２月中旬、２泊３日の四国旅行で１泊目に家内とお邪魔しました。場所は高松の繁華街に位置し、琴電瓦町駅から徒歩５分ほどのところで、すぐ近く（隣の隣位）に大きなショッピングセンターがあり、ホテルの玄関先にコンビニもあり至極便利な立地です。赤いレンガ色の外観と、大きな猫のオブジェを目印にすると分かりやすいです。駐車場は無く、車利用の場合は隣接のショッピングセンター（丸亀町グリーン）の駐車場が提携Pとなっているので、チェックイン時に割引処理をしてもらいます。フロントとラウンジ、レストランは２階にあり、朝食はこちらでいただきます。３階から上の低層階はホテルフロア。高層階はドミトリーとなり、その中間にコインランドリー等が有るようです。私はホテルフロアのツインを利用しましたが、最近改装されたようで部屋は綺麗です。広さはミニマムで、特にユニットバスは激狭な為、トイレ、洗面、お風呂のそれぞれを利用する際、ちょっと工夫しないと、足や頭をぶつける危険が有ります。トイレは身長１７３センチの私でも、座ると膝が壁にくっつくほどで、大きな外国の旅行者が利用する場合、さぞ苦労するだろうなと思いました。一方感心したのが朝食で、ビジネスホテルにありがちなせせこましい場所ではなく、広々とスペースを確保したレストランに、豊富なビュッフェメニューが用意されており、また一品一品がひと工夫したもので、おいしく、気持ちよく朝食をいただく事が出来ました。スタッフの皆さんは、若くて親切な好印象でした。また夜食にお茶づけ提供のサービスが有ります。若者同士で気軽に利用する場合や、ビジネスユース、一人旅には良いホテルでしょう。お世話になりありがとうございました。

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel Takamatsu, and my experience was nothing short of outstanding. Got free upgrade to the room with bath tube The room size is larger than the normal Japanese hotel room with free snack at fridge. We didnt try the onsen at the top floor of the hotel, but did tried the ice cream which is for free. The twin bed is good in size and comfortable. It takes about 15-20 mins walk to Mitsukoshi, but pretty near the main shopping street. Nothing to complaint

JR高松駅からは少し離れていて、琴電の瓦町駅が近いホテルです。 高松駅から歩くなら徒歩20分です。兵庫町の商店街と中央商店街をしばらく歩き、1本曲がったところにあります。 ホテル周辺は飲み屋が多いですが、予想していたよりは静かでした。 バストイレ別のホテルですが、洗面台がベッドの横にあるのでその点は好みが分かれるかもしれません。洗面台がもう少し大きいと良いと思いました。 部屋は大きめのキャリーバッグだと何とか広げられるか、少し厳しい広さのため、連泊期間が長いなら必要な荷物を絞ったほうが良さそうです。

, iwI am the big fan of Kyoritsu Resort and stayed every time we have opportunity at various locations. This is among the one of the best Kyoritsu Resort I've stayed. Location is in the middle of Omotesando to Konpira-san, on the beautiful old fashioned street. We stayed at Triple room with 2 bedrooms, 1 with Queen and 2 twin in living room with sofa. There's small shower in the room with double vanity, separate toilet. Room was very spacious, private and well, well, well stocked. 4 sets of glasses, coffee cups, tea cups, coffee grinder, water in fridge, vanity table with small chairs, 2 closets etc. etc. Cannot complain anything. Dinner was served either 5:30am and 8pm. Service is slow but you'll get to finish in about 1.5hrs. There were 4 private lockable bathroom PLUS large women/men separate bathroom. We didn't have issue using private bathroom, always has at least 1 available and kept well clean. There was lounge next to bathrooms with water, ice pops. Also free washer/dryer (2 each) which was really help. I love this hotel, design and interior are perfect, I can't wait to come back and stay again. If you are driving, you may park right in front of main entrance and drop off luggage. Parking is in the rear of building. You have to be careful not to past the small road to go to rear of main building bc road is VERY narrow, easy to miss.

Excellent location. Very convenience for tourist. Airport shuttle bus stop is right in front of the hotel entrance. Nearby is the shopping street, with many restaurants. Also it is close to JR station with just 10-15 mins walk.

瀬戸芸のため大型連休に一泊しました。連休の谷間の平日だったので市内全体が軒並み料金高め設定のところ、割とお値打ちだったこのホテルを選びました。 高松駅からは一生懸命歩いて8分くらい。駅には近いですが、周りにはコンビニや飲食店はほぼありません。チェックイン、チェックアウトはすべて機械で行います。フロントデスクに係員はいますが、ゲスト対応はやらず、雑用担当要員です。 部屋は4階のモデレートシングル。広くはないですが二人でも十分。小さいテレビがあります。 特に足りない部分はなく、ホテルとしては問題ないのですが、一点、人手不足のために荷物を預かってもらうことができません。よって、チェックイン、チェックアウトで荷物を預けたい人には不向きです。そうではない人にとっては宿泊費が高くなりがちな高松での宿泊場所の候補のひとつになるでしょう。

They couldn’t find our reservation when we arrived but we were given the same price that we had reserved it at. It was a good place to stay for one night and across from a supermarket. There’s a convenience store located next door but not a lot of choices nearby for meals. We had to walk almost a kilometer to a restaurant that we wanted to try. The breakfast buffet was simple but sufficient and it was not crowded. There’s a coffee machine that you can use anytime. There is a family floor that has a microwave and a kitchen that can be used. They offer some instant noodles after 930 pm.

During our road trip throughout Western Japan, we needed to spend the night after touring Kochi but before heading to Tomonoura (near Fukuyama in Northern Hiroshima Prefecture.) Looking on the map, and after extensive research, we were hopeful that Asan Kotonami would hit all the right buttons as a luxury Onsen (natural hot springs) ryokan with a mountain retreat vibe and good food. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It's about a 30 minute drive from Kotohira-gu (aka Konpira-san), which is the nearest major tourist attraction. Since we had our own car, there was not much effort in getting here, but accessibility to Asan Kotonami might be a bit more challenging if one resorted strictly to public transportation. In any case, if you're looking for something that's not a large, city hotel and is relatively luxurious, there are few (if any) other options - in fact, I'd say that Asan Kotonami might turn out to be the de-facto choice in this regard. First off, it's a gorgeous ryokan - it's in a picturesque location nestled in a mountainous area of rural Kagawa Prefecture. It's modern but done with a simplistic yet stylish Japanese aesthetic that will please many people. Unlike many luxury ryokans, however, Asan Kotonami is relatively new - it was built in 2017, meaning it is not worn down in any way. We loved the modern Japanese architecture, furnishings and decor, and the fact that it was in a remote location surrounded by nature. Thumbs up. We stayed in the ”Type F” room, which is described as a Japanese-Western room with Open-Air Bath. It's Western in that the bedroom has two beds and a couch. The ”living” area is Japanese in that you either sit on the floor, or on an oddly shaped and very low ”chair.” I guess you can call the living room being more Japanese than Western, but it's definitely Japanese in that it's a tiny room. Overall, it's uncomfortable and unusable, which was a shame, because I often need to work late at night, meaning we prefer a nice living room (for work) and a separate bedroom with sufficient noise insulation. Asan Kotonami didn't have that here, unfortunately. The room only had one sink, which is a drawback for a luxury property that was newly built less than 5 years ago. On the positive side, the open-air outdoor Onsen (natural hot springs) bath on our room terrace was fantastic, and internet was very speedy. In addition to the Onsen our room, Asan Kotonami also had among the nicest communal (gender-segregated) ”Daiyokujo” Onsen baths that we've ever experienced. It's almost Disneyland-like in that it's stylish, expansive and has several indoor and outdoor bathing options. It's possible that the property gets an abundance of the hot spring water directly from the source, because they certainly don't make any effort to preserve it. As soon as I stepped out of the changing room and even before going to the bathing area, Onsen was flowing all around me on the floor, with stylish woo

conveniently located for the nearby tourist spots, the dinner and breakfast are delicious and of good quality. Good services.

初めて利用しましたが、スタッフの対応、上の部屋はわかりませんが、下の部屋の広さ、清潔さなど、とてもよかったです。また、行く機会があったら、ぜひ利用したいと思いました。

高知に帰省の道すがら安かったので 金比羅さんを登るためだけに家族と一泊しました。 客室は寝るだけなら問題なし。 貸切風呂も良く。 近隣のごはん屋も美味しく良かったです。 超不満点は 駐車場に輸入車が大きいということで止められず。 少し離れた駐車場に持って行かれました。 それなりの車なので目に付かない所に持って行かれ不安で、チェックアウト時も知らない所に持って行ったのに取りに行くのは自分で地図みてどうぞと言われそこは とてもとても不満でした。

朝食付き、値段に比してお得、朝食も軽食だが十分な量と品数、牛乳、オレンジジュース、アップルジュース、豆から挽くよくセブンとかにあるコーヒー、私はコーヒーのクリームが嫌いなので、牛乳を普通においといてくれるのは非常に助かった。パンはクロワッサンと普通のロールパン。ジャムやバターも豊富、ゆで*なども食べ放題、ヨーグルトとシリアルもある。大変満足できた。和食は無いので注意、部屋も広く快適、特に大浴場温泉付きでこの値段は安い、部屋にもシャワーついてる。ただし、やはり人手不足は深刻らしく、スタッフが足りてない様子。翌日こんぴらさん参りのあともロビーで寛げた。

事前にトリップアドバイザーや楽天トラベルの口コミを見て多少心配はしていたものの、思っていたほど悪くなく、むしろ居心地は良く、接客も親切だったと思います。 建物、特に共用部分（廊下やエレベーター）は確かにボロいですが、滞在中、共用部分で過ごすのはたかが数分ですし、気になりませんでした。部屋は結構綺麗で、他の口コミにあるような臭いとかは感じませんでした。ただ、コンセントの差し口が少ないので、心配な方は延長コードを持って行くと良いと思います。私はそうしました。 温泉は１日目は屋上露天、２日目は内湯に。屋上露天は、日差しがきつかったので床が暑かったですが、それを除けば景色もよくリラックス出来ます。内湯も結構綺麗でした。 妻は貸切風呂（40分　2,200円）を使ってましたが、綺麗で良かったとのことです。 食事は、1日目は、お刺身、魚介類の煮凝り、釜飯が、2日目は前菜３種、角煮、お刺身が特に美味しかったです。食事場所の接客も親切でした。 交通の便ですが、飛行機で行きましたが空港バスで旅館の前にバス停があり降りられること、帰りの空港バス乗り場も歩いて5分弱と便利です。近くにコンビニもありますし、もちろん金刀比羅宮の参道もすぐ近くです。 高級旅館じゃないとダメ、という人以外は、コストパフォーマンスを考えればお得だと思います。 ちなみに私は、超高級ホテル（Marriottのカテゴリー8や帝国ホテル、海外ならその国を代表するホテルなど）、超高級旅館も泊まりますし、金がない頃は漫画喫茶に泊まったこともありますが、コストパフォーマンスを考えると、評価は４でも充分だと思います。

犬2匹連れてお邪魔しました。犬にも私達夫婦にも優しく親切にして頂きました。 露天風呂も良かったですし、本館の大浴場も、サウナもあり、とても良かったです。 チェックインの時間より、かなり早く到着してしまったのですが、嫌な顔もなく、対応頂きました。ただ、夕食に陶板で焼肉が最後にありましたが、部屋に煙が充満して、外気をいれて換気を長時間しなくてはならず、大変でした。 その点がマイナスポイントです。しかしお料理も美味しく、朝食も美味しく頂きました。ありがとうございました。 うどんが名物で有名な土地なので、おうどんも頂きたかったです。

, iwI am the big fan of Kyoritsu Resort and stayed every time we have opportunity at various locations. This is among the one of the best Kyoritsu Resort I've stayed. Location is in the middle of Omotesando to Konpira-san, on the beautiful old fashioned street. We stayed at Triple room with 2 bedrooms, 1 with Queen and 2 twin in living room with sofa. There's small shower in the room with double vanity, separate toilet. Room was very spacious, private and well, well, well stocked. 4 sets of glasses, coffee cups, tea cups, coffee grinder, water in fridge, vanity table with small chairs, 2 closets etc. etc. Cannot complain anything. Dinner was served either 5:30am and 8pm. Service is slow but you'll get to finish in about 1.5hrs. There were 4 private lockable bathroom PLUS large women/men separate bathroom. We didn't have issue using private bathroom, always has at least 1 available and kept well clean. There was lounge next to bathrooms with water, ice pops. Also free washer/dryer (2 each) which was really help. I love this hotel, design and interior are perfect, I can't wait to come back and stay again. If you are driving, you may park right in front of main entrance and drop off luggage. Parking is in the rear of building. You have to be careful not to past the small road to go to rear of main building bc road is VERY narrow, easy to miss.

They couldn’t find our reservation when we arrived but we were given the same price that we had reserved it at. It was a good place to stay for one night and across from a supermarket. There’s a convenience store located next door but not a lot of choices nearby for meals. We had to walk almost a kilometer to a restaurant that we wanted to try. The breakfast buffet was simple but sufficient and it was not crowded. There’s a coffee machine that you can use anytime. There is a family floor that has a microwave and a kitchen that can be used. They offer some instant noodles after 930 pm.

conveniently located for the nearby tourist spots, the dinner and breakfast are delicious and of good quality. Good services.

高知に帰省の道すがら安かったので 金比羅さんを登るためだけに家族と一泊しました。 客室は寝るだけなら問題なし。 貸切風呂も良く。 近隣のごはん屋も美味しく良かったです。 超不満点は 駐車場に輸入車が大きいということで止められず。 少し離れた駐車場に持って行かれました。 それなりの車なので目に付かない所に持って行かれ不安で、チェックアウト時も知らない所に持って行ったのに取りに行くのは自分で地図みてどうぞと言われそこは とてもとても不満でした。

朝食付き、値段に比してお得、朝食も軽食だが十分な量と品数、牛乳、オレンジジュース、アップルジュース、豆から挽くよくセブンとかにあるコーヒー、私はコーヒーのクリームが嫌いなので、牛乳を普通においといてくれるのは非常に助かった。パンはクロワッサンと普通のロールパン。ジャムやバターも豊富、ゆで*なども食べ放題、ヨーグルトとシリアルもある。大変満足できた。和食は無いので注意、部屋も広く快適、特に大浴場温泉付きでこの値段は安い、部屋にもシャワーついてる。ただし、やはり人手不足は深刻らしく、スタッフが足りてない様子。翌日こんぴらさん参りのあともロビーで寛げた。

事前にトリップアドバイザーや楽天トラベルの口コミを見て多少心配はしていたものの、思っていたほど悪くなく、むしろ居心地は良く、接客も親切だったと思います。 建物、特に共用部分（廊下やエレベーター）は確かにボロいですが、滞在中、共用部分で過ごすのはたかが数分ですし、気になりませんでした。部屋は結構綺麗で、他の口コミにあるような臭いとかは感じませんでした。ただ、コンセントの差し口が少ないので、心配な方は延長コードを持って行くと良いと思います。私はそうしました。 温泉は１日目は屋上露天、２日目は内湯に。屋上露天は、日差しがきつかったので床が暑かったですが、それを除けば景色もよくリラックス出来ます。内湯も結構綺麗でした。 妻は貸切風呂（40分　2,200円）を使ってましたが、綺麗で良かったとのことです。 食事は、1日目は、お刺身、魚介類の煮凝り、釜飯が、2日目は前菜３種、角煮、お刺身が特に美味しかったです。食事場所の接客も親切でした。 交通の便ですが、飛行機で行きましたが空港バスで旅館の前にバス停があり降りられること、帰りの空港バス乗り場も歩いて5分弱と便利です。近くにコンビニもありますし、もちろん金刀比羅宮の参道もすぐ近くです。 高級旅館じゃないとダメ、という人以外は、コストパフォーマンスを考えればお得だと思います。 ちなみに私は、超高級ホテル（Marriottのカテゴリー8や帝国ホテル、海外ならその国を代表するホテルなど）、超高級旅館も泊まりますし、金がない頃は漫画喫茶に泊まったこともありますが、コストパフォーマンスを考えると、評価は４でも充分だと思います。
