The hotel is large and beautifully decorated. The rooms were spacious, clean and had a great view over the sea. There is a small beach downstairs from the hotel and the old street is around 15 minutes walk away. However, there aren't that many restaurants close to the hotel. Breakfast was great as we're the gym and swimming pool. Big thankyou to Lincoln who really went out of his way to help on my stay and even assisted in booking tickets.

I extended my stay here because my flight back home was canceled. The entire process was hassle-free and in addition to that, I was gifted a christmas card from the hotel staff. House keeping came every three days because most workers we sick due to covid and the botel was short staffed. However, supplies like water, soap, etc were alaways available in a self service area for guests on the resident floors and if one needed extra assistance, someone was always availato offer assistance. My overall stay was wonderful and I hope to return soon!

設施：老久但是齊全 衞生：打掃很仔細 環境：每層公共泳池風景很好 服務：服務都不錯，早餐小朋友也不加錢，不過早餐一般。 春節這個價格合適就是自駕停車稍微麻煩一點點。

出門就是海，房間配套設施齊全，面積很大很寬敞，有浴缸有陽台有海景，叫外賣直接送到門口非常好。服務一流，有問題在微信溝通，基本秒回，服務態度非常好！去的時候北海涼快，呆在房間那裡泡澡看電視偶爾看海景非常舒適，性價比太高了！住了2個晚上，打車去高鐵站也很方便。

My friends and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza for one night while transitioning to Guilin. The hotel was in a good location next to the beach, and we were happy to have good rooms overlooking the sea view. For dinner, I went to the Chinese restaurant at the hotel, and they had excellent service and food (the beef fried rice is a must to have). The breakfast in the morning was great, with a wide range of options available. It would have been nice for the lounge to extend its opening times as they close quite early, and we could not access it. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beihai.

The hotel is located in a great location. Far from the noise of the city, but close enough to visit all the attractions. The staff is very helpful even they can't speak English we communicate through translator they upgraded me the room with the sea view. But! The hotel needs renovation, the territory is dirty and a lot of things broken. Swimming pools are dirty or without water at all. The room was tidy, but here and there you can see broken things. The price is too high for that quality of the place. Only the environment is good, but still need to fix a lot of things there

I wasn’t aware, that there is the main hotel and other buildings around it. We were staying at one of the other buildings and it wasn’t very nice. Everything was very old and I booked a non-smoking room on purpose, but they gave me a smoking room and the only answer was: you don’t need to smoke. I would not stay here again. Maybe the main hotel is nicer but I do not understand, why they have the other rooms as they are quite bad and give the hotel a bad reputation

5 minutes walk from the old street where you can enjoy a night walk. Lot of seafood restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops. The front desk is very nice and welcoming, offered us free breakfasts where you can find a really good variety of food. and added our wechat in case needed any help. If you go there Mr Yuan yuan shan at the front desk will surely make you feel like home. He is so freindly and helpful.

酒店位置非常好，穿過大堂就是美麗的僑港海灘，下海非常方便。去僑港夜市也很近，交通便利。我們住了3晚，每天都有工作人員打掃衞生，有缺的物品，打電話都及時送到房間，服務態度也很好。不足的是老酒店，設施老舊，隔音效果差，走廊講話聽到，被子上有洞。衞生間洗漱杯和茶几的杯子居然是一次性的紙杯，真的是第一次碰到這樣的情況，有點不可思議
