I saw some negative reviews and was a bit worried, but it turned out to be quite good. The hotel environment is truly beautiful and clean 👍. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety, but the food itself isn't particularly tasty, which was a little disappointing. I tried the food at the hotel's Haitan Tower, and it was pretty good. I even left a tip, but the service was definitely lacking and needs improvement. No one even escorted us to our table or said 'thank you, please come again' after we paid. The service was just really bad. It felt like, 'eat your food, pay, and then leave on your own.'

I highly recommend this hotel for several reasons: 1. I'm a light sleeper when traveling for business and need a very quiet environment. The manager switched me to a quiet room, and I slept wonderfully. 2. All the staff members, from the front desk to the manager and even the security guard at the entrance, were incredibly friendly, greeting guests warmly and always ready to help. It's the first time I've ever felt so completely at home in a hotel. 3. The breakfast was delicious, and they even offer free late-night snacks. 4. The bathrooms are well-equipped with disposable toilet seat covers, and the 'Ermupu' facial towels are a nice touch. Strongly recommended! It's much better than the Hilton I stayed at last time. Ctrip's hotel rankings are truly reliable, highly recommend! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 It almost feels like the legendary Pang Dong Lai business model I've heard about. Definitely recommend!

Everything was top tier. From the check-in where I was upgraded to a river view room, the clean, spacious and inviting room to the service and superb breakfast. The view from the restaurant was amazing. This was my pre birthday trip and the Hyatt made it so special. I even got a slice to birthday cake. The lady at the front desk who checked me in spoke really good English and was so kind and caring and she’s also a Gemini 😁🎉 I would 100% recommend and come back here.

Room amenities: I came with my parents and child, so I booked two small suites on a mid-to-high floor with executive lounge access. The executive lounge snacks and light dinner options were decent, but the view was truly exceptional. It essentially overlooked the entire city center of Nanjing. The non-scorching winter afternoon sun streaming through the glass windows was incredibly comfortable; I spent almost the entire afternoon there. The staff even brought us freshly made passion fruit and strawberry pudding, which was deliciously sweet and sour. Breakfast was served at the Golden Bay on the first floor. The selection was very rich, and the taste was quite authentic, with hardly any misses. There was an apple, passion fruit, and orange juice blend that felt thoughtfully crafted. The staff were also very attentive, asking for feedback on the hotel, which was a very detailed touch. The room came with a smart toilet, but the seat didn't have a heating function, so it was a bit cold in winter. The hotel itself is an older property, but the facilities feel like they've been renovated; they don't seem outdated at all. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Nanjing city center.

Perfect location, taxi can be dropped off right in front of the hotel, and across the street from the hotel is the famous laomendong area, where you can find the amazing nanjing impression restaurant, this one is the more impressive looking space than other branches. Professional, well organised, rooms are cleaned and tidied, water, tea, and toiletries replenished every day. Plenty common areas to use, convenient, great value for money.

If you could only do two things in Yangzhou, they would undoubtedly be 'admiring the gardens' and 'savoring Huaiyang cuisine'. My stay at Yangzhou Yingbin Hotel perfectly blended these two experiences, offering an unexpected feast for both my mind and body. Before checking in, I knew the hotel was located by Slender West Lake, but it wasn't until I truly stepped inside that I understood what 'a new scene with every step' really meant. The hotel itself is an exquisite Chinese-style garden, with pavilions, terraces, rockeries, and ponds artfully arranged. Strolling through the garden in the early morning or evening, sunlight streamed through the carved wooden windows, casting dappled shadows that reflected in the tranquil ponds, while white walls, dark tiles, and lush greenery complemented each other beautifully. Everywhere I looked in the garden was a vivid ink painting of Jiangnan. This immersive garden experience is something that simply visiting a regular attraction can't compare to. If the garden satisfied my eyes, then the hotel's restaurant thoroughly conquered my stomach. The highlight of this culinary journey was here: the morning tea at Quyuan Teahouse lived up to its reputation. In the elegant setting of the tea restaurant, I savored classic hot dried shredded tofu, crab roe soup dumplings, and five-filling buns. The dim sum was meticulously prepared and authentic in taste, making breakfast feel like a special ritual. For lunch and dinner, I tried several famous Huaiyang dishes. The boiled dried shredded tofu was fresh and tender, and the Lion's Head meatball, with its perfect balance of lean and fatty meat, melted in my mouth. Each dish showcased the essence of Huaiyang cuisine's philosophy of 'using local ingredients and meticulous craftsmanship,' and the staff's descriptions of the dishes were professional and appropriate. From the thoughtful service I received during check-in to the warm and attentive shuttle driver, every detail during my stay reflected the hotel's dedication. It's more than just a place to stay; it's a microcosm of Yangzhou culture. For travelers seeking to 'experience local character and savor culture,' this is undoubtedly an excellent choice.

The hotel's location is excellent, right near Slender West Lake and Daming Temple, and Yangzhou Banquet is right next door, which is very convenient. We stayed in a villa, and our room was in the middle of the complex. There's a shuttle service available, and the staff (referred to as 'Radish sisters') would help us call for one. If you're driving, you can even park your car right next to the villa. The villa also has a private hot spring bath, offering great privacy. We had a wonderful time during this trip to Yangzhou!

Letter of Commendation Last month, from December 16-17, I mistakenly booked an Executive King Room at Suning International Hotel. The first night, costing over 800 yuan, was forfeited because I arrived too late. I thought I would have to bear the loss myself, but customer service representative Amy proactively called me and helped me apply for a 14-day extension. As the new deadline approached, I found there were no rooms available due to a holiday, so she extended it again for me, following up patiently and cheerfully from afar. Her meticulousness and professionalism truly embody ”customer first” in every interaction. I am grateful to Suning for fostering such a warm team, and I wish Amy a prosperous New Year. I have already rebooked and can check in with peace of mind. I also wish to share this trust with every traveler. Suning is made warm by you, and travel is made beautiful by you.

Facilities: This is an old hotel, and the facilities are all quite dated, from the floors to the cabinets and tables. It's quite odd that there's no restroom in the lobby on the first floor; you either have to walk several minutes back to your room or go to a nearby restaurant. Cleanliness: I didn't take a picture of the small round coffee table, but it was very dirty. I even found bugs in the bathroom! Environment: Exterior: There's a karaoke bar either upstairs or downstairs. It's fine at night, but really noisy in the morning! Although we were warned about this at check-in, what good is a warning then? It's not like you can change hotels with all your luggage. Interior: I've never seen a hotel like this. After getting off the elevator, you have to walk for about two minutes, winding around corners, just to get to your room. The layout design is definitely problematic! Breakfast: The variety was very limited, but everything tasted pretty good. Service: Still commendable.

New hotel, friendly staff but is going to be outdated soon. Bad sound proofing , lots of drunk Chinese people shouting in the corridor at night time. The breakfast variety is so poor for Europeans. Please teach your staff in the restaurant to cook sunny side up eggs and refill the dishes without reminding. Overall, it’s not “real Hilton” experience.
