Hard rock is a big hotel so the bus stop is in front of is. However the bed got too soft because of heavy use. Hotel breakfast is on point, there are a lot of guests but still many choices of selection available.

La Palma is the greenest and most beautiful of the Canary Islands, hence its nickname, ”the beautiful island.” It has a diverse flora and its climate is spring/summer year-round. Interesting places? Many of them are its beaches, waterfalls, and forests. The laurel forest, the production of a Canarian rum distillery, gofio mills, and, best of all, its people. The parador is fantastic, as it's a typical La Palma building with its interior courtyard, where the spring microclimate is present, terraces, and a seafront restaurant with views. The Punta de Santa Cruz de la Palma and its well-maintained gardens with a waterfall, pond, and dragon trees facing the sea. The service couldn't be better. We'll be back.

Right on the waterfront. There was an upgrade to the room Great plants and facility Breakfast buffet great, but cafe not edible. Lying on the pool chairs too close together... almost claustrophobic. But otherwise everyone was very friendly

We were prepared for the hotel's remote location; we arrived by car, and there were always free parking spaces nearby. There's ample paid parking for €10 a day, €40 a week. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. We booked a pool view and didn't regret it. You can also go up and look out over the golf course, sunset, and ocean. It's fantastic! The internet isn't stable in the rooms, but it's ok on the balcony and excellent at reception. The pool is large and warm, but not deep—maximum 1.15 meters. The food is excellent. There was plenty of seafood every day, including steaks and fish, along with a wide selection of dishes, vegetables, and fruits.

Cozy seaside resort that basically provides everything you need for a vacation. Very close to the TFS (taxi around 15min from €16-25/ one way) but unfortunately away from most of other interest points. Rent a car if you have the plan and need to travel around the island otherwise the public/semi ***** transport cost on time/money is kinda crazy. Staffs are very friendly and capable in communicating jn English as well.

Very suitable for parent-child vacation, the hotel has arranged a lot of programs from morning to night. The design details of the hotel are super beautiful and ubiquitous, perfect African style. There are 9 swimming pools, you can definitely find the place you want to lie down and relax. There is a long row of shopping festivals and small restaurants at the entrance of the hotel. The Tujiu restaurant is the most authentic and delicious. The Chinese boss behind the scenes is super enthusiastic about us every time we eat After sending a large glass of wine, take a 7-minute taxi ride from the center of the dunes

The hotel is located in a very central and convenient area. The hotel building is beautiful and comfortable, with a spacious reception area. The pool is very nice and has plenty of space around it for sunbathing. The rooms and the dining room furniture are very old and give a neglected feel. The breakfast is simple, varied, but the quality isn't the best. What did surprise me is that there isn't even a kettle in the room, and the hotel charges €15 for one—a basic requirement, even in guesthouses these days.

Good location and good treatment. This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel and it is always impeccable. Their employees are very friendly and the individual rooms have a small bed but larger than the standard one, which is ideal for resting. They recently renovated the pool and jakuzzy area and now it is wonderful. A place to disconnect and have everything at hand because it is very central.

Very, very good hotel, top 1, many swimming pools, many fun activities, snow top coffee yyds, breakfast and dinner are buffets, the hotel has many families with children
