We had an excellent stay at the Pan Pacific Suzhou! My family spent two nights here, and the service was truly top-notch. From seamless transport arrangements to thoughtful amenities—including special items for our kids like toothpaste and slippers—they paid attention to every detail. The complimentary garden access was a particular highlight, offering a gorgeous and peaceful setting for photos. The entire team was wonderful. Everyone, from the welcoming doorman to the efficient housekeeping staff, was consistently friendly and helpful. We are especially grateful to Concierge team member, 小谈 (Xiǎo Tán), for his outstanding assistance. He was always ready to help and made our stay even smoother. For a truly lovely Hanfu photoshoot experience, international guests can consider 艺瑟汉服摄影 (Yìsè Hànfú Shèyǐng), just a short ride from the hotel. The talented husband-and-wife duo who run it are fantastic with children, which helped them capture our most natural and joyful moments. We were recommended this studio by a local, and it was the best choice we made! Lastly, don't miss the hidden gem we chanced upon: Fortune Burger, located opposite the hotel. This hotel boasts an excellent location, right by the ancient canal in the front and Dongguan Street in the back. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with complete facilities. The biggest highlight, however, is the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. From the gentleman who helped with our luggage to the young lady at the front desk, everyone was wonderfully thoughtful and meticulous. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Everything was top tier. From the check-in where I was upgraded to a river view room, the clean, spacious and inviting room to the service and superb breakfast. The view from the restaurant was amazing. This was my pre birthday trip and the Hyatt made it so special. I even got a slice to birthday cake. The lady at the front desk who checked me in spoke really good English and was so kind and caring and she’s also a Gemini 😁🎉 I would 100% recommend and come back here.

My stay at Jinling Hotel was absolutely perfect! It's located right in the prime Xinjiekou area, making transportation, shopping, and getting around incredibly convenient – truly a fantastic location. The view from my room on the 55th floor was absolutely breathtaking. I could see the Yangtze River stretching like a ribbon and the entire cityscape of Nanjing, an amazing scenic experience. What truly stood out was the hotel's service. The staff were warm and attentive, especially YYH, whose professional and thoughtful service truly showcased the hotel's dedication to its guests. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back again!

Perfect location, taxi can be dropped off right in front of the hotel, and across the street from the hotel is the famous laomendong area, where you can find the amazing nanjing impression restaurant, this one is the more impressive looking space than other branches. Professional, well organised, rooms are cleaned and tidied, water, tea, and toiletries replenished every day. Plenty common areas to use, convenient, great value for money.

If you visit Yangzhou, this is the only hotel I recommend anyone to stay at. It has the gorgeous Chinese garden that spreads out for miles. I stayed in building 3 (the only building offered on the internet when I booked). The hotel is connected (walk over the bridge) to the Slender Lake. Staff were very courteous and helpful. My room was tidied up everyday. Breakfast was not include in the room rate but there is a Starbuck nearby where I had my morning coffee and pastry. The room has a balcony, overlooking some trees and other building. Most of the restaurants/eateries were closed (probably due to low season). However, there are a lot of local restaurants in the old town area and Guan Dong Street; it costs about 10 Yuans to take a taxi to get there.

Best location if you wanted to visit Slender Lake as the entrance is just across the road. There are restaurants to the left of the resort as well if opting to dine out. The resort is quite big, with separate buildings housing different types of rooms. Well catered for families with kids. We got the room with a hot spring inside so we didn’t visit the public one.

When I visited Wuxi for Chinese New Year, I stayed at the Hyatt and was very impressed by its location, facilities, and Chinese restaurant. So, when I brought my parents to Wuxi this time, I chose it again. Even though it's now rebranded as Suning Galaxy, the service is still excellent. I especially want to thank our concierge, Gessia. She contacted me on WeChat a day in advance to understand my request for a quiet room with an extra bed. When we checked in the next day, the extra bed was already set up, and she thoughtfully prepared all the in-room amenities, along with welcome fruits and an additional breakfast. Throughout our stay, Gessia was incredibly responsive and efficient via WeChat whenever we had any questions or needs, which was very reassuring. Every staff member at the hotel was smiling, greeted us proactively, and spoke softly, making us feel very comfortable.

The hotel service was really good; they brought us fruit and snacks every day, and breakfast was plentiful. However, the premium suite rooms are right next to the road, especially the second bedroom. The noise from cars and horns in the middle of the night made it impossible to sleep. We're not even particularly light sleepers. The master bedroom also faces the road, but it's a smaller street. We ended up having to put an extra bed in the master bedroom so all four of us could squeeze in there to sleep. The front desk said there are only two premium suites, and both are road-facing. Ironically, the standard suites have rooms that aren't by the road. This design is truly counterintuitive; the best rooms are in the noisiest location. Ctrip's customer service, though, was excellent and actively negotiated with the hotel.

New hotel, friendly staff but is going to be outdated soon. Bad sound proofing , lots of drunk Chinese people shouting in the corridor at night time. The breakfast variety is so poor for Europeans. Please teach your staff in the restaurant to cook sunny side up eggs and refill the dishes without reminding. Overall, it’s not “real Hilton” experience.
