Hotel Romantic di East Java, Indonesia

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations in the best possible way. We arrived shortly after 12pm, fully prepared to leave our bags and wander around until the standard 3pm check-in time. To our pleasant surprise, the team offered us an early check-in without hesitation — a gesture that felt like an unexpected upgrade to our entire day. It’s the little things that truly make a big difference. We stayed in a Standard Deluxe room, and it was more than spacious enough for the both of us. Comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, it provided exactly the kind of restful environment we needed. It’s always a good sign when you enter the room and immediately feel like you can take a nap without questioning your life choices. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The spread was impressive, offering a good mix of local dishes, international options, and even Japanese selections. From savoury bites to sweet treats, there was something for every mood and every appetite. If breakfast is the “make or break” of a hotel stay, then this hotel definitely understood the assignment. I would also like to give a special mention to Rusli at the reception. His warm hospitality and professionalism helped set the tone for our stay right from the moment we stepped in. Another heartfelt shout-out goes to Igrima from the restaurant. Although she is still a trainee, her dedication, attentiveness, and genuine passion for service shone through clearly. She handled her duties with the confidence of someone who has worked in the industry for years — a true rising star in the team. Overall, our stay was memorable, comfortable, and pleasantly seamless. With consistent service and thoughtful touches like these, I’m confident that our third stay is not just likely — it’s inevitable. We’ll definitely be back again!

Bilik adalah seperti yang ditunjukkan seperti dalam gambar, mempunyai semua yang disebutkan juga. Yang penting, aircond sejuk 👍🏻 Suka kerana hotel menyediakan sokongan individu 🤣 Lokasi sangat mudah diakses dan anda boleh pergi ke mana-mana dengan pantas dengan GoJek.

Hotel ini mempunyai lokasi yang sangat baik, sarapan yang pelbagai, dan mereka hanya mempunyai kolam renang dan sauna. Mereka mempunyai cara untuk mengambil beg anda sendiri, lihat, terdapat lif, dan pergi.

This is my second stay at Batiqa. I’d like to share a balanced review for fellow travelers. Pros: Great City View: Staying in Room 809 was a treat because of the city view. It’s a much better experience compared to Room 910, which unfortunately only faces the wall of another building. If you prefer a view, try to request a room on the side that faces the city. Cons: Technical Maintenance: I noticed some issues in Room 809 that weren't present in 910. The shower door doesn't close properly, the water pressure is quite weak, and the hot water isn't hot enough (I had to turn the lever fully to the left just to get a decent temperature). Privacy Disturbance: A bit disappointed with the unsolicited promotional calls. Both during my first and second stays, the hotel staff called the room around 18:00 WIB to offer massage or restaurant services. This is quite intrusive when you're trying to rest after a long day. Verdict: The hotel is decent, but they really need to improve their room maintenance and stop the promotional calls to ensure guest privacy. If you stay here, Room 809 has the view, but check the bathroom fixtures immediately.

I’ve stayed in four hotels in Surabaya and this is of course the best one. I liked their amenities, service, cleanliness and their staff! Especially Bella is very sweet and she remembered my name after 2 days which is very impressive! Would recommend this if you need a deep rest the hotel. They can provide you everything!

The balcony's great, but the service could be better. It'd be nice to get a welcome cake, especially since I overpaid because the price dropped the next day.

Sambut hari jadi anda disini apabila promosi benar-benar memuaskan, harga murah tapi mewah, kemudahan & kebersihan sempurna, layanan mesra & tersedia 24 jam sehari, harga untuk dekorasi pun standard, tidak terlalu mahal, sarapan percuma. juga. Banyak pilihan untuk sarapan pagi. Cadangan untuk lebih ramai hiburan & jika ada kemudahan kolam renang pasti lebih lengkap. Lain kali, harap-harap boleh book hotel ni lagi🥰

Empat bintang di dinding di belakang meja depan agak berbeza dari hotel sebenar. Ia tidak jauh dari stesen kereta api, tetapi sikap perkhidmatan kakitangan sepadan dengan empat bintang.

I don’t quite understand the hype surrounding this hotel. Apart from its scenic view and peaceful ambiance, there’s not much else to say about it. The breakfast was ordinary, and you’ll have to pay extra for a cappuccino, while black coffee is the only one that’s free. The TV is also quite small. I’m not planning to return here.
