Hotel Romantic di East Java, Indonesia

The hotel lobby is huge with a bakery and a lounge. The swimming pool is good for children as it has a slide. From the hotel lobby to the rooms is quite a distance as you need to take a lift and walk across to another building and may require you to take another lift if your room is not on the same floor to the connector bridge. Breakfast spread is good but some food gets cold fast. Need to improve on the nasi goreng as it is tasteless.

Our stay was enjoyable and memorable. Great location at Tunjungan . Very convenient to find local food in the area nearby.Hotel staff are friendly and we enjoyed the coffee from the coffee shop as well as the signature cookies from double tree.

Pengalaman kedua tinggal di sini. Sentiasa memuaskan, sangat berbaloi, layanan mesra, bilik luas, bilik mandi besar, bilik bersih, selesa, mesin kopi, peti sejuk, tiada masalah langsung. Walaupun tiada kolam renang, ia tidak menjadi masalah. Hotel ini mempunyai lokasi yang sangat baik, sarapan yang pelbagai, dan mereka hanya mempunyai kolam renang dan sauna. Mereka mempunyai cara untuk mengambil beg anda sendiri, lihat, terdapat lif, dan pergi.

Could be better if the bed is a bit firmer. too soft for my back and I woke up unfresh. Thankfully it was just for a night and I moved to another hotel. Other than that it was great. I did not taste the breakfast though.

Declining condition. Bathroom not fully clean, some gunks on the wall and smell like cigarettes. Shower curtain smells like pee. Asked for away from elevator but they put me in next to the elevator! May not stay again for the price

The balcony's great, but the service could be better. It'd be nice to get a welcome cake, especially since I overpaid because the price dropped the next day.

This is my second stay at Batiqa. I’d like to share a balanced review for fellow travelers. Pros: Great City View: Staying in Room 809 was a treat because of the city view. It’s a much better experience compared to Room 910, which unfortunately only faces the wall of another building. If you prefer a view, try to request a room on the side that faces the city. Cons: Technical Maintenance: I noticed some issues in Room 809 that weren't present in 910. The shower door doesn't close properly, the water pressure is quite weak, and the hot water isn't hot enough (I had to turn the lever fully to the left just to get a decent temperature). Privacy Disturbance: A bit disappointed with the unsolicited promotional calls. Both during my first and second stays, the hotel staff called the room around 18:00 WIB to offer massage or restaurant services. This is quite intrusive when you're trying to rest after a long day. Verdict: The hotel is decent, but they really need to improve their room maintenance and stop the promotional calls to ensure guest privacy. If you stay here, Room 809 has the view, but check the bathroom fixtures immediately.
