Hotel Romantic di Kyoto Prefecture, Japan

Berhampiran stesen susur keluar barat Hachiko, sesuai untuk orang yang menaiki JR Haruka atau Shinkansen balik. Sebab dekat dengan jalan naik. Tetapi jika sesiapa memberi tumpuan kepada perjalanan bas di Kyoto, ia akan berada di seberang, berjalan kaki yang jauh. Ditempah 2 malam dan telah dinaik taraf ke bilik di sayap selatan. Letakkan beg pakaian anda dengan mudah. Terdapat plag di tepi katil. Katilnya sederhana lembut. Tetapi bantal itu sangat keras. Tetapi terdapat daun kecil dan lembut yang boleh digunakan secara bergantian. Lampu di dalam bilik tidak begitu terang. Terdapat 2 botol air percuma di dalam bilik yang hampir lengkap, hanya kehilangan topi mandi. Di sini, sistem daftar masuk kiosk mudah digunakan. Sarapan pagi tersedia jika anda belum membelinya. Terdapat 3 ruang makan untuk dipilih, setiap satu berharga 3000 yen.

As a solo traveller I was surprised it is actually a love hotel which I did not pay attention when booking. It does not matter though. Very good condition and big space. Good breakfast included. It is also very nice having a massage chair. It is over 1km from train station which is slightly inconvenient from people with large luggage.   I did see a 1cm long bug on my pillow on the second day but I would think it is accidental considering the general cleanness is significantly better than most other hotels I stayed.

Walaupun makanan ringan percuma tidak ada, kemudahan onsen yang luas dan suasana tenang mengimbangi pengawasan tersebut. Walau bagaimanapun, perlu dinyatakan bahawa waktu operasi onsen adalah agak terhad, ditutup pada pukul 11 ​​malam setiap malam, dengan hanya dua pengering rambut tersedia. Superb experience in Nohga. Everything here has been curated very carefully, you can tell the people or group behind this whole hotel concept really put in so much thought for their guests. Absolutely loved my entire stay here. I eat breakfast at their bakery every morning. Love their customisable bagels, mortadella sandwich, salted bun and cinnamon mochi donut. Chocolate mochi donut was a little too sweet. Americano and matcha latte were great. Thoroughly enjoyed their rooftop bar every night (opens till 12am). Awesome vibes, very romantic atmosphere. Staff are sweet, gives heat packs and blankets to keep us warm. Warm cocktails are a must during winters. You can order any random cocktails and they all taste so good. The distance from the train station to this hotel is quite a distance but I think the overall experience you get in this hotel makes the walk a worthwhile one. Def recommending this hotel to my friends who wanna come to Kyoto.

This was probably the best hotel I stayed at in Japan. It felt incredibly clean — guests must remove their shoes at the entrance and store them in the shoe cabinets, so everyone walks around in socks. Breakfast was impressive, with a wide selection of Japanese and Western dishes and even matcha latte. The onsen was outstanding: there were at least four pools, so it never felt crowded, plenty of shower cubicles, and a steam room with a TV. After each onsen session we could enjoy free ice cream or ice lollies and a bowl of ramen. The rooms blend modern design with traditional tatami style. The beds were firm and very comfortable, and although our room was on the smaller side (typical for Japan), it had everything we needed. We were also treated to POLA hair and body products in the bathroom and the onsen. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return next time I’m in town.

The room is big and it has all the amenities eg. TV, Big bed, jacuzzi, well equipped toilet, etc. All the toiletries are beyond our needs. Movies are free and breakfast are really cheap. The only drawback is the nearest metro station is 1 km away. But the room is value for money. Highly recommended.

Potel Umokoji Kyoto redefines what a hotel offers its guests. Firstly, the location is unique, an easy 5 min walk from the station ( Umokoji Kyotonishi) and 3 min train ride to the center of Kyoto. Yet this convenience is coupled with its location adjoining a large wooded park which some guest rooms overlook - a special and calm outlook right in the city centre. Rooms are large by Japan standards and both the Japanese style rooms ( super comfy ) and more traditional Western styled rooms offer a Scandanavian/ Japanese decor style which is both modern and uncluttered. In addition, guest services on offer include complementary DIY fresh brewed coffee and in the evenings, complimentary beer, wine and soft drinks . Can be taken either to your room with balcony overlooking parklands or in the guest book or music library, both offering a calm respite from a sometimes frenetic Kyoto CBD. Unique, special and largely overlooked by tourist group bookings, the Potel Umokoji manages to offer the ambience and guest experiences that many mass tourism venues have lost. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

I had a great stay at Agora Kyoto Karasuma. The hotel has a calm, elegant atmosphere, and the rooms are thoughtfully designed with a minimalist Japanese style that feels both modern and cozy. The location is perfect, close to transportation, shops, and great local restaurants, which made getting around Kyoto very convenient. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality made the experience even better. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely choose Agora Kyoto Karasuma again on my next visit to Kyoto.

Fantastic polished hotel for families with kids. Location is at the heart of Kyoto's food and commerce areas - Takashimaya, Nishiki / Teramachi markets, and lots of restaurants and shops are all within 5-7 mins walking distance. Kamo River is just a couple of minutes walk away and we rented a bike from a shop near Shijo station.l to cycle along the river. Great fun! That said, from Kyoto Station, you should take taxi if you have large luggage. Without luggage, the hotel is about 20 min bus ride to Kyoto Station. Our room (two twin beds) is spacious and has a great view of the mountain. Beds are great, with the right level of firmness / softness for us. Hotel offers a lot of free perks, like free wine and refreshments at the 3rd floor lounge area, bonfire with marshmallows, live piano at the bar, Geisha show (on one of the nights during our stay). Great coffee at Blue Bottle Coffee on the ground floor of the hotel building. Overall very lovely and comfortable stay!

This place is AMAZING for its price point. Everything is sparkling clean and quite new. The location is amazing as it is just next to the metro station. It is also quite close to the bus station and that's important as buses are way more convenient than trains in Kyoto. For food, there are cheap franchised restaurants around and 7-eleven right opposite. In terms of service, the staff there are friendly, polite, and accommodating. The shared bathrooms and the bedrooms are clean. There is nothing more I could ask for! AMAZING STAY.
