The photos make it seem like this hotel occupies its own standalone building, but that isn’t the case. It is actually located on the 15th and 18th floors of an older building, which makes the overall experience feel less premium than expected. While the hotel floors themselves have a modern, futuristic design, the contrast with the rest of the building was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the room we booked did not have a window, which was not clearly communicated in the images on trip.com, which did disappoint us. During our visit, there was also very loud construction noise. To their credit, the staff responded promptly and moved us to another floor. However, the noise was still noticeable even after the room change. The hotel offered a 5% discount as compensation, but we felt it was insufficient given the inconvenience caused, especially since we would also not be able to collect Trip.com coins for this stay. As a result, we declined the offer.

Travel with Group of friends with 3 bookings each with different types of room. Great rooms, strategic location & great service by the hotel! Staffs are very helpful and accommodating. Love the hotel, love the view. When we came we were greeted by the sun, then the next morning it was snowing! The view was mesmerising from our room. Highly recommended to come and visit! Absolutely amazing experience!!! Excellence and convenient just 12 mins walk from the train station. The rooms is spacious and well designed. And the staff is very thoughtful and caring. They also provided many ideas and information to travel around the Leshan area. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

The Sungold Designer Hotel boasts an absolutely unbeatable location for exploring Chengdu. We were staying for multiple days, the thoughtful staff upgraded our room, which was a wonderful surprise. It is placing you right in the heart of the city's most trendy area. You are just a short walk away from Taikoo Li high-end shopping, cafes, and unique architecture. Getting around the city is incredibly easy from here. The hotel is very close to the Metro Station, making it simple to hop on the subway and explore further-flung attractions. There is also a Lawson mini-mart conveniently located right downstairs for any snacks or essentials you might need during your stay.

On the first day in Chengdu, I, who came from Indonesia, stayed at this hotel, the hotel staff really helped us communicate by using google translate, and she also helped us check in early. The room is spacious and clean, complete facilities, soft and comfortable mattresses make us sleep very well. Near the hotel there are also many places to eat and minimarkets, close to IFS mall and People park. Thank you for your serving us.

Malam kedua kami di Chengdu, kami tidak sengaja menempah hotel Lynn International, wahh~ Hotelnya sangat besar dan mewah, lokasinya pun super strategik, sangat dekat dengan Chunxi Road dan Taikoo Li, hanya berjalan kaki sekitar sepuluh minit. Kemudahan hotel lengkap, siap ada hi-tea percuma dan perkhidmatan dobi yang sangat baik. Sarapan pagi hotel pun beraneka ragam, anak-anak dan orang dewasa semua makan sampai kenyang. Bilik luas, tenang, dan sangat selesa untuk didiami. Semasa check-out, kami juga menerima hadiah kecil daripada pengurus lobi, sungguh bertimbang rasa! Sangat disyorkan untuk menginap di sini!

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I chose to come back because it is really so convenient. There are plenty of food options literally right downstairs, which makes it super easy to grab meals anytime. I also really appreciate that there is a washing machine available, which is very useful for longer stays and makes everything much more comfortable. Overall, it’s a very convenient and practical place to stay, and I would definitely return again.
