Hotel Romantic di Sichuan, China

This was a great stay, very central to the city and you can see the beautiful lights at night. It is very close to cafes and great restaurants as well. The place is clean and nice, they also have self service laundry which was a great plus. At reception you can also enjoy a coffee upon asking. The staff were absolutely helpful any time we needed anything.

What you see is what you get! The location is super convenient, right next to Chunxi Road. The living room offers a great view of the street. All three bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, and the master bedroom even has a bathtub, along with a full set of toiletries. The bedding is comfortable and clean. The kitchen has a clean fridge and a full range of cooking utensils. I must say, the service was top-notch! When we stored our luggage, they organized it so it was easy to access. They even checked and saved the cherries I left in the fridge, storing them in their service center's fridge. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit!

The room had a large floor-to-ceiling window with a stunning view of the 'Golden Mountain at Sunrise' and the surrounding area was also beautiful. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service, with a shuttle bus available for transfers up and down the mountain. The only minor downside was that you had to subscribe to VIP to cast content to the TV.

I had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel Chengdu. What really stood out was the excellent service and attention to detail from the hotel staff. Every day, the housekeeping team kindly provided complimentary coffee, which was a very thoughtful and pleasant touch. The daily laundry service was also extremely convenient and well handled, making my stay even more comfortable. I also truly appreciated the early check-in. I arrived very early in the morning at around 9 AM due to my flight schedule, and the hotel was kind enough to arrange an early check-in for me, which was a huge relief after a long journey. Overall, the service was warm, helpful, and professional. I would definitely recommend Louis Hotel Chengdu and would be happy to stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sungold Designer Hotel in Chengdu. The hotel has a modern, stylish design, and the room was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up. I appreciated the small details that made the stay feel more relaxing and well cared for. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made check-in and any requests very easy. One of the biggest highlights was the location — it’s conveniently situated near major shopping and dining areas, making it easy to get around and explore the city. Overall, Sungold Designer Hotel offers great value for a comfortable and well-designed stay.

The location is great, making it convenient to get everywhere, and because it's not directly on the street, it's very quiet, so I slept exceptionally well. The hotel service was also excellent; the laundry service was incredibly convenient. They picked up dirty clothes in the morning, and by the time we returned in the evening, they were washed, dried, and placed back in the room. Housekeeping was always timely and thorough. They offered afternoon tea, and when I casually mentioned to the front desk that we were always out sightseeing and didn't have time to enjoy it, they immediately packed up two portions for us, which was incredibly thoughtful. We stayed for three consecutive days with our child, and we were all very satisfied.

We had an amazing stay at ISEYA and would absolutely stay here again. The location is simply unbeatable — right next to Taikoo Li and IFS, with countless restaurants downstairs, a shopping mall attached, and the subway literally at the doorstep. It was incredibly convenient to get anywhere in Chengdu, especially traveling with kids. The hotel is in excellent condition, and the loft-style room design is a real highlight. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, the space is well laid out, and our kids absolutely loved staying here. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. What truly made our stay special was the service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. Even when small issues came up, the team was always proactive and did their very best to find solutions quickly. On our first day, there were a few hairs left in the shower from the previous guest, and at times the sound insulation wasn’t perfect — occasionally we could hear people in the corridor. That said, these were largely due to other guests being noisy rather than a hotel issue, and the staff handled everything professionally whenever needed. Overall, this was a fantastic stay with an unbeatable location, extremely comfortable rooms, and outstanding service. A true 5-star experience — highly recommended, especially for families.

Best hotel I've stayed at. The hotel was clean and tidy. It is connected to the shopping centre and metro which made it super easy to get around. Downstairs is like an office building maybe be hard to locate the hotel at first. They also add you on wechat and you can communicate and request for items through your phone. It is super convenient. I also ordered items off taobao. Instead of myself picking up at the parcel locker. The butler will pick it up for me when I send her a picture. The butler's are very polite and accomodating to all requests. Especially Yuan Yuan and Xiao Wen. Whenever I ordered food I don't have to worry at all, I just send them a link and they collect it for me!! My hotel package came with free laundry which they also do for you. All you need to do is leave your laundry at your door and next morning it will appear!!!! I will definitely try the other locations and come back to this one!

The room overall was pretty good, and it's just dozens of meters from the subway exit. There are plenty of places to eat downstairs. **Pros**: Convenient for getting around, good room hygiene, excellent air conditioning that cools down quickly. The butler service was attentive and responsive. The elevators are fast. **Cons**: The hot water was poor; it turned lukewarm after just a short while of showering (even though I used the small shower head as instructed). I don't understand why the shampoo and shower gel were placed on the vanity – is it that hard to install a corner shelf in the shower area? The vanity is about 1.9 meters diagonally from the shower area. Taking a shower, especially with the poor hot water, in winter is unimaginable – you'd catch a cold! Don't let guests risk an accident trying to reach for toiletries while showering. I hope this can be improved. This is a genuine review, no malice intended.

This hotel is really good location very near to the main spot and I was arrived at the time before checkin time the front staff try her best to get the room asap, really appreciated and the room was clean
