Hotel Dengan Spa di Stockholm, Sweden

Me and my family had so much rest and fun over here. Very cozy bed and heater are also working well, nice shower too. It’s my most favourite hotel in this year. You could access to city centre in 3-5 mins, A convenient store opposite the hotel. You can also get some night life in its own building. Will definitely come back and recommend to others! I personally love their lunch menu the Swedish meatballs!

Easy to access from airport, and going around all the touist attraction. Breakfast is not much variety. Coffee is all day. A bicycle to rent from the hotel, but we didn't done. A View from the hotel is good.

Clean, compact & comfortable. Walkable distance from central train station. Down comforters, scenic view from our large window, large screen tv, clean bathroom with shower, free Wi-fi, self check-in (we didn’t have a reservation so we had to check-in with a staff person). We had a “Compact Double” Room for 1,689,00 SEK (about $156 USD) and it was worth it!

Hip hotel in a great location. Service from most of the staff was truly superb, with Laban topping the list. A few exceptions, though. One lady at reception was not very nice - she didn’t even bat an eye before refusing us late checkout. Fortunately I asked another member of the team and was able to secure it with a minimal fee. The cleaning lady was also a bit grumpy when we asked her to wait 5 minutes before we stepped out of our room for her to clean. We exited in less than 3, but she still seemed very unhappy. Room was very nice, but the best part of this hotel is The Nest. Don’t miss it.

Had the good fortune of spending the weekend in one of the hotel’s top floor suites (adjacent to the conference facility on the 11th floor). Full disclosure - I had pretty low expectations coming in due to an unfortunate previous stay at this hotel, but that changed completely the moment I stepped inside the suite. It was spacious, comfortable and luxurious with enormous floor-to-ceiling windows and a HUGE terrace facing the city and Globen. The HVAC system was the best I've experienced in a Swedish hotel (a far cry from the regular Nordic systems that keep you freezing in the winter and sweating in the summer), the water pressure amazing and the finishes stylish. That said, if I were to nitpick, it wasn’t perfect - outlets were almost non-existent, a couple of spotlights were out-of-order, there was no shower gel in the shower, the TV was too small for a room of this size and there was no privacy shade for the giant window between the master bath and the bedroom. The housekeeping staff had generally done a very thorough job, with the exception of a part of the terrace that contained a half-eaten orange from a previous guest. These minor issues did, however, not detract from the overall experience and this suite easily ranked amongst the best Swedish hotel suites I’ve stayed in. The hotel has an excellent location, friendly staff and reasonable pricing, easily earning them a full five stars for this stay. I can’t wait to come back to the same suite :)

First of all the people on the desk were so welcoming and friendly- especially Gigi- she was so interested in my trip and offered help if I needed it. I was also loaned an umbrella which saved me from getting drenched! Gigi was on the desk when I departed this mo, remembering my name and wishing me a safe trip home. Great service!

Stayed one night for a sleep over for my flight. Hotel was easy to locate and check in was smooth. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast selection was lacking as I feel it can be better. Some of the fruits do not seem very fresh. Otherwise a good stay overall.

Best hotel by far during our trip in Northern Europe. The doorman (from East Europe) who helped us from arrival, to taxi service is super friendly and helpful. He even told us not to take any taxis pulling over at the hotel as they most definitely will over charge us. The location of the hotel is the best and easy to get access to the old town just on foot. Housekeeping team is very professional too and kept our room clean and tidy. We feel bad that we forgot leaving some tips to the room attendant who cleaned our room during the stay which we were planning to do it. We have already recommended this hotel to our family in Canada.

I booked their single room without window, as I both have no need for excessive in-room amenities and also greatly enjoy small, cosy places (this is not a sarcastic statement: I truly loved the tiny room). There was enough space in the room for the bed, an additional cutout for a small desk, and the private bathroom was nearly twice the size of the rest of the room itself. The walls were painted in a dark grey or purple, as were the bed dressings. It was a perfect, cosy little nook in which I could sleep and unwind a little. Their breakfast is pretty standard fare, no complaints nor highlights. I was content with the mini croissants, yoghurt and fruit; though an unsweetened yoghurt option would have been nice (but again, not a complaint). One issue I have however is with the parking fees. It is advertised on the ********** website, as well as the English version of the hotel's own site that parking is SEK100,-/day. However, their internal system, and as I later found while verifying, their Swedish website both state SEK150,-/day. I did not follow up on this until the next day as I arrived late in the evening and checked the listings after having checked in. The monetary difference is negligible, however this was frustrating to be presented with at the point of payment and not updated across the platforms this hotel advertises on. When I asked at the desk about it and showed the FD staff the ********** and English version of their site with the lower amount, I was given an apologetic look and the professional version of throwing one's hands up in helplessness. I don't expect grovelling nor immediate refunds (I have read r/TalesFromtheFrontDesk for long enough) but at least a mention that it will be sent up the chain of command would allay my feeling of being misled. Parking in any case is in an underground lot accessible via your hotel card key.

The location is nice, but another radiosonde hotel in the airport was better in location. And the service in the reception was actually bad. They didn’t explain anything, I mean he just told the floor. I want them to tell the room number and explain some like open time or some services or Wi-Fi. I don’t believe that that happened because I’m Japanese. Anyway, I couldn’t say the service is good.

Excellent location: 2-3 minutes walking distance to the central railway station, the city center and many shops, department stores, restaurants, bars, theatres… long inchecking time (a long check-in que), the breakfast buffe can be improved… A nice hotel which we recommend.

The location is amazing! 5 minute walk from the Arlanda express! Right in the centre near shops. The food was incredible and so much choice even for vegans or gluten free. Staff were friendly and helpful! It does get cold in the rooms but we asked for a heater and this was provided.
