GGuest UserThe Furama Hotel Beihai left me with such wonderful memories! The beachfront room offered expansive views, and lying in bed watching the sea was incredibly therapeutic. The room decor was exquisite, amenities complete, and cleanliness impeccable. From the concierge to room service, everyone was attentive and thoughtful, making me feel so comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, convenient for exploring the surroundings, and it offers a peaceful retreat despite being centrally located. My day there was tranquil and relaxing – truly a top-notch five-star hotel in Beihai. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beihai!

SShadiespiritI had a great stay with Yezi apartment hotel. I had a great view of the sea and city. The apartment is close to old town where we often went for dessert and food. There are plethora of restaurants around. Honestly, you will not go hungry in this city. Great fresh seafood choices.
We were often in Silver and Gangqiao beach which is quite far with 20-30 minutes cab ride.
Otherwise, this hotel is convenient and clean.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic, right by Qiaogang Beach. It's super close to Qiaogang Style Street, so every evening we just rented a scooter from right outside the hotel to grab some snacks. The beds were really comfortable too. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beihai.

MM8295****The location is excellent, right across from the beach, making it very convenient for families with children. The room is clean, has a balcony for drying clothes, and is fully equipped. Parking is convenient, and the receptionist, Xiao Jian, is very helpful and introduced nearby tourist attractions. It's great value for money; I'd extend my stay for two more days. Highly recommended!

XxxzxrFor this May Day holiday, I chose the Shangri-La Hotel, and as an established hotel, the service was indeed excellent. Long before our arrival, they assigned Ivy, our butler, to assist us with various arrangements, making our check-in incredibly smooth. The hotel breakfast also has a children's area, though it's a bit small. Throughout our stay, any questions we had were answered promptly, and they even helped us book children's activities and a travel photoshoot.

1. The location is excellent, right next to Silver Beach. It's just a few minutes' walk to the sand. The room views are expansive, offering fantastic ocean vistas, making it super convenient for enjoying the beach.
2. The hotel's pool facilities are comprehensive, with clean water and a dedicated children's play area. My kids loved playing in the pool all day long – perfect for families.
3. There was a minor issue during our stay, but the staff responded very quickly after we reported it. The problem was handled properly and efficiently within a short time, which we really appreciated.
Special thanks to these four thoughtful staff members:
First, on June 20th, a tall, sturdy woman with glasses and short hair in the breakfast buffet restaurant was incredibly warm and attentive, offering help proactively and providing meticulous service.
Second, the concierge gentleman who answered the phone around 5:40 PM on June 20th was very quick to resolve our issue, as was the engineering department uncle who came to our room afterward – he was efficient and polite.
Third, the concierge uncle (with a bit of a belly, haha) on May 21st at noon, who proactively helped us with our luggage, carefully organizing it into the trunk. He was attentive and thorough throughout.
Although it's not the newest hotel on Silver Beach, we've gotten used to it and will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Beihai.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite close to the old town street, with the sea right behind it. I saw people fishing, though I'm not sure if they caught anything. There's a swimming pool at the hotel, but the weather was a bit cool, so I didn't go in. Instead, I sat by the edge watching kids learn to swim. Staying here was very convenient. I bought some dried seafood to take home; the price was reasonable, and fresh seafood would have been too difficult to transport.

It is very comfortable to sit on the terrace at night and have a snack with the sea breeze. But the hotel facilities are too old, have not changed for so many years, every time before the decision is very entangled, to choose a convenient location and invincible sea view, you must sacrifice the comfort of the accommodation, hope to renovate, do not waste this location advantage.

It is not far to take a taxi to Qiaogang Food Street. The room facilities are complete, there is an elevator, and the hotel front desk service attitude is very good.

GGuest UserThis stay at Guanling Mountain Villa in Beihai truly exceeded my expectations! I must give a huge shout-out to Ms. Ziyuan and Ms. Shuwen! They were incredibly kind and considerate, patiently helping me with any issues. Their excellent attitude made me feel very warm and welcome.
I booked a sea-view room, but after seeing the rooms, I decided to upgrade to a sea-view room for an extra cost, and the experience was so much better! The location is absolutely fantastic, nestled between mountains and the sea, with incredibly comfortable scenery. The sea breeze was so relaxing, and the gardens were beautifully maintained. The room facilities were complete and easy to use, and the overall environment was very quiet. I was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness; it was spotless, with attention to detail, making me feel very safe and secure. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The environment, facilities, and service were all top-notch. It was so peaceful and pleasant to stay here. I will definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Beihai. Highly recommended!
