Hotel Romantic di Sichuan, China

It was a very pleasant stay. Very convenient and comfortable. We enjoyed it a lot. Also the personal service was very well organized. The room was always clean and tidy. Would recommend it always.

The hotel is great, with excellent views. The staffs are attentive and kind. Surrounding of the hotel has no shops. However the hotel has restaurant and bar which could ease our request. Overall I would recommend those looking for nice view, services can consider this hotel.

We are a family of 4 and we loved the hotel. We booked the basic room, Tea Room, and we're very happy with it. Large, clean, and well decorated. The breakfast was simple but yummy with a 24 hour coffee machine. The location was fantastic, right in the city center with free parking. We would definitely stay again.

Super huge room with queen size bed and vicinity to restaurants and pharmacies just beside the hotel. Very near to Tamg Yue Onsen and sauna to relax and soak in onsen after hours and days of walking and climbing up stairs at all the mountains. Near to Chun XinRoad ans IFS as well as Taikooli. The hotel is dated however all good for water pressure and hot water for bathing . Room come with air con cum heater, local tv programs, kettle and basic toiletries. 5 mins to Chun xi MRT and 10 mins to IFS Airport drop off and pick up stops which estimate takes 1.5 hours Airport. I include the bus pick up timing and price for guide as well. Renovations going on opposite building thus noise was an issue during my stay however pretty quiet during bedtimes when works stopped. All good as room price is not expensive at all.

We loved our stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to all travelers going to Chengdu. The room was huge with plenty of space to hide away our luggage and shoes. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of healthy options including both Chinese and western dishes such as fried egg and bacon. The afternoon tea and laundry service was wonderful. All the staff we encountered were very kind. The hotel is in a great location located about 7 min walk from Chunxi road. It was very easy to walk to the bustling area but still felt calm in the hotel. The gym was older but had everything one could need.

Bilik air ada pemisah basah dan kering, peralatan tandas berkilat tanpa kotoran, kelengkapan mandian disusun rapi, malah celah-celah pun bersih. Kakitangan pembersihan bilik sangat teliti, membersihkan bilik tepat pada masanya dan efisien setiap hari. Sampah dibuang segera, bekalan diganti tepat pada masanya, menunjukkan perhatian terhadap setiap perincian. Menginap di sini langsung tidak perlu risau tentang isu kebersihan, setiap sudut bersih dan segar, memberikan rasa selamat dan selesa sepenuhnya. Sama ada untuk perjalanan perniagaan singkat atau percutian panjang, anda pasti akan menginap dengan tenang dan selesa. Sangat disyorkan!

It's necessary to leave a nuanced review. On the positive side, beautiful rooms, great location, and very kind and friendly staff. We loved our stay. And would love to stay again. Notes for improvement (listed for the hotel's benefit): we had initially booked a more expensive room, but were offered a room layout not matching the beautiful photos seen on Trip.com. (The alternative was to downgrade to a smaller room.) I've attached photos of what we found on arrival. Needless to say, it fell far short of expectations. We had been given the choice, but the photos provided to help guide that choice were far from the reality. The hotel should never have encouraged or even presented this room as an option, just to keep us in the more expensive room category. After the first night, we rebooked the cheaper, better room. Second complaint was that at least three of the hotel's web routers were infected with viruses during our stay, and were redirecting our web traffic to pornographic websites. It routinely happens, I'm sure. And the staff were quick to find us a solution. I hope the hotel will fix the issue though. Affected rooms were: 2108, 2109, 2110. I would still recommend staying. Just communicate with the staff to ensure you are getting what you expect and have paid for.
