Hotel ini terletak berhampiran dengan pantai dan tidak banyak kemudahan berdekatan, tetapi hotel ini akan menyediakan bas ulang-alik, yang juga sangat mudah.

Daftar masuk pantas, kakitangan ramah mesra dan mesra. Biliknya luas. Mudah jika ke Disneyland. Bas ulang-alik disediakan ke hotel. Hanya syampu, perapi dan gel mandian disediakan. Selebihnya peralatan mandian perlu membayar HKD 40 jika anda memerlukannya.

I’m satisfied with the room, facilities and in-room dining service. Attitude of staff at check in session is great. However, for appointment of spa, though I had remarked that the contact person was different from the guest who was going to enjoy the spa, staff made wrong direct contact to the guest instead of me (the contact person). That had spoiled my surprise to my guest.

Best value stay in HK so far. Big, clean room, dedicated bus stop, no frills customer service, a literal mall below the hotel with a plethora of shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in HK.

Stayed here a night before an early morning flight. Arrived by taxi and staff was able to assist us for moving 5 big luggage to the room after check in. The check in was very smooth and gave me clear instructions to the room. The baggage handling staff, Simon Shum, was super helpful by sending the luggage to the room timely, moving them to the room one by one carefully and place them all in an appropriate place in the room. Excellent! Dinner at The China Coast and the experience was fantastic when compared with the service before COVID. The 2 servers were very attentive and handled our order in the best manner . The manager explained the “regal club” benefits and make sure we could enjoy it during our stay. Well done.

Pros: 1. The hotel is very beautiful itself, although a bit old, but with amazing territory, where you can walk and chill. 2. The rooms are big and spacious, with bath tubs (which is specially valuable in HK). 3. Receptionists were very professional, friendly and helpful. 4. Great breakfast buffet. 5. For people with kids, it will be very suitable, since there are a lot of extra activities for them (but as far as I’m concerned, you may have to pay additional charges for the amenities). 6. Shuttle bus to the city and train station for a reasonable price. 7. I personally love the location of the hotel. But it is very far from the central part, with limited restaurants and activities to do. Cons: 1. The service is quite average (except the reception). Not all people speak English. 2. Agree with other people, that the shuttle bus time is quite confusing, and not very convenient. I think before the pandemic, they had a better schedule (for example add an earlier time, like 8 or at least 9 am). 3. I agree with their policy, to not provide plastic water bottles, but I think it would be nice touch, if you would fill the jars with water upon guests arrival. Overall a solid 8,5/10.

Highly recommended for families. This is its own little town with supermarket, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and pharmacy. We took the free morning shuttle to Disney and had a wonderful time. Very convenient and cost effective. The breakfast buffet is nice and the Christmas decor was superb. We will definitely be staying again. Just wish the hotel had an ATM machine

Saya tinggal di sini setiap kali saya datang ke Hong Kong. Pengangkutan mudah, bilik bersih dan perkhidmatannya sangat baik. Ia bagus untuk perjalanan perniagaan dan pelancongan. Kali ini saya menemui bilik yang penuh dan telah dinaik taraf. Ia adalah pengalaman menginap yang sangat baik. Akan diteruskan pada masa akan datang.

Empire Hotel Causeway Bay - Hong Kong This hotel exceeded all my expectations. I knew already a while ago that Hong Kong hotels are small in sizes due to how expensive real estate here is, but given how small the space they were able to make it very comfortable for me. I am traveling solo and yet it just feels like I am in my apartment in Vancouver, BC. The location of this hotel is also amazing as I am one of those leisure travelers who avoid fancy areas as I want to experience Hong Kong just like the locals where nearby markets, family-owned restaurants and shopping areas are. Cleanliness and service is top-notch too! I couldn’t say a thing about how awesome it is. Soundproofing is amazing too. Also, their airconditioning unit is pretty cold and great for the hot Hong Kong weather. I will surely be back and look to book this hotel again. Consider it a compliment as I don’t usually go back to the same hotel unless it was exceptional of an experience!

Clean bed and room. But we have to wait for almost 2hrs upon check in as they said the room is still not ready. Cabinet is also small. There’s a small fridge and kettle, but no microwave, They only provide tea bags inside the room so if you like coffee you better bring or buy outside. Also, mineral water is not free but you can easily buy outside as there’s a nearby 7/11 store and a lot of restaurants. Location is near tsim sha tsui mrt. One good thing is if you check out and want to leave your luggages, you can use their free luggage cabinet. Just download their app.
