One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Huge hotel in old town style with super modern rooms. If you want to explore Tongren and the ”old town” just stay at this hotel and you will be happy. Best location right next to Metro subway station Songhua Road station Exit B. Look for Bld 3 and it's on the 17, 18 floor. The receptionist treats you like a VIP guest from the. moment you arrive. Complimentary afternoon tea and other surprises on arrival. Smart room with smart everything from toilet to movie projector. Very easy to book 1 to 4 days tours with China Travel Service in Bld 5, or via brochures located in reception or ground floor. We love this art deco boutique hotel so much that we stay ed at the beginning and end of our travel in Guizhou for a total of four nights with four nights tour throughout Guizhou due to the vast distances between attractions. We were able to store our large luggage with them for four nights. They even packed a free breakfast for us on the day of our four nights tour as our coach departed at 06:00 am. I would definitely recommend this hotel as the No. 1 choice for anyone coming to Guizhou. Allow yourself 5-7 days to take in all the natural sceneries that Guizhou offers.

Cover most of the basics extremely well. Great friendly service staff at reception , on 2nd floor. Nice simple friendly helpful bar with a good bartender call Wu Hao. Went out of his way to make a cocktail not on the menu for my wife . Breakfast is ok, again good friendly staff . Only drawback is the entrance is just a lift along a busy main road with 2 bus stops . Very difficult to unload on arrival .

I had an amazing stay, largely thanks to Lotti at the front desk.From the moment I walked in, Lotti was incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations. Lotti also helped us to order delivery foods late in the night when we're too lazy to step out. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. Staff had went to the extend of retrieving a parcel which I have asked to sent to the hotel. A very well extend service provided, truly they live to the words of treating travellers that stay in their hotel as their own. This is our first time staying at this property and we enjoyed our stay here. It’s a beautiful property with great views of Guiyang city and we will come back. I highly recommend having the breakfast buffet as you are greeted with beautiful views of the Guiyang skyline. Breakfast options is the typical hotel breakfast but the view makes up for it. Location is at the City Center and you are close to万象城 mix c with plenty of food options. The gym is spacious and you have basic cable machines but you will get a solid workout in. Reception staff at the spa and gym counter have a bit of attitude but they are probably contract staff as the hotel staff have been very professional and courteous. Thank you Raby for checking us out she greeted us with a smile and was very helpful and gave my kids some small farewell gifts which they played with throughout our plane trip back home. The hotel lobby is located on the 55th floor so if you drive or have rooms downstairs you do have to change lifts each time. Breakfast is served on the 57th floor. I m glad to see that the hotel staff uphold the Sofitel Service standard which is very rare when you are in busy Chinese cities. Keep up the good work!

Like the name implied, it's a themed hotel. The lobby wall displayed a lot of colorful cartoons and drawings. It's located in a busy district where all kinds of restaurants are within reach. I didn't pay attention to the description of my room which is one tatami bed. That said, I realized I didn't have a chair or a small table. I had to sit on the edge of the bed with the food in my lap when I ate. I mentioned the discrepancy to the staff and the next day they upgraded me to a room with a chair and a table. The hotel has one self-service washer and dryer which was a great convenience but they were always in use. I did my wash during off hours to eliminate competition. It's a great hotel with great service.
