We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very impressed with both the service and overall experience. A special thank you to Shengjing, the Room Service Manager, for the outstanding service. Everything was well organized, prompt, and delivered with great care, which made our stay very comfortable. We would also like to commend Manager Gaoand Lili at the buffet restaurant. The food selection was excellent, the dining area was clean and well managed, and the service was attentive and professional. At the front desk, Taozi, Damai, and Huasheng provided exceptional service. They were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile and great efficiency. Overall, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to others. We look forward to staying here again.

This is the second time we stay in this hotel. Staff is friendly and helpfu as usual, and rooms are confortable. We appreciate the location, as the metro station is downright under the hotel building and there are a lot of small restaurants for breakfast or dinner nearby. Unfortunatelly, because of winter temperature, we could not enjoy the rooftop.

Needs in-house training to serve international clients. We ordered a bottle of wine on each of the two nights we stayed there. The wine was good. One waitress didn’t know how to open a twist top; the other waiter didn’t know the ice bucket for the white wine, neither offered us any opportunity to taste the wine before pouring out. We didn’t mind. It just assured us that Changchun has not been spoilt by the international tourists,but Shangri-La is usually synonymous with high quality service elsewhere.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made the experience even better. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport. I also really appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel — it was quiet, relaxing, and perfect for a comfortable stay. 寶子們，我必須來給吉春泉温泉度假酒店瘋狂打cal1!。 剛到那兒，就被它的環境給驚艷到了。環境好，房間設備齊全，空間大。再就是温泉區，每個池子的設計都很有特色，是那種圓嘟嘟像小池塘一樣的。水温也都很合適。服務也超棒的!工作人員會時刻關注着我們。不管是遞毛巾還是給我們介紹不同池子的功效，都是笑臉相迎。泡完温泉，在在汗蒸區汗蒸一會會，喝點小茶水，這小日子過得，簡直不要太愜意。吉春泉就是一個超級棒的休閑放鬆的好去處，下次會再次光臨。

Xinxin at the front desk provided exceptional service. They upgraded our room for us, fearing that we might not be comfortable with the heating system. They assigned us a room on a higher floor, which was also very quiet. Xinxin was genuinely friendly and the room was clean and tidy. Experiencing the local customs and culture in Northeast China was very warm. The hotel’s location, with a mountain to the left and the Changying Film Museum across the street, is excellent. The breakfast was also quite good. We would definitely come back if given the opportunity.

入住長白山天磁鎂泉温泉酒店這裏空氣好， 服務棒， 早餐也很精緻豐盛並且今天端午節也送了粽子和雞蛋，是送到房間的，很貼心，在天磁鎂泉温泉酒店感受到了這邊風土人情。下次有機會還會入住。

Really made a good choice staying here instead of Holiday In Express. As the hotel is just beside the ski resort. No need to wait for any buses just walk to ski resort, ski village and even the hot spring. This hotel is very worth it. As you stay comes with complimentary: 1) Mini Bar in room 2) Hot Spring Access 3) Ski lift access ( 2000rmb deposit) 4) Snow activities 5) Breakfast 6) Shuttle from Changbaishan West Railway Station 7) Water Park At night the whole village really feel like in the alps. One night is too less for us to enjoy everything. Had an amazing sleep. Got bathtub. Room is big and with a wide view of the ski area. Very nice 5 stars.

The hotel design is elegant and spacious, with nice rooms and great facilities. Location: good location in proximity of great food, popular destinations and the Changchun railway station. Service: great service and even offered me free buffet breakfast (which was outstanding)
