Excellent hotel in great location. Welcoming staff . Spacious well appointed room with views over Place des Artes square , which has a great vibe with many street stalls selling artisan goods . Basement food hall offers wide range of food choices for families with first class shopping mall above . Overnight parking can be accessed directly from hotel and is reasonably priced although do note where you parked on arrival ! A short walk to the underground to access everything Montreal has to offer . Highly recommend this hotel .

- located in a vantage point that commands a fabulous view of the river - The receptionist, Khalil, is friendly and caring to us. - nice and comfortable room that puts it on the pedestal in the same league; - squeaky clean and spick and span; - very comfortable mattresses. You are mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack; - quiet but conveniences are a stone's throw away!

In town for a JFL show. Location was very convenient and the rom was immaculate. Resto on ground floor is very nice for a convenient meal of quick snack after travel and check-in. Staff are very pleasant and professional and were quick to accomodate our request for a room with a bathtub. My wife likes to soak after the travel part.. had a pleasant special effects surprise at bedtime when the streetlights below penetrated above the curtain/drape rod and produced a bit of a light show on the ceiling. Not enough to interfere with sleep and just right as a night light for the mid night trips to the washroom. All in all very nice hotel in a very convenient downtown location at a reasonable price

The hotel was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was basic nothing too fancy. The gym had things you can use but treadmill was out of service. The staff were all welcoming and nice. Parking was overly expensive but overall we had a great time.

The service was amazing! We enjoyed all the amenities and the staff were very helpful, and nice. We did the valet parking and would definitely recommend it.

What a lovely place to stay. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was exceptional and of the standard that you would expect. The breakfast concierge was very helpful and the food was of a really great standard, beyond what we expected. The ease of being able to leave all of our luggage at the hotel before our flight made such a difference to our day. Will definitely will be back when we return next year. Thank you to all the staff.

Efficient and friendly service at the front desk. I got a room right by the elevators, which wasn't great, and it sounded like someone was bouncing a soccer ball against the adjoining wall for most of my stay, but the room itself was clean. Google cast wasn't working properly. Hotel is centrally located but the area immediately around it is pretty dead, so it would've been nice if the tuck shop was open a little bit later (was closed when I returned for the night at 8PM).

This hotel is a little gem in a super area of downtown Montreal. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, with high-quality sheets and a good selection of comfortable pillows. A kitchenette made it very easy to pick up salads or snacks to refrigerate or reheat leftovers from a restaurant the night before. Breakfast is included and there’s a good selection of fruit, boiled eggs, smoked salmon, deli meats and yogurt. Cereals as well. While there were scrambled eggs, I tried them twice but not cooked to my taste. Having said that, there were fresh pastries and bagels, so a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon with some fruit served very well. This hotel is very walkable to Notre Dame, Place des Arts and several theatres and museums. Lots of great restaurants to suit anyone’s tastes. The subway is literally a 3-minute walk and in 10 minutes, you can be at the Jean Talon Market, which has a plethora of foods and drinks to suit anyone’s taste palate. I’d highly recommend Hotel and Spa Carre St. Denis and will definitely be back next time I visit Montreal.

My stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel’s location couldn’t be better—right in downtown and close to all the fun spots, many just a short walk away. The lobby greets you with a refreshing scent and genuinely warm smiles from the staff—they make you feel right at home from the start. I had the juiciest steak ever, and the 24-hour heated pool? Total relaxation! The only thing I’d change is the pool’s location. You currently have to walk through the restaurant and lobby (which are open to non-guests), so it feels a bit awkward strolling by in your swimsuit. A private walkway or different pool spot would make it perfect! Overall, I had an incredible time and would definitely come back. 🤗
