Hotel Dengan Spa di Gunma Prefecture, Japan

Stayed at Comfort Hotel Maebashi for a short trip. The room was warm and cozy, though a bit small — similar to most hotels in Japan. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the toilet felt more spacious compared to other hotels. Overall, a comfortable stay with everything you need. Would definitely consider staying here again!

三連休酒店特別貴，這家性價比挺好的。離JR站特別近，過天橋對面就到了，對於中轉站來説真的很方便。早餐中規中矩，房間比較驚喜的是床是1.4的，雙人間這樣的床型真的很不錯了。

3 different types of onsen , amazing breakfast with huge selection of food, amazing spacious rooms with an amazing view of the river. Only spent 1 night here but would’ve easily stayed another if we had time. The building is well maintained and the onsen was so good I had 3 sessions even though we were only here for 1 night. One of the more superior ryokans we stayed in. Awesome onsen, both indoors and outdoors, with excellent service from all staff. Upon entering the car park, staff will come with umbrellas to help with luggage and it was a very very light drizzle. We had dinner in the room and breakfast in the common area but still segregated for privacy. The food was delicious- we had wagyu and enjoyed it very much. When we left, the owner’s daughter was sending us off at the entrance. 100% would return for another stay if we venture to Kusatsu onsen again.

The staff were nice and helpful. The public bath was good with wonderful scenery and environment. Food was not that impressive but up to stand. The tel number shown on the website was found outdated. Better have it updated so that the travellers can call the resort direct to book free shuttle transfer from Karuizawa Station.

This hotel was so great! Its service, cleanliness, rooms etc, everything is about a comfort stay. It also has delicious breakfasts and onsen with 2 baths, one is outside — just what I was looking for.

The buffet dinner with hotpot, many choices of food and drink and wine.

老闆英文非常流利，chick in之後會送一瓶牛奶，chick out之後會送咖啡，住在這裡會有滿滿的童年回憶，缺點之一就是距離湯畑有點遠，缺點之二就是價格有點貴，我們入住的價格是21419日圓一晚！
