Stayed at Diuble Tree by Hilton Surabaya for 2 nights. Check-in was very quick and entry to lobby was very welcoming. Given a room upgrade as I requested for a non-smoking room. Breakfast was good with alot of choices. Will come back again when in Surabaya.

Lovely hotel, great location, Tunjungan Shopping Mall is just right opposite. Room is clean and cozy. All the staffs are super friendly to help. Their breakfast is amazing! Lot of choices ! I love it, Will come back again!

The hotel was recommended to me by a friend to understand Indonesia's colonial history better and it's a beautiful building, the staff are wonderful and the manager even stopped to chat to me. Even in the rain the gardens are beautiful and the room was incredibly comfortable. I loved my stay here.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations in the best possible way. We arrived shortly after 12pm, fully prepared to leave our bags and wander around until the standard 3pm check-in time. To our pleasant surprise, the team offered us an early check-in without hesitation — a gesture that felt like an unexpected upgrade to our entire day. It’s the little things that truly make a big difference. We stayed in a Standard Deluxe room, and it was more than spacious enough for the both of us. Comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, it provided exactly the kind of restful environment we needed. It’s always a good sign when you enter the room and immediately feel like you can take a nap without questioning your life choices. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The spread was impressive, offering a good mix of local dishes, international options, and even Japanese selections. From savoury bites to sweet treats, there was something for every mood and every appetite. If breakfast is the “make or break” of a hotel stay, then this hotel definitely understood the assignment. I would also like to give a special mention to Rusli at the reception. His warm hospitality and professionalism helped set the tone for our stay right from the moment we stepped in. Another heartfelt shout-out goes to Igrima from the restaurant. Although she is still a trainee, her dedication, attentiveness, and genuine passion for service shone through clearly. She handled her duties with the confidence of someone who has worked in the industry for years — a true rising star in the team. Overall, our stay was memorable, comfortable, and pleasantly seamless. With consistent service and thoughtful touches like these, I’m confident that our third stay is not just likely — it’s inevitable. We’ll definitely be back again!

Huge living room, view is nice. Parking lot is a bit confusing as they close the parking lot when we arrived. Breakfast is amazing, and has different options with lots of local Indonesian foods.

I’ve stayed in four hotels in Surabaya and this is of course the best one. I liked their amenities, service, cleanliness and their staff! Especially Bella is very sweet and she remembered my name after 2 days which is very impressive! Would recommend this if you need a deep rest the hotel. They can provide you everything!

I stayed with my wife for a week. The place is not perfect, but nothing to complain about - especially factoring in the price. Our room overlooked the main road and soundproofing wasn’t quite good enough, although Indonesia is full of unnecessarily loud exhausts. We had stunning sunsets almost daily!

Hotel tengah kota yang cocok untuk staycation. Lokasi dekat dengan TP mall & jalan tunjungan, room surprisingly cukup luas dengan harga yang termasuk murah. Menginap disini pada saat long weekend & hotel rame dengan customer keluarga dengan anak kecil. Terdapat swimming pool di lantai atas, kolam renang cukup untuk berenang santai dengan anak kecil. Pengalaman yang cukup menyenangkan berlibur di kota sendiri, staff juga sangat ramah & membantu.
