Buyer Beware: If you reserve a Villa it is a shared accommodation! Make sure you buy two rooms to reserve the whole Villa yourself. This was not clearly marked at all. I would never spend $256 US Dollars to share a romantic evening with my husband and STRANGERS. As stated, I came to spend a romantic evening with my husband. Upon arrival I find that the living area of my villa is shared and there is a second room in the villa for strangers to live in! The TV, lounge sofas, refrigerator, clothes drying closet is all in the “shared area.” I am guessing you need to do rock, paper, scissors to see which room can use these promised room amenities at which times. I was fir sure that a villa would have a bath tub because the much cheaper rooms I had stayed in before had that simple feature! No the rub was in the room next door, which in all fairness, I was offered but would have had to sacrifice the view I had paid for! The shock of our experience did not stop there! When we tried to order dinner that night they told us they weren’t able to offer a full menu so they gave us the choice of three dishes that weren’t something that we would eat so we were not able to have dinner. As this place is very secluded, there was nowhere around to get dinner. We were glad that we had prepared a few snacks! Later that night about 9:30 they messaged us and asked us to choose noodles or dumplings for breakfast in the morning. We informed them that one of the reasons we booked was fir the Chinese/Western Buffet breakfast that came with the room! They said because they weren’t at full service they couldn’t give us that. We had to choose one of the choices. The problem is we called the morning before we came to make sure they were going to be open because we were escaping the typhoon in our area. They asked if we were sure we wanted to come because everything around was closed do to the typhoon. We told them that we were coming just to enjoy the hotel and they said that’s fine. They never told us they would not be able to serve our needs. So we drove over 4 hours to what was supposed to be a once in a lifetime experience that sadly flopped! So many things that added up, like the stained comforter and the ripped bathrobes, the dirty smudged glass balcony door, that shouldn’t happen when one is paying this price just made it a really regretful choice! When we tried to make complaints to trip.com Supervisor Luna said that the hotel is not at fault, it’s okay for them to advertise a Villa and that it was my fault that I didn’t look at the room size. She also tried to tell me that my reservation didn’t even come with breakfast. However, when I made her check again she said oh that it just said breakfast not Chinese/Western Buffet. The breakfast problem had already been solved by the very helpful Victoria G. In the chat platform on the Trip.com app. But Supervisor Luna must have been having a very bad morning and thought she should take it out on me. In the end Trip.com felt that the hotel did nothing wrong but finally agreed to refund me $15 for breakfast. However, instead of refunding it to my credit card the trip.com always has, she thought she would make extra hard fir me to get my refund. Like going to a special link and putting in my bank information! Thanks Supervisor Luna for adding an extra layer of stress to this experience! Sorry you were out out and actually needed to do your job! I will add to be fair that the view and outside of the hotel is spectacular! I would have rated 5 diamonds if view was the only thing I was rating! It was beautiful!!

Location is perfect with Hefang street one row behind and the best bustling morning market one street in front of it. The rooms however may be quite far from the reception area so those with heavy luggage, be warned as this place doesn’t have elevator. Rooms and toilet is clean and well maintained although there are no hooks in the entire unit which was very inconvenient. Picture attached of the breakfast included by the b&b and some shots from the market!

Hotel hampir kosong kerana taufan akan datang tetapi apabila kami meminta untuk melihat pemandangan tasik kami diberitahu mereka terlalu penuh. Akhirnya selepas mengadu kolam ditutup (kerana kerajaan) dan kami tidak berpuas hati kami telah berpindah. Perkhidmatan dobi tersedia tetapi kami tidak dapat menggunakannya kerana orang itu telah pulang ke rumah dan tiada orang lain yang tahu cara menggunakan mesin itu. Sarapan pagi adalah sangat Cina, banyak karbohidrat, kebanyakannya makanan panas yang sejuk. Bacon itu kelihatan seperti kepingan spam. Terdapat bijirin dan roti bakar tetapi tiada mentega atau jem. Kopi sangat lemah dan kami bersyukur kami membawa pembuat kopi kami sendiri. Jika tidak Starbucks adalah 2km jauhnya dan menghantar. Bilik kami tidak dibersihkan dan kami terpaksa meminta lebih banyak air dan kertas tandas. Dan dengan bertanya maksud saya cuba sekali dan kemudian hantar anak saya bertanya dalam bahasa Cinanya. Ikan mati di luar tingkap saya tidak bagus

Moganshan Kaiyuan Senbo Holiday Park, saya tinggal di Hotel Wahliwaguo. Kanak-kanak terutamanya suka bilik. ***a Naerbao seperti sebuah hotel yang dibina di taman permainan. Taman air dalaman hanya kerana takut terbakar matahari. Ia dibuat khas untuk orang-orang bermain di air seberapa banyak yang anda mahukan, dan anda tidak takut disamak hahaha, haiwan-haiwan di syurga haiwan peliharaan itu sangat comel. Pada waktu malam, terdapat kisah bayi selamat malam di hotel, yang juga sangat menarik. Kakak rumah percutian Xingxing kakak saya menghubungi saya sehari sebelumnya, dan menghantar barang-barang permainan dan arahan bermain di taman dengan sangat mendalam. Dishonest and Poor Communication We were looking forward to our stay but poor and dishonest communication and service unfortunately ruined it. It started at arrival, where they had told us there would be someone to help us carry our bags up the 10-minute long steep incline to the accommodation, but there was nobody. The manager, who met us to guide us, did not help us herself until we literally had to stop from exhaustion. Most importantly, when we arrived we were taken to a different room than we had originally booked. The hotel manager kept insisting this was an upgrade, but the room did not have most of the amenities we paid for. It also had a foul odor. When we checked the price of the room she was trying to give us as an “upgrade”, it was 500 RMB/night less than our original room. They had offered us no money off at all. When we showed the manager this, she made excuses, saying the price depends on the “family” and is automatically “adjusted” which is was obviously a lie. Finally, after much arguing, we were moved into our original room. We requested an extra pillow and a blanket multiple times. She only gave us a flat sheet, saying we could use the pillow and blanket from the bed. On our second night, we confirmed in advance that we wanted non-spicy to low spicy food. It came extemely spicy, covered in chillies and chilli oil. The manager blamed the ayi. The food was delicious but unfortunately I could barely eat it because it was just too spicy. When leaving, the manager was trying to rush us out because the taxi we had requested came early. She said no goodbye to us, told us to hurry and “go, go, go”. Later she sent us a goodbye message on wechat. The location and the infrastructure of the hotel are beautiful. It is a great place to relax and reflect. The old ladies working there were friendly and lovely. However, the manager was patently trying to take advantage of us, and not listening to us or communicating honestly or clearly. We wanted to come back to this hotel with our friends, but we will look for another hotel in Qiandao that will not try to take advantage of us.

I loved the lake view from my room, and highly recommend higher floors. The bathtub with the open view was also amazing,the beds were soft and sleek. However,I would not rate this hotel as 5 stars; the decor is quite old with its dark colours, a bit worn out wallpapers and quite old carpets in the corridor. It was very noisy with lots of families and their kids. Buliding 1 has two lifts only and you end up waiting and being squashed in a lift all the time. Coming down to breakfast restaurant was about strange as the lift takes you to the basement parking so one needs to go past the cars unless you want to walk outside the building.The breakfast was buzzing with too many people impatient to que politely. Most importantly, I really feel the front desk service needs a lot of improvement; I understand that nobody speaks English, we can use translators,but noone welcomed me properly and wished me a nice stay: my Alipay and passport only mattered. I was lucky with Xio Qian ( front desk boy) who offered to help and share the information about amenities and trips around the lake. I am very grateful to him. The gym in building 5 was a disappointment; One swimming pool is to be shared between 4 other buildings. Because it rained, the water was quite cold in the pool. Overall,this hotel would suit families and kids mainly,but i would not recommend it to single expats and certainly would not rate it as a 5 star hotel.

第一次來柒竹，自駕過去的， 預訂後管家就及時聯繫了我們 特別細心 提醒山裡温度及路況 一路風景很美 今年好像是個暖冬 也不咋冷 客房內有些臭屁蟲 好害怕😱 但是管家有在房間幫忙捉蟲子哈哈 山裡頭蟲子較多也能理解了，客房還是很乾凈的 ，民宿裏還有一衹柯基和一衹貓貓，超級可愛😍😍 下次準備帶着狗子一起來 ，早晚餐都很棒 ，算是民宿裏吃過為數不多好吃的餐食了，愛了。

Seronok rasanya check in. Pemandangan sekitar hotel memang cantik. Saya bangun pada waktu pagi di sungai gunung dengan nyanyian burung.
