This hotel was amazing! We had such a great time soaking up the sun in the pool and having sunset drinks at the bar.
The room was comfortable and had most amenities. An iron had to be requested though and the TV required a streaming connection rather than local stations which can make it as good background noise etc.
Service was friendly from check in to check out!
Breakfast was tasty and plentiful with lots of farmed produce. Would have loved more continental options or pancakes! Must try the yoghurt.
Restaurant was good for dinner and service. Few less quirky items would be recommended - the only ravioli was one with monkfish that I ordered but ate slowly.
I'd highly recommend this and hope to visit someday soon again!

It’s a beautiful monastery! Very nice frescos in the chapel. It is huge with a garden and grapes. The sunset from the breakfast corridor is insanely gorgeous. Breakfast is very delicious. The pastries are all made in house. Grape pie is great. The jams are made in house and taste fresh. Service is hospitable. Room is small but clean.

A 5 minute walk from Pisa, very helpful and friendly staff 24 hours. There isnt a lift, however staff insisted in carrying our bags up the stairs, very helpful!
We were late to breakfast, and they still accommodated for us (a couple). They set up a Private breakfast for us to in the bar dining on the ground floor, asked what we wanted to eat and drink, and kept coming back to see if it was enough. It included pancakes, eggs, toast, pastries, cappuchino with pretty coffee art, teas, spreads, homemade cake, juice. They brought us more when they came pass.
Highly recommend this stay :) well worth the money!

Amazing stay. 10 min drive to a parking in the City Center in Florence. Kids loved it, they were tired of hotels, this is a tiny house, lots of families around, camper vans, playground, shop, pool, laundry.
The tiny house is super clean, spotless, probably brand new. Very efficient, well organised. We took a premium one, it is already not large for a family. Spotless linen and towels, all duvets were sealed in a bag, looks dry cleaned, fresh. All tableware, cooking ware and cutlery provided. Air conditioner in both rooms, mosquito nets, proper water pressure and hot water.
Very nice attentive staff. We checking late in the evening, which was a plus for us, we saw a checking queue in the morning it looked very long.

Понравилось все! От работы ресепшен до обслуживания в номерах. Прекрасные полноценные завтраки. Расположение вблизи от исторических мест. Прекрасное оформление входной группы ,всегда композиции из свежих цветов ,приятный аромат. Вернулись бы сюда-однозначно да! Рекомендую .

This hotel is located perfectly: just 5 minutes walk to Doumo and 8 minutes walk to the train station S.M.Novella. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable enough for a good recovery after thousands of steps around the city. Breakfast was rich enough and tasty. Staff was polite and helpful. I would rate this hotel 10/10 for it's price.

Comfortable stay. Need to walk quite a bit from the main station but doable. We did few day tours and its near to the tour meeting point (Piazzale Montelungo, Firenze Bus Stop). Pre-pack breakfast is available upon request for early mornings

位置太好了，就在周杰倫拍老橋照片的那座橋的橋頭上，也是奢侈品街的樓下，下樓就是dior，菲拉格慕，走200米就到lv，去老橋、百花大教堂、烏菲茲、學院美術館和皮蒂宮都步行可達，旁邊有個教堂，還遇上了教堂婚禮，吃早飯的7樓露台能看到河和橋還有遠處的皮蒂宮，能讓你一眼感受到徐志摩筆下翡冷翠的韻味。設施和服務都是老式的，莊重又緩慢，餐廳服務員對中國遊客保持着禮貌的距離，不是很主動的問要不要咖啡，開夜床服務做的很及時認真，總體是一家非常令人滿意的酒店

去Siena,看了很多酒店，被評論影響，最終訂了兩天。事實證明不是個特別合適的決定。
地理位置是在老城的一個門外，走路到貝殼廣場需20分鐘，且路上車子靠邊停，行人不太好走。
訂的三人房，給的是窗户朝向外馬路的，而這家的優點是內側窗朝向户外原野，所以衹能早餐時間跑出去花園遠眺了，不比自己房間窗觀景。
而且三人房非常狹窄，三張床都在二樓，小loft住一家三口是不舒服的，一樓進門沒兩步就是樓梯。
空調還不太好，第一晚沒睡好，次日早餐後説了倒是離開來查看來維修。
優點是早餐室還挺優雅，室外花園景色宜人。房子是老建築，且前台還是彬彬有禮，有笑容招呼的。
如果大教堂看得仔細時間長，晚飯又吃得晚然後就想趕緊回酒店休息的，建議還是老城裡就近找酒店好。btw，錫耶納是個值得去的好地方。

GGuest UserResort hotel, very comfortable, large room, balcony view is very good, the hotel has a swimming pool, the room has a cabinet to cook by yourself, it is very suitable for lying flat, driving to Pienza for a quarter of an hour, going to Siena for an hour, there is a supermarket in the nearby town, the hotel's own restaurant tastes good, It is recommended.

GGuest UserThe overall price is very good hotel. The advantages are said in many comments, parking is free and convenient, and the front desk is warm and friendly. The fly in the ointment is that the room is not too big, and the bathroom does not have a separate shower room. It is cramped to stand in the corner of the bathtub. Go to the ancient city of Siena, you can search for public parking lots in different directions on the map. Not far from the nearest parking lot of Duomo, there is a comfortable escalator all the way to the ancient city. If you take Taxi, it will be about 10 euros to the hotel.
