I had an amazing stay, largely thanks to Lotti at the front desk.From the moment I walked in, Lotti was incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations. Lotti also helped us to order delivery foods late in the night when we're too lazy to step out. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. The Hotel room was great, nice and clean. The room is modern with a rustic touch of wood finishes. It has good views of of the Guiylang white house and twin towers that light up every evening. The building itself is surrounded by street food and restaurants so many options to choose from. There is a few western franchises close by KFC, domino's and pizza hut. There are two shopping cenyres on e across the street and the Dolphin plaza about 16 minute walk. Easy access to Taxis and ride share so there is no problem getting around. Our experience was great overall and would recommend it yo anyone staying in the area

Very good breakfast. The room is big, however smells smoke in spite of us specifically requesting non-smoking room. In the evening the hotel's reception is full of drunk people - apparently some club operates in the same place

This is our first time staying at this property and we enjoyed our stay here. It’s a beautiful property with great views of Guiyang city and we will come back. I highly recommend having the breakfast buffet as you are greeted with beautiful views of the Guiyang skyline. Breakfast options is the typical hotel breakfast but the view makes up for it. Location is at the City Center and you are close to万象城 mix c with plenty of food options. The gym is spacious and you have basic cable machines but you will get a solid workout in. Reception staff at the spa and gym counter have a bit of attitude but they are probably contract staff as the hotel staff have been very professional and courteous. Thank you Raby for checking us out she greeted us with a smile and was very helpful and gave my kids some small farewell gifts which they played with throughout our plane trip back home. The hotel lobby is located on the 55th floor so if you drive or have rooms downstairs you do have to change lifts each time. Breakfast is served on the 57th floor. I m glad to see that the hotel staff uphold the Sofitel Service standard which is very rare when you are in busy Chinese cities. Keep up the good work!

位置不錯，靠近海豚廣場，距離超級近的，附近有地鐵和公交站出行方便。樓下吃的也超級多選擇。房間整體也很好，乾淨整潔，性價比超級高！也很安靜沒有什麼吵鬧的聲音，可以得到很好的休息，很值得選擇，挺不錯的

I want to give 5 stars for the service too. Alas the front desk could not honour the free gifts. First, the front desk said these discounted tours are offered by their tour agency partner and any correspondence are between me and the agency. Well that's fine, but then later they conveyed that the tour agency rejected contacting me because I do not have a Chinese mobile number ”because they were afraid they could not contact me”. I am staying at their hotel for 4 nights, I am connected to the front desk by WeChat, I offered to share my WeChat ID, and I have never had an issue booking any tour with just a WeChat ID all over China. If they don't want to deal with foreigners, then don't offer these numerous ”free gifts” on an international booking platform. 4 stars for amenities as there was only one washing machine available and usage was restricted from 10pm to 10am. I could not use it because it was always being used by someone else and every time they choose 1 hour washes. This was the situation during low peak travel season. Imagine during their peak travel season? Everything else was perfect. Room was clean and housekeeping was done everyday. Hotel is in a good location as there are delicious eateries right outside the hotel and near to the subway.

It is our first time to stay in the hotel in Guizhou. It feels great. The concierge at the door will take the initiative to help you with your luggage when he sees you.Breakfast is also good, Swimming pool is so warm, wonderful.Thanks for Krison‘s efforts.
