Spectacular!!! The place is magical, the service is outstanding, and the rooms are perfect—spacious, spotless, clea, and, being set on a hill, they offer wonderful views over the village. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive; they genuinely enjoy helping and making the experience feel truly special.
The breakfast is delicious, and upon arrival you’re welcomed with pastries, coffee, and fresh fruit. On some evenings, there are traditional singing performances at the hotel, and the team is always available on WeChat to assist with anything you might need.
Truly, a place I would remember again and again!

Out of the 8 hotels that we have stayed so far for this trip to Guizhou, we found this hotel to be the most outstanding in terms of service especially the staff during the morning breakfast. She was very knowledgeable in introducing the specialties of food in Zunyi that was served. She even went to the extend of introducing the park that has the blooming cherry blossom.
The varieties of food served during breakfast was great. Breakfast served on the top floor was great too.
The room was also very comfortable. Toiletries like body wash, shampoo, body lotion, etc were all with natural plant iingredients.

六盤水這趟住得最值的一家。貴州飯店，貴州酒店集團旗下的五星級老店。確實老了點，但五星級的底子還在。288一晚的價格，放在別的地方可能衹能住個快捷酒店，在這你能住湖景五星，性價比高到離譜。
【優點是真能打】
價格無敵：288元/晚，這個價位住五星級，還是正規五星，説出去朋友都不信。主打一個性價比極高。
湖景在線：窗外的湖景開闊舒服，早上起來看一眼心情都好。
服務專業：從前台到客房服務，態度和效率都符合五星級的培訓水平，沒有因為價格低就降檔。
地段方便：位置在六盤水算不錯，出行、吃飯都不折騰。
老牌底氣在：雖然設施有年代感，但該有的都有，床品、衞生、公共區域都保持了五星級的乾淨和秩序。
【唯一的槽點（其實可以忍）】
乾濕分離做得不好：淋浴間的門縫會往外漏水，洗個澡出來地上汪一攤水，腳墊基本上等於白放。建議酒店把淋浴間的密封條換一下，成本不高，體驗能好一大截。
設施整體偏老：能看出來是上了年紀的五星，不新潮，但維護得算體面。對“老”有心理準備的話，完全不是問題。

如果你不是那種“非新不住、處處要完美”的人，那這家閉眼入。

這次出遊無意間敲定的這家酒店真的超出預期，必須認認真真寫個好評安利給準備出行的朋友！
剛抵達門店就被前台暖心服務圈粉，工作人員待人熱情謙和、禮數周到，下車後主動上前幫忙提拿行李，全程耐心指引辦理入住。酒店整體裝修格調雅緻，大廳的設計獨具匠心，氛圍感拉滿，隨處能看出店家在裝潢上的用心，隨手一拍都很出片。
客房設施都是嶄新配齊的，硬件配置完善齊全，房間打掃得一塵不染，角落、衞浴都收拾得乾乾淨淨，床品柔軟舒服，衞生間瓷磚質感高級，衞浴用品配備到位，窗邊觀景視野絕佳，推開窗户就能看見古樸民居，靜謐又愜意；客房還配有投影儀等貼心配置，住起來安逸又自在。
早餐更是整趟旅程的驚喜亮點！招牌牛肉粉味道絕了，湯底醇厚鮮香、牛肉分量實在，米粉爽滑入味，而且出餐速度特別快，不用久等就能吃上熱乎的早餐，晨起一碗暖胃又滿足。

First time in Guiyang and I’m very happy I chose Sofitel Guiyang Hunter.
Rabby provided great service during my whole stay. She upgraded my room and recommended local food and places to visit. The room view was beautiful and the hotel location is very convenient.
During my stay, I accidentally hurt my hand with a door. The hotel staff helped me immediately, and Rabby also checked on me later by WeChat. I really felt the care and kindness from the hotel.
All staff were warm and professional, even those whose names I didn’t know.
Highly recommended for both local and international travelers. I will definitely stay here again next time.
第一次来贵阳，选择入住贵阳亨特索菲特酒店是很正确的决定。从入住到离店，Rabby 一直都在帮助我，帮忙升级了房型，还推荐了很多本地美食和旅行攻略。房间景观很好，酒店位置也非常方便。入住期间我的手不小心被门夹伤，酒店工作人员第一时间过来帮忙处理，Rabby 后续也在微信上关心我的情况。很多细节都会让人感受到这家酒店真正的人文关怀。
除了 Rabby 之外，还有很多我不知道名字的工作人员也都非常热情、专业。无论是国内旅行还是外国游客，我都很推荐这家酒店。下次来贵阳，我还会继续选择这里。

Location is great! A short 10 minute walk away from the metro station and mall. Many good food options nearby. Extremely friendly staff who answered all queries and acceded to our requests. Easy to use washing machine provided. Breakfast was scrumptious too! Highly recommended for travellers looking for a clean, spacious and fantastic stay in Guiyang City.

XXiaozhizi666Front desk staff Lu upgraded our room and gave us a complimentary breakfast, which was very kind. The garden restaurant is beautiful and all the staff are very polite. My baby wasn't feeling well, and the restaurant even made some plain congee for him, which we really appreciate. Oh, and when we were leaving, the concierge, I think his name was Wen, helped us with our luggage to the car. Overall, everything was excellent! 👍🏻

GGuest UserThis is a five-diamond hotel located within the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area. It's actually a few hundred meters past the old east gate of the scenic area, right before Wangmeng Town. The location is excellent, very close to the Xiaoqikong Bridge and Laya Waterfall. Xiaoqikong has changed a lot; shuttle buses now operate within the scenic area, which is very convenient for tourists, though it has somewhat diminished the unique charm of the original forest edge landscapes. Since it wasn't peak season this time, the hotel price was quite favorable, which was nice. We had a bit of bad luck this trip; it had rained heavily in Libo a few days prior, so the water in Xiaoqikong, though clean, had a yellowish tint. It lacked the characteristic clear turquoise and deep blue hues we'd seen in different sections of the river in the past. The hotel's service was excellent. The sink in the bathroom was a bit clogged, and after one phone call, maintenance staff arrived immediately to fix it. Turns out, a previous guest had thrown a piece of clear adhesive from a band-aid into the basin, which got stuck with hair further down, blocking the drain. It's a shame that some guests have such poor etiquette; a thoughtless act like that can cause problems for others. The hotel breakfast was decent, with a good variety of local Guizhou specialties and standard breakfast options. The only downside was the bacon and Western-style sausages. Guizhou lacks companies that produce high-quality Western sausages, and those generally made in China are often just mediocre. I'd suggest Guizhou consider introducing enterprises like Germany's Schindele to produce high-quality Western sausages, bacon, and other products using Guizhou's excellent pork, beef, and lamb as raw materials. Supplying these to major hotels would elevate the dining experience in Guizhou and even the entire Southwest region. Furthermore, Guizhou Dragon's cured and smoked products are excellent. Perhaps they could offer spicy sausages, cured pork, and braised pork made from Congjiang fragrant pigs to consumers, which might better showcase the unique flavors of Guizhou cuisine than some of the bland, uninspired products currently available.

LLexielilyThis was not an ordinary hotel stay. It became something I will remember for the rest of my life.
I arrived at the airport after unexpectedly injuring my ankle earlier that day and had no idea how serious it was or what to do next. I booked this hotel last minute, and from the moment I contacted them, everything changed. The team immediately arranged a car to pick me up from the airport, and I was met with such kindness, care, and professionalism that I felt safe right away.
When I arrived, they provided a wheelchair for me and allowed me to keep it overnight. They thoughtfully placed me in a more accessible room, helped with my luggage, and continuously checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. This all happened late at night, yet the level of attention and warmth never wavered.
What truly stood out was how every single staff member treated me. Each time I spoke with someone, they sincerely said to call if I needed anything, and they meant it. It felt like the entire team knew about my situation and was looking out for me. As a first-time traveler in China and an English speaker, I was honestly quite scared, but they went out of their way to make sure I never felt alone or overwhelmed.
At one point, multiple staff members even came up to my room to check on me in person and ask if I needed anything. They made sure I ate and brought me a warm meal, and I can genuinely say those were the most comforting, soul-filling noodles I had during my trip.
In the morning, they kindly offered me a late checkout until 2 p.m., again reminding me to reach out for anything at all. When it was time to leave, they made the process completely seamless. A member of the reception team personally escorted me by golf cart to the airport, helped communicate with airport staff, and ensured I received a wheelchair for my onward journey. I did not have to think or worry about a single step.
This level of care goes far beyond standard hospitality. It reflects a truly exceptional team. Every person I encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in my wellbeing.
I want to extend my deepest thanks to everyone working that day for taking such incredible care of me. You turned what could have been a very stressful and frightening experience into something warm, safe, and deeply human. This is a world-class team and a shining example of what hospitality should be.
I am so grateful and will absolutely stay with this hotel again. Thank you for everything.

SStanley The Travel ManWhat I like most is : The room is on the fourth floor. I didn’t pay for an expensive room so the room looks out to the backyard which is disorganized. If I pay more I would’ve gotten a better view. What I pay is what I get obviously. Nevertheless the room is very very nice. It has many lights and well lit and I love it. I can read without feeling that I am living inside a cave. The smart toilet is a place to for buttock massage.
The breakfast is quiet good.. It has fruit, bao zi and a freshly made bowl of rice noodles.
The hotel offers fruit for free . I love to have fruit and the fact that I don’t have to buy it and carry it back to the hotel.
I have daily house keeping . My garbage was emptied.
There are 2 massage chairs that are very good. The hotel decor in the lobby and the room are very pleasant. The owner has good ‘taste’.
I am not a big fan of disposable towels. If there is anything I prefer, is I want to cloth bathing towels. I felt like I used a piece of enormous napkins to dry my body. This is not a deal breaker though as I only stay 2 nights. If I stay longer, there would be anything else to do because I complete the whole circuit in less than 4 hours. The next day I went to Yao Shan and there wasn’t many people . But being 65, the entrance is free but I paid 20 rmb for the short bus ride. I paid 15 rmb one way on a DiDi there and the same coming back.
The location is at the extreme end of this neighborhood and would require a 10 minutes uphill to the entrance. The park is quite big. You have to walk 10 minutes to 15 minutes to the entrance, then after you buy the ticket, another 10 minutes to the bus stop so it is quite a lot of walking before you begin your journey. If I have to do it all over again, I would have spent more time at every stop. I misunderstood that route A and route B is different. Route B is exactly the same as route A in reverse. The information given by the owner should include the trail from the bus top to the bridge . There is an option to ride a boat and then walk a bit. The trail is easy to walk and well maintained and quite pleasant early in the morning and before closing as there will be fewer people .
The hotel is a bit far if you have a lot of luggages.
In summary, this hotel is the only one that offers breakfast in my 5 weeks through China and it was surprising good.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

AAnonymous UserThe right way to open it is to come to Wujiangzhai and stay in the scenic spot. Mushan Hotel is at the highest point of the village. You need to take a car to go to the core scenic area. We booked Building 2. In the early morning, when we opened the window on the balcony, we were surrounded by green trees and the chirping of birds. The hotel service is very good. You can get free tickets, free shuttle bus, and free parking fees. The staff also helps to check in your luggage. Special thanks to the front desk of the hotel. Because the family brought a lot of things with them on a family trip, a bag of the child's things fell in the lobby. It was only when I went to bed at night that I remembered that there was a tablet in it. I hurriedly went to the lobby to look for it. I didn't expect to find it, but I didn't expect it. The staff has picked it up and placed it at the front desk. Just for this reason, this scenic spot is worth visiting again.

GGuest UserThis hotel is reportedly the best standard in the Fanjing Mountain scenic area. It's very close to the Fanjingshan East Gate. The river facing the hotel rooms is incredibly clear. At night, with the windows open, falling asleep to the sound of the river brought back memories of childhood nights in the countryside. The bridge over the river is a fantastic spot for photos; it's very picturesque, featuring traditional ethnic themes and artistic elements, combined with classic Chinese covered bridge architecture. From the room, looking out, the river, bridge, and ancient willow trees perfectly form a beautiful painting.

Wwei r q 999This hotel is considered high-end, elegant, and classy in Zhijin County, Bijie. The lobby is particularly luxurious and spacious. The hotel's Chinese restaurant offers great value for money, with affordable prices and delicious food. The rooms are well-laid out and quite spacious; the only minor drawback is the lack of privacy in the bathroom. The front desk even upgraded me to a room with a large balcony and a great view free of charge. The overall hotel environment is excellent, and the surrounding air is exceptionally fresh; overall, a very good experience.

MM497500****This is my second time staying at Manhui Sujia Hotel, and I'm not disappointed. The hotel not only provides free coffee, juice, milk tea, facial masks and eye masks, but also free use of washing machines and dryers. The lounge area at the front desk is also very thoughtful. The hotel also has a homemade guide for reference. It is really friendly for foreign tourists. The sanitation is super clean and tidy, even the dead corners are cleaned very well. The service of the lady at the front desk is super good and super enthusiastic. After sending us to the room, she also introduced us how to use the facilities in the room. It's so thoughtful. I highly recommend it, highly recommend it, and I say it three times because it's important. I will bring my friends with me next time.
