The hotel is situated in a perfect location.Right after entering the hotel i got mesmerized with the view.We got a very warm welcome at the front office with a welcome drink. The rooms are very pleasant,clean and comfortable😊 Moreover the staffs are very well behaved and made our stay a really memorable one.Mr. Brett Model,HMM was a very humble man and he made sure that we were enjoying our stay. Mr.Danzung Sherpa,FOM was there throughout our stay to help and facilitate us.Found out everyone associated with this hotel is generous.🙏🙏 The rooms are of great comfort and feels like a homely environment there.I really felt that i was in a hotel abroad.The view from balcony is really eye soothing.The scene of greenery and the pool side makes one really relaxed. Foods provided to us were of great quality and we enjoyed it a lot.The varieties of food and new taste made us enjoy our food more. The spa and a bar besides pool lets people enjoy to their fullest.😎😎 I had really fun roaming around with friends and clicking photos 📷.Everyone seemed to be so cheerful.While returning back as well we were very properly farewelled by Mr. Brett Model and other staffs as well. I would love to stay there everytime i travel to Bhairahawa.😍😍😍I really enjoyed my stay at Tiger Palace Resort.Thank You Everyone 😊😊

We feel very safe and secure. The staff are very gentle and helpful while we were there. I like the design of the hotel and environment around, lots of space for doing yoga practice as well. Love the foods and we enjoyed all the meals that we have there. Love it so much! Would recommend to others if they are here and wanna find good place to stay.

We checked into Lumbini Palace Resort on November 24, 2023, for a two-night stay. Our experience was flawless; there were no service issues, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. However, upon checking out, I realized I had carelessly left behind a very important item in the room. The day after our departure, I contacted the hotel to inquire about my belongings. They assured me they had found them and would promptly send them back to me. Initially relieved, I awaited their response eagerly. However, as days passed, I received no updates despite my repeated requests for them to send my belongings via courier, with me covering the costs. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to respond to my requests, leaving me to make weekly follow-up calls. After more than three months of waiting, I was informed that my belongings had been lost. The excuses provided, such as changes in management or staff not being on duty, seemed unprofessional and lacked accountability. Losing items of great religious significance has been distressing, and the lack of genuine concern from the hotel only exacerbated the situation. Additionally, the absence of any communication from the new manager further highlighted the hotel's disregard for customer care. As someone involved in the travel industry, I had considered recommending Lumbini Palace Resort to my clients. However, based on my experience, I have decided against it. It's clear that the resort's staff need better training and a deeper understanding of their responsibilities in the hospitality industry. This incident serves as a reminder that exemplary customer service is essential for sustaining success in this field...

Check-in was smooth and efficient, setting a positive tone for my stay.The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, combining modern amenities with a cozy atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were of high quality, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary water, fresh fruit, and a well-stocked minibar.The hotel's facilities were top-notch. The food and service is world class

Stayed at Mourya while visiting Nepal. Location was very good, just 10 minutes from the border, and 40 mins drive to Lumbini. We stayed there for 2 nights andf had a deal with free breakfast. One day we were offered the buffet breakfast, which was very good, specially the local Fafar roti ( Buckwheat pancakes), the 2nd day since there were very few guests, we were asked to order breakfast items from the Menu card. The food was very good, the service was prompt and efficient. Rooms were clean and facility were good.

The best part is that the hotel is so near by the lumbini. Hotel was so peace and away from traffic. The room was so wonderful and giving the peace minded thinking. Service and food was very excellent. There staff was very helpful and so kind . My friends also said hotel was very wonderful and perfect to stay in there. If you want to visiting in lumbini you can choose Pawan palace
