considering the number of nights we booked. Check-out was also very quick, but the 11:00 AM check-out time is not very convenient. The hotel is very quiet. The corridors are long, but you rarely encounter anyone there. The room was also very quiet. Housekeeping is done daily, and the Wi-Fi works well. There's a pool, but from what I understood, it closes quite early (I don't remember exactly, around 7-8 PM), so I didn't get a chance to use it. The room made a very good impression. It's large, clean, and comfortable. Two comfortable beds, nice bedding, a small table, a full set of towels, slippers, a safe, a refrigerator, tea, coffee, and sugar. The room also has a hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, thick blackout curtains, and tissues. I especially liked the toiletries in the bathroom: the shower gel has a very pleasant scent, and there's also shampoo and hand cream. The plumbing is in good condition – and yes, that's important, because issues with plumbing are quite common in hotels. As for the downsides – there are no power outlets near the bed. USB ports were available on the desk, but they charge quite slowly, so it's best to bring an adapter. Perhaps adapters can be obtained at reception, but I didn't ask. Like many hotels in Hong Kong, the room does not provide disposable amenities or bottled water – the hotel adheres to an eco-friendly approach. The location is generally convenient. The hotel is not far from the waterfront, although it's not immediately obvious how to get there the first time. You need to head towards the stadium (Coliseum), and then through pedestrian overpasses: to the left – to the waterfront, and straight through the first overpass above the bus stop – towards the city. The metro is next to the hotel, and it's just one stop from West Kowloon Station – very quick. There's also a bus stop nearby with routes towards Wan Chai and Central via the underwater tunnel. The hotel itself is actually connected to a small, modest shopping center. There's a good grocery store there and several cafes/restaurants. McDonald's is located within the metro station building. Someone mentioned money exchange shops in the mall in a review – I couldn't find any. If you need to exchange money, you can find an ATM in the underpass behind the metro station building, opposite the passage to the university, but the exchange rate there isn't the best. It's better to use the exchange shops south of Tsim Sha Tsui station, on Nathan Road – there's a whole floor dedicated to them. It's about a 12-15 minute walk from the hotel or one metro stop. Overall, I felt really comfortable here. A spacious and clean room, quietness, everything I needed at hand, and a convenient location. My impressions of the hotel were very positive.

We took our kids to Hong Kong Disneyland and stayed at a hotel for two nights. This was our first time staying at the Gold Coast Hotel in Tuen Mun, and it was a great experience. ✨ **Transportation:** From Shenzhen Bay Port, we took bus B3X to Tuen Mun Town Centre, then a taxi for a few tens of dollars to the hotel. For the return trip, a taxi directly to Shenzhen Bay Port cost around 150. Getting to Disneyland by taxi was about 200-300. Alternatively, you can take a minibus to Tsing Yi and then transfer to the MTR. ✨ **Environment and Facilities:** The beach offers amazing sunset views. The Shark-themed children's playground was safe and clean, and the kids had a blast, allowing us parents to relax. We didn't get to experience the pool due to time constraints, but it looked good too. ✨ **Room:** Our balcony sea view room offered beautiful sunset views, and the balcony was spacious enough. The room itself was also quite large. Although the hotel is a bit older, it's well-maintained and offers excellent value for money. ✨ **Surrounding Amenities:** Gold Coast Piazza is about a 5-minute walk away. It has a very chill vibe with various restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores, meeting all basic needs. The Vietnamese restaurant, Bistro Hoi An, was delicious; we ate there two days in a row. ✨ **Service:** We are very grateful for the hotel's well-trained staff; everyone was very friendly! The front desk agent who checked us in (forgot his name) was very nice. Dan from the concierge patiently helped us with directions to Disneyland, and the housekeeping staff were always smiling. It's been a long time since I felt such a strong sense of being at home. Overall, choosing the Gold Coast Hotel for our vacation was an excellent experience and definitely worth recommending!

Our room was ready for check-in at 2 PM after being cleaned. At the front desk, we were also informed that the hotel offered many activities for both kids and adults. Upon entering the room, we were greeted by a dry citrus scent. I had expected a beachfront hotel might have a slightly damp smell, but the room was quite tidy. The water dispenser and coffee machine (with 3 capsules provided daily) were a nice touch, and the hotel even provided a universal adapter, so no worries if you forget yours. Slippers, bath towels, and even small notebooks all featured cute Mickey and Minnie designs. The in-room toiletries were from the Rituals brand, with a sweet orange scent, and this same brand was used throughout the hotel's other common areas. For breakfast, we tried both restaurants. The buffet restaurant had a wide variety of delicious options, which I really enjoyed. The other restaurant offered a set menu, which was also quite good and offered better value for money. After leaving the Disneyland Metro station, we easily found the shuttle bus. Just make sure to look for the hotel's logo so you don't board the wrong one. Luggage storage is free both before check-in and after check-out, which is very convenient. Also, with your hotel room key card, you can use the fast entry lane on the far right at the park entrance. Finally, the mosquito repellent products readily available in the hotel's public areas were a truly thoughtful touch!

The hotel is quite close to Disneyland and offers a shuttle service, though the timing is very strict. We only got to see the fireworks for ten minutes; it would have been great if the bus left a bit later. Everything else was good. The shuttle also goes to Citygate Outlets, so we went shopping there the next day. The hotel breakfast was excellent, the satay sauce was delicious, and the soft-boiled eggs were tasty too. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The hotel environment is excellent. We checked in very late, but the front desk staff was incredibly patient and attentive, helping us with our room. They were so, so nice to upgrade us to a larger room! It's a shame we didn't have more time to stay longer; otherwise, we could have enjoyed the pool, laundry room, and ice machine. The fact that the rooms have direct drinking water is truly superior to many other hotels. Plus, we could store our luggage for free for a full day after checking out – how amazing is that? The room was clean and comfortable. Next time I'm in Hong Kong, I'm definitely staying here again!

The location is indeed great, with a bus stop right next to it. The MTR can take you directly there, about a ten-minute walk. For those taking the MTR, remember to use Exit C of Tsuen Wan West Station, and you won't have to worry about rain as it's within a mall, otherwise, you'd be exhausted like we were 😔. The high-floor rooms offer beautiful views, with a panoramic sea view. The room facilities are complete, and toiletries are provided, so no need to worry. The only minor inconvenience was having to queue twice for check-in, which was a bit annoying. It's probably due to the holiday season; I wonder what it's like normally. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It would be even better with some improvements!
