The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I had a lovely interaction with one young lady from Jiangxi who even asked if I knew her home province – and yes, thanks to my middle school geography lessons, I certainly did! They offered a good selection of complimentary small drinks. There's a supermarket right across the street and an outlet mall nearby, making it very convenient for shopping.

The environment is great, and the service is also very good. It's a decent place to stay, with perks like a complimentary drink in the evening and juice in the morning. And yes, it's a private single room. However, I wouldn't really recommend the capsule hotel style here, mainly because of the poor soundproofing. You can clearly hear the hairdryer from the communal shower area, which means you might not get a good night's sleep.

The scenery is so beautiful, very comfortable and first-class service! The proprietress and the driver staff are kind and friendly! If you buy a jrpass, you can make an appointment to pick up and drop off. It’s free at Kurayoshi Station and highway tolls at Tsuyama Station, but it’s worth it. Time is money. I gave a small gift before I finally left, looking forward to going again next time!

The hotel service was warm and attentive, the hot spring was very comfortable, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, especially the Garlic Mountain Milk, which was particularly fragrant and rich. It is very close to Tsuyama Castle.

I had a pleasant stay! I would have been happy if I had a blanket when I went to bed at night. .. It was a little cold because there was no air conditioner. And I thought it would be nice if hot water came out in the washroom in the room. Breakfast was very delicious!

The hotel is a bit away from town, but one may enjoy the ambience environment. Onsen facilities are good, nice breakfast with great choices. Dinner are set menu. quality up to standard and services are very good. The reception is very polite and exceptionally helpful, but need to use translator to communicate with us, we will enjoy more if direct communication in English makes available.

This time I stayed with my foreign husband. The lobby was classy and the historic atmosphere inside the building was very nice. I was impressed that I could see the wide ocean from my Japanese-style room. It's a traditional hotel, so the building itself is old (we liked the atmosphere, on the contrary), but it was well-maintained and the tatami mats were clean. We had our meals in our room, and the variety of dishes served looked gorgeous, and my husband was so impressed by the sumptuous Japanese food that he took many photos. It was delicious! In the evening, I went to the lobby to see Washu Taiko perform. My husband was really excited about this and we really enjoyed watching it from beginning to end! When I was deciding on a hotel this time, I heard that there would be a performance by Washu Taiko, and I decided on it, and it was really impressive! The staff was very responsive and I was very satisfied with my stay! I think this is a very good hotel where even foreigners can feel the Japanese atmosphere! I definitely want to go again!

I made a reservation the day before my stay. There was only one room left and there were few pictures of the room, so I didn't expect too much to say clearly. However, the exterior of the building was beautiful, and even if I went inside and looked at the lobby, it was clean and very beautiful. The room was also displayed as one room left, but it was large enough for two people to stay, and the cleaning was well done and I was able to stay comfortably. The public bath was perfectly clean. I stayed overnight with a friend. There is the sea in front of you and the location is great. Since it is on a hill, depending on the tent you stay in, you have to climb considerably, so you use your physical strength. Since there is no bath, you can use the hot springs in the nearby hotel at a discounted price, but you have to be careful because the final admission is 20:30. It was very good including other services.
