Extremely breathtaking views from the hotel and the loveliest service from the hotel team. Met multiple obstacles throughout the trip and they managed to help come up with problems quickly and patiently. Highly recommended.

Truly an amazing stay. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. He met me downstairs when I arrived and showed me up to my room and spoke great English. The room was absolutely spotless, like truly spotless. They changed my towels daily and provided me with more water and cleaning if you requested it. I couldn’t have asked for a better location, it was so central and walkable to Chunxi road. I could easily come back to the hotel and rest for a little before going back out. I would highly reccomend this hotel to any foreigners and will absolutely stay here again when I’m in Chengdu again. The hotel also helped me book an airport ride to TFU when I had a very early flight. Truly a 10/10 stay and view! I felt very taken care of by the hotel owners 😊

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing and did not live up to the expectations created by the photos and description. One of the main reasons we booked this place was the pool shown in the main pictures. However, this is quite misleading, as the pool is not actually available for guests to use. The small pool in the common area was also dirty and poorly maintained, making it completely unappealing. The staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful during our stay. We did not feel looked after as guests, and interactions often felt unfriendly and dismissive. We were also surprised to be charged an additional fee after using the washing machine. We accidentally ran a wash without fully understanding the procedure and ended up being charged €10, which felt excessive and unnecessary for such a minor issue. The room itself was very cold and uncomfortable. On top of that, the windows were extremely dirty, which gave the entire space a neglected feeling and spoiled what could have been a nice view. Overall, the property feels poorly maintained and does not match the impression presented online. Between the misleading pool photos, the lack of hospitality, the extra charges, and the uncomfortable room conditions, we did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend this hotel. We left feeling disappointed and feeling that the experience was not worth the money we paid.

Strategic location nearby Chunxi Road. Ideal for shopping spree trip. Just across the pedestrian bridge and you can find the hotel. Hotel amenities all are good and clean. My experience here was really nice thank you. The staff members were very attentive, even the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. In the mornings we would be greeted for breakfast. The food options are very nice and each morning I had a different option. The food was delicious and the coffee too. I met a lovely tea lady, and she helped me order food for dinner and was interested in where I am from and my travels. It was very nice as a solo traveller to have someone wanting to have a conversation. I really appreciated that. Would have just loved some soy or dairy free milk. My only recommendation is to provide an additional dairy free milk option. Thank you again!

Stayed here for the second time during our trip in Chengdu. Mainly because of the location and also the friendly staff. They were helpful to allow early check-in when we first arrive since there were rooms available. They also extended our checkout time to 2 pm for free. The front desk stuff also helped me with my Taobao refund issue. The hotel also helps to receive parcels from Taobao and when I needed to refund some of the parcels, the hotel staff helped to pass to the courier for pickup since i was out exploring the city. Definitely recommend!

Definitely our favorite hotel of the trip! The rooms were beautiful and impeccably clean—honestly, we benchmarked every other stay against this one. They are incredibly generous with perks like free-flow bottled water, daily high tea, and a complimentary Hanfu experience. The location is perfect too: surrounded by great food and attractions, and just three MRT stops from the shopping district. We love this hotel and highly recommend them.

This is a fantastic hotel located north of the city centre. If you are willing to walk 30 to 60 minutes, there are a lot of places like parks, museums, food market and a temple that are within range. A nearby metro station is about 5 minutes away as well. My room was large and modern. My only complaint is the mattress being very soft for my taste and I ended up sleeping on the couch as I would wake up in the middle of the night with a sore back due to the soft mattress. AC works very well in my room and I prefer colder climate than hot. Bathroom was very spacious with standalone shower and bath tub. There is a loundry room as well if you need to freshing your cloths after going out on a hot day. I ran into the housekeeper a couple of times while waiting for the elevator and she was very sweet and greet me each time. She even asked if I was coming back early one day and if so, she would clean my room first. The included buffet breakfast was amazing. A ton of choices each morning and I really liked their spicy cold grass noodles. When I visit Chengdu again, I would consider booking this hotel again.
