Hotel is very new and modern. Room is spacious. I was able to open up two big luggage and still with space to walk about. With such spacious room, it is a pity there is no bathtub in the room. Oh the bed and pillows were very comfortable... probably it was still very new. Haha Provide some coffee and tea in the lobby but sadly no beauty amenities for the guests to self pick as opposed to other hotels all over Japan. Travellers do take note that as this is a very small town, alot of restaurants and eateries might not be open during the weekdays or when it is off peak domestic travel season. Plus... the Google map GPS location brought me to the wrong area of the hotel... it brought us to the mountains! so do beware for those who drive.... pls go to hotel official website and get the pin coordinates for Google map navigation.

Drove there. Our room is located first floor with private onsen bath in the room. No shoes are allowed when you first step into the Ryokan. Slippers are provided. Staff are friendly and nice, the room is clean and spacious. Food was typical Japanese breakfast. The private in-house onsen bath was awesome but sadly on the second day, the onsen bath tub started to leak hot spring water from all sides of the bath tub and from the wall and there is no way to stop the water gushing out! As a kind gesture, the manager gave us some private time on the private onsen (require booking)

It is near and beside Main gate of Saga station. So When you come to Saga station or bus terminal, you can look around this region with this hotel. Inside hotel is silent and clean for Couple and friends and business partner. Each room has a wall, USB port to charge your phone. I think it is important thing if you forgot to bring electric plug for Japanese type. And I thought, it is important, it is best taste when you eat bread and breakfast meal. I wish to come back this hotel next time

Location is really good. Walkable to several places like the public bath, free foot bath, Lawsons etc. Room is big for 3 pax. The size is good. The room is pretty dated though and some parts are not cleaned and old and the worst thing is there's a smell in the room even though we stayed there 3 nights. We had to air the room each time we came back and luckily I had a room mist which I had to use quite often. The Onsen is good. Love the facilities and products given for guests to use.

This would have been a perfect stay... Everything was great about the hotel. Size of the rooms, staff was friendly, and location was in decent proximity to the train station. However, on our 3rd night, the air conditioner began to click or drip around 2am even though it wasn't on. In the morning, we told the staff who were very apologetic, and it seemed like they fixed the situation until around 11 pm that night when it started again. Maybe there is a leak.

從進入飯店lobby開始，就感受到最期待的，日式精緻而貼心的服務。飯店裡的各種擺飾與造景雅緻悅目，迎賓飲料，伴手禮商店，圖書館茶舖一一讓人印象深刻。f我們的房間是和室，既寬敞設備也齊全，附了茶具與整罐的嬉野茶葉，獨立寬敞的檜木浴缸，所見之處都讓人心情愉快。我們也用了餐廳的豆腐火鍋套餐，既美味又有特色，特製的豆腐冰淇淋一定要品嚐。而飯店的早餐是自助式，非常豐富。最後飯店還可安排免費載送客人到JR新幹線車站（嬉野溫泉站），為行程畫下完美句點。

整體符合預期，好評。 符合對一般日本經濟旅館的印象，房間很小但該有的一應俱全，清潔也十分到位，走廊上的香薰很好聞 需要提高的是，下午3-5點的入住高峯時間依然衹有一個員工可以辦理？也沒有自助辦理的機器（另一個員工本來也在前台忙，看到排隊了趕緊放上了休止中的牌子？然後走到裏面的辦公區去了） 比較驚喜的是，大浴場有很多漫畫書可以看，而且大浴場的女士部分是需要密碼才可以進入的，酒店衹會給女性住客發放密碼；酒店有costa的自動販賣機，每個住客可以免費獲得一杯（這個房價真的很划算了） 酒店有微波爐，如果在站前商場買了打折的食物（7點後就有了）可以去用

真的非常完美，物超所值！ 1.在jalan上看到介紹説是10人以上可預約接送，人數不足需提前聯繫，就讓攜程管家幫忙聯繫了，預約了下午3點、第二天10點酒店來回唐津站南口的接送，這段路單程人均公交車費就是960日元，途中日本老爺爺還一直介紹沿途的景點和作物，真的非常棒！而且接站的老爺爺非常負責，雖然是3點接，但他應該是根據火車時刻表知道我們會提前到站，拿着酒店名稱的牌牌滿車站找我們😅（當時接我們的車是圖一圖片中右側的銀色麪包車）最終我們提前到了酒店，給我們留下了更多的波户岬遊玩時間； 2.這裏的服務人員非常專業，複雜的溝通都是直接用翻譯器的，且相關事項不用等着我們去提醒（比如第二天送站）； 3.早晚餐都是日料，符合預期； 4.附近風景真的很棒，本身就是景點，專程來玩的人很多，詳見後面圖片； 5.這裏沒有真温泉哈，大浴場就是水，但是海景不錯，圖2-3是我們房間窗外的風景，與大浴場幾乎一致。

The hotel is luxury with excellent services. It provided parking services. We can enjoy the welcome drinks while the hotel staff are arranging for our check-in. The onsen was also excellent with Japanese outdoor and indoor onsen, onsen for foot, jacuzzi and steam bath. The food is also great, very delicious and healthy. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel close to Tosu premium outlet easy to find something to eat and shop until late night. Car park is free but if you came back late there's no space left but hotel will allow you to park at ev charge station or some place else inside the hotel. The main reason to choose this hotel because it's out of town easy to get out to tourist destination.
