My family enjoyed a wonderful trip here. The hotel provide superior service for us, especially for our kids. Their butler service is also exceptional, made us having a smooth trip, even the bad weather condition cause the park closed, they still provide many activities for us to keep our kids happy all the time. The hot spring here comes with plenty choices, good for both little ones and adults. Overall, we loved our stay here and really recommend to anyone who might interest visit the Mountain Changbai. 维二的北坡酒店提供vip通道去长白山天池，节省了不少时间和精力。管家服务超给力，对孩子们特别好，两个小朋友都很喜欢这里。室内外的儿童乐园，萌宠乐园，自带的温泉泳池和小朋友玩水区，在去不了景区时间里，让孩子们完全闲不下来。

This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever been to! When booking a room, they provide a lot of good privileges: transfers, hot springs, a VIP line, tickets to Dasitayhe! Very beautiful area, close to the north gate. The girl at the front desk is very nice and attentive. We contacted the hotel a week before arrival because I don't know Chinese. The girl constantly helped, through a translator built into the WeChat application. Hot springs are amazing. The hotel staff is very caring and attentive. The VIP service was very pleased, because there were a lot of people. I recommend you book this hotel to relax and enjoy the mountain scenery. I want to come back here again!

Confortable bed and bedding. Need electrical adaptors for devices, but there's a hair dryer provided. Room and hotel are equal to what a US hotel provides. However, rooms don't have A/C, so you need to prop open the big window for air. Bathroom is big enough, toilet and walk-in shower are US-style, and water pressure is strong and warm enough. An R2D2 robot delivers requested food or water bottles to rooms. There is no fitness center or spa. Hotel is walkable to restarauants (10-15 min) but no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. However, the lobby has a small convenience store room that is open sometimes.

담배 냄새 난다거나, 화장실이 더럽다거나 하는 후기가 몇개 있는 걸 봤습니다. 하지만 저는 정말 만족하면서 묵었습니다. (비흡연자) 일단 에어컨을 원하는 온도로 설정 가능하고, 심지어 엄청 시원했습니다. 창문이 없는 방이없지만, 방 사이즈가 엄청커서 짐 놓기에도 아주 좋았습니다. 화장실도 컸어요! 깔끔했고요. 침대도 푹신했고, 220v라서 따로 어댑터 챙길 필요가없었습니다. 조식은 계란볶음밥 마파두부 에그타르트 고기볶음 토스트 우유 커피 삶은달걀 토마토 수박 등등 많았고 입맛에 정말 잘 맞았습니다. 체크아웃하고 잠시 짐을 맡겼는데도 안전하게 카운터 안쪽에서 보관해줘서 안심되었습니다. 식당은 9층이고 조식은 7시~8시반 까지 였습니다. 호텔로비는 1층이지만, 룸은 10~12층까지였고, 정말 깔끔했습니다!!! 그리고 2박 묵고 체크아웃하는 날 알았는데 알고보니 바로 옆이 연변서시장이더라구요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ (p.s 서시장 2층에 북한돈 25위안으로 팔아요! 주변 돌아다닌 곳 중에 제일 쌌어요!) 큰 기대 하지 않고 갔지만, 너무 만족했어요! 중국 버전 넷플릭스같은것도 되길래 틀어놨는데... 사실 중국어 몰라서 그냥 이미지만 봤네요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 완전 대만족!! 한국분들 고민말고 고!

酒店環境優雅服務一流。特別是大廳劉經理，十一小長假期間，房源緊張，我打電話與酒店協商換一下房型，小劉接聽了電話，耐心細心為我預留了房間，特別感謝他。進入房間温馨舒適，乾淨整潔空氣清新，衞生間智能馬桶，吹風機好像是徠芬，用起來很順手，風力大。早餐好豐盛，中西餐搭配，還有延吉特色打糕，現煮的温麪，餛飩等，是我假期，同檔次酒店吃的最滿意的早餐。有獨立免費的停車場，充電樁，超級方便。下次去延吉還住他家。

Clean rooms, in a good location. Opposite the park, walking distance to restaurants. The city's famous area near the university is only 10 minutes by walk, But the staff doesn't speak English. Met a male staff at check-in in the evening who didn't really care and didn't want to talk to us because we couldn't speak Chinese. But the female staff in the morning provide good service, very attentive.

We had a wonderful stay at the Yatai Hotel, the staff were amazing; extremely friendly, helpful and the service throughout our stay was of a high professional standard. We were close to great restaurants and tourist sights, we could walk to almost everywhere, and centrally located only a short 5-10min taxi ride to the Changchun Railway Station. The rooms were very clean, modern and convenient. This was my second stay at Yatai Hotel. And it won’t be my last!

There are couple of things that I love about this hotel and some things that they can be improve. 1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected 2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there 3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway 4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices. We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

We absolutely loved the place! It’s right at the train station, but we weren’t disturbed by train noises. The room is very clean and comfortable, and the design is fancy, too. Would definitely stay here again!

Jika saya ingin menunjukkan kawasan untuk penambahbaikan, saya berharap bahawa kakitangan akan datang akan Bersabar, lebih senyum dan bersikap baik, dan ia akan menjadi lebih baik di China layanan mesra dapat ditingkatkan, lebih ramai warga asing pasti akan tertarik ke Gunung Changbai pada masa hadapan. Salah seorang kakitangan yang ingin saya namakan dan puji ialah Xiao Chi Dia sangat prihatin untuk membantu kami dan akan memenuhi permintaan kami walaupun selepas keluar dari kerja.

This was the second time in this hotel. This time my room was on the 15th floor, and it was much more modern than my first stay. I had nice views of the river. Service was good, breakfast was just ok. There is a bar with live music on the first floor.

Ini adalah lawatan kedua saya ke Thien Chiu Hotel, dan pemilik yang mesra telah menaik taraf bilik saya. Pemandangan tepi sungai ke arah pasar terapung sangat bagus, dan katil serta persekitaran yang bersih. Lokasi tempat ini menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk melakukan perjalanan dari lapangan terbang atau Stesen Yanji West dengan teksi atau bas. Pasar terapung di sekitarnya, Pasar Barat Yanji, Tembok Besar dan Universiti Yanji semuanya berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki, menjadikan penginapan anda di Yanji perjalanan yang sangat selesa. Saya sangat mengesyorkannya kepada sesiapa yang melawat Yanji.

旧ヤマトホテルという歴史あるホテルだけあってスタッフはとても親切で素晴らしかったです。お部屋は少々古かったですが、歴史あるホテルなのでそれも含めて味わい深かったです。トイレとシャワールームが区別されているのもよかったです。朝食付きプランにするとVIP館のカフェで無料で飲み物とお菓子を食べることができます。町の散策の途中で休憩するのにちょうどいいです。ホテルは駅の前で、駅から地下道を通って行くことができます。この立地とサービスでこのお値段はとてもお得だと思いました。是非また利用したいです。

Hotel is witihin 100m from metro station Shengli Park. The location is great because Shengli Park is brightly decorated for Christmas and the Chinese New Year (Spring Festival). There are also many food stalls nearby. It is just 1 metro station away (1.2 km) from Renmin Square, with large shopping malls and plenty of different eateries.

The hotel is a bit distance from Changchun station, about 15 minutes walking distance but it's worth to stay at this place. There's actually buses from Changchun station but I didn't take it. The room and toilet in the room is clean. The water pressure is good to have a good shower! The staff in the hotel are friendly especially the 大姐who are serving the breakfast! You can always see the smiles on their face! The breakfast at the hotel is yummy too! Overall, this is a nice hotel to stay! You will never regret to stay here. Price is affordable and their service is good. Oh ya, not to forget! There's washing machine and dryer here in the hotel and it's free of charge! 😀

What a nice experience! Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed and most of the staff spoke english to us , which is fantastic! Check in and Check out was smooth and very fast! I was fascinated by the interior design, our room was clean and top class! Just as I thought it couldn’t get better we went to the breakfast buffet … omw 😱😱 AMAZING ! What I loved about it was the variety of foods and the fact that they cater for foreigners ! The dinner buffet was also AMAZING! I will definitely visit them again!

I stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and all I can say is wow wow. what a amazing stay I had here. if anyone is going to this hotel I recommend you to find Sophie from the reception counter. She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there. Thank you 我住在这家酒店是为了庆祝我的结婚周年纪念日，我只能说哇。我在这里度过了多么美妙的一段时光。如果有人要去这家酒店，我建议你到前台找索菲。她知道顾客喜欢什么，可以让你的住宿费物有所值。酒店和房间都很干净，所有的工作人员都很友善，乐于助人。我第一次感觉到在长春住酒店的感觉。令人惊叹的住宿。我喜欢称赞管理层的出色工作，但有一件事我不喜欢，那就是餐厅的员工们非常不成熟，在那里的高级餐厅里互相挠痒痒看起来有点不专业。非常感谢。

I decided to extend my stay in Changchun and booked another room, non-smoking and with windows :) the staff was very nice and friendly and the buffet during breakfast was very good! :)

設施：整體來説還可以吧，離着火車站確實挺近的，一樓大廳服務也可以！ 衞生：也還可以，有個枕頭有臟印兒，但是是那種浮土，不是工作人員弄的，應該是洗出來的皮草弄的，我翻了個麪，不影響使用！ 環境：門口不太整潔，是大街上的，車停的不規整，反正又不是開車去的，沒太注意！

Все очень достойно! Местоположение отеля просто замечательное! Вэлком через дорогу, пешеходка через дорогу. Кафешки рядом. В отеле чисто, уборка постоянная. Очень отзывчивые сотрудники отеля. Рекомендую!

酒店房間又大又乾淨，早餐豐富又衞生，酒店在大路邊，出門打車非常方便，去水上市場和延邊大學打車都不會很遠，所有的工作人員都很好，是可以放心入住的酒店沒錯了。

老牌星級酒店，有好多領導人入住的照片，位置優越，停車便利，早餐豐盛且美味。 但服務意識淡薄，我理解承接各類會議活動是酒店的重要業務，但也不能因此印象我們普通住客的體驗，到達時已經六點多，想休整一下再去吃飯，結果被告知前面會議活動剛退房，沒有房間，讓我們先去吃飯，好吧，我也理解，由此導致我多付款了這交涉期間的停車費也就算了。但我不理解的是酒店者理所應當的態度，沒有打招呼，也沒有任何補償措施，這種處理方式很影響顧客體驗。 房間浴室應該是改造過的，就把原來的浴缸拆了，沒有做淋浴房，連地面止水條都沒有，空間極其狹小，浴簾也沒換，短一截，洗澡時會一直黏到身上，毛巾架的位置安全隱患嚴重，多次碰到頭或手，洗完澡衞生間全是水，無語至極，敷衍至極，建議酒店領導也來體驗一次。
