房間還行 地段不錯 服務非常糟糕 1.吃早飯的時候 我多次詢問咖啡 等了二十分鐘才拿給我 ；我是預付費的 退房時前台居然再次要我的信用卡 我問為什麼 他説因為刷卡被拒 我説我是預付費的 他才罷休。如果我沒文直接把卡給他 就重複扣費了。

Al hacer check-in en el hotel, me asignaron una habitación cuya cama no se encontraba en las mejores condiciones de limpieza. Acudí al lobby para reportarlo y, de inmediato, me ofrecieron una disculpa junto con un cambio de habitación. Me aseguraron que, antes de llevarme a la nueva habitación, alguien del equipo verificaría personalmente que todo estuviera en perfectas condiciones, y así fue. La nueva habitación estaba impecable y, además, tenía una vista espectacular de la ciudad. Esto hizo que mi estancia junto a mi pareja fuera increíble. Si vuelvo a esta ciudad, sin duda me hospedaría nuevamente en este hotel por su excelente atención al cliente y sus instalaciones de lujo.

When I checked out, the front desk actually asked for my credit card again. I asked why he said that he was rejected because of the card. I said that I was prepaid.
