"Location good and clean.
But reception lady was impolite, seems not happy working there or do not like you not speaking French, never smile n the attitude do not respect to customers. I requesting to add hotel members no, she said no benefits received even update for me, and don’t want to do it, like please do not bother me.
But when I checked in Marriott in falls n Toronto before going to Montreal, they both asked me the number n do it for me even no benefits if I booked through trip.com, both Marriott staff service are super nice n professional. They both asked me not requesting by myself.
And the cleaning lady knocked my door for cleaning at 10am on the day I checked out, it was strange as they should check my check out day and don’t bother me for cleaning.
I requested a slippers and they said they are out of stock n will send me when available, I stay 3 nights but no one comes back .
Disappointed service in such price, will not stay again."

GGuest UserHotel is greatly located in the Mont Tremblant area. Easy access to restaurants, grocery store, and other shops. Breakfast buffet was decent. Staff were nice as she introduced us to the area and activities that we could do when we checked in. Will come to this hotel again when we visit Mont Tremblant in the future.

FFudoumeimeiThe location is super good, just a few minutes' walk from the free cable car ride point, and close to the mountain villa commercial district. You can park your car temporarily on the roadside in front of the hotel, complete the check-in procedures and get a parking card, and then park your car in the hotel's indoor parking lot (an additional parking fee of 26.05 Canadian dollars will be charged).
The hotel breakfast variety is not rich, but this room price is very cost-effective for breakfast included.
The scenery of the room is very beautiful, with colorful autumn colors outside the window, and the cable car is slow, like a fairy tale world.

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Bonaventure. The hotel is on the 10th floor of Place Bonaventure with underground parking which is super convenient. The heated outdoor pool was amazing to relax in. It was a very popular spot! We ate in the dining room a couple of times and enjoyed the food both times! Rooms are large, king bed was comfortable and our view of the duck pond was great! Felt like we were in a rural setting, not downtown Montreal! I highly recommend this hotel!!

EevenjsExcellent location right in the heart of Old Town. The service was okay, but the price is incredibly high, making the overall experience feel a bit lacking. I really don't think staying at the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac is a must when visiting Quebec City. As soon as you walk in, you're hit with an outdated feeling; it doesn't have that sense of grandeur and luxury you'd find at, say, the Peace Hotel, nor the meticulous and thoughtful service of the Seattle Fairmont. If I were to come again, I'd probably opt for a quality B&B in the Old Town for a more comfortable stay.

I would recommend the cafe and restaurant on the first floor. The underground passage leads directly to McGill/Eaton.

MMarley KThis hotel is a little gem in a super area of downtown Montreal. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, with high-quality sheets and a good selection of comfortable pillows. A kitchenette made it very easy to pick up salads or snacks to refrigerate or reheat leftovers from a restaurant the night before. Breakfast is included and there’s a good selection of fruit, boiled eggs, smoked salmon, deli meats and yogurt. Cereals as well. While there were scrambled eggs, I tried them twice but not cooked to my taste. Having said that, there were fresh pastries and bagels, so a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon with some fruit served very well.
This hotel is very walkable to Notre Dame, Place des Arts and several theatres and museums. Lots of great restaurants to suit anyone’s tastes. The subway is literally a 3-minute walk and in 10 minutes, you can be at the Jean Talon Market, which has a plethora of foods and drinks to suit anyone’s taste palate.
I’d highly recommend Hotel and Spa Carre St. Denis and will definitely be back next time I visit Montreal.

DDoogie 77We booked for Christmas. We had one of the old rooms facing the slope. Nice view.
The hotel was at capacity and it showed. Restaurants were full and many eating in the hallways. Regardless the service was excellent and the environment was good.
The location is excellent and convenient. The outdoor pool was nice. Breakfast is good.
Restaurant a bit pricey but good. However you can go in town with the car to find a nice range of food.
