View just right above our hostel !!!! Staying at this hostel in Iceland was honestly unforgettable. The location alone makes it special — but what truly made it magical was seeing the aurora dancing right above the hostel rooftop. Stepping outside at night and watching the Northern Lights shimmer across the sky without even leaving the property felt surreal. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and it had that perfect mix of comfort and adventure. After a long day exploring Iceland’s dramatic landscapes, it was amazing to come back somewhere warm and relaxed — and then be rewarded with a sky full of green lights. If you’re coming to Iceland hoping to see the Northern Lights, this place gives you front-row seats. I would absolutely stay here again. 🌌✨

We had a pleasant stay overall. The check-in staff were extremely friendly, warm, and helpful, making a great first impression. The hotel is centrally located, which made getting around very convenient. Parking is available at the back of the hotel on a first-come, first-served basis, and we were fortunate to secure a spot. Breakfast offered a good selection and was enjoyable. The main drawback was the balcony door, which opens onto a shared corridor, so we weren’t able to leave it open for ventilation. Aside from that, a comfortable and welcoming stay.

竟然送了早餐（蔬菜水果都有，這早餐在冰島物價怎麼也價值兩三百來）餐廳非常漂亮還有我喜歡吃的yan魚，英國吃了就很喜歡。唯一缺點沒有電梯，還好我們住在一樓，環境絕了，兩口露台正對大教堂！ 24小時咖啡處的牛奶也好喝

Great location just 2 streets away from the main shopping street, 5 mins from Harpa Ipera House, 20 mins to the BSI bus station. Studio room is simple with a bed, dining table and chairs, kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle toaster and coffee maker. Bathroom is a wet room with open shower. Storage was limited and not.much space for hanging coats. Apart from the dining chairs or a single ottoman there was nowhere to sit apart from the bed. A couple of tub chairs or a small sofa would have worked well. Bed was comfy, room was so quiet, very clean and well decorated, we were able to check in a little early too which was great. Highly recommend the breakfast basket with toaster bread, cheese, meat, fruit, butter, jam, honey, yoghurt, boiled eggs, fruit juice, milk and cereal and a fresh loaf every day with a variation of items. We had enough to take sandwiches on our day trips. Room was lovely and warm, though unsure if the windows would open for fresh air. L'Occitane toiletries provided in the bathroom.

Lovely clean and spacious room. Nice little kitchen area with microwave to heat food. Buffet breakfast was OK. Personally not to my taste, but that is only my opinion. The 16 year old with us loved the waffles with the choice of toppings! The porridge which I do enjoy was good day 1 but very watery day 2. Choice of bread that could be toasted, margarine (Sorry I am a butter fan!), preserves, ham, cheese,boiled eggs, tomatoes etc. Free coffee wasn't great - again I'm a coffee snob and like a good cup of filter coffee. I did notice there was coffee to buy. The room was great and the staff very helpful. We were able to park right outside our room. Good location for Reykjavik by car, Thingvellir National Park etc. We travelled from here to both and also to Snaefellsnes Peninsula, which was worth the drive. Also we visited Rekyholt, Barnafoss and Hraunfossar waterfalls, Deildartunguhver Thermal Spring - try the tomato soup!

Highly recommended, great location, great Service. Although the room was a bit small, but given the room Rate was quite affordable in Reykjavik, This hotel is certainly great Value for money.

The customer service was excellent. Due to the blizzard, my travel plans changed, and I called customer service to reschedule my check-in. The hotel also offered luggage storage and free hot and drinking water in the lobby, which was very thoughtful.

Great stay! Reception was so helpful event late at night helping us when we lost our key cards. And breakfast in the morning was both cheap and so delicious!

Stay 4D3N 1. Location: Hotel is located in the main shopping street, almost central in the downtown, 4 mins walk to either Bonus or Kronan supermarket, and about 10mins walk to the big church, the swan lake and harbourfront, also close the bus stop no 6 2. Amenities: Room cozy and spacious enough with pantry and all necessary kitchen wares, so we can do our own cooking here 3. Service: Staff are nice and helpful 4. Breakfast: Inculded, buffet type with many choices, croissant is great, has Skyr yogurt, also have other local specialists such as Icelandic fish, very delicious and we enjoyed very much, highly recommended

The location is excellent, within walking distance to the city's popular attractions, restaurants, cafes, etc. The room is relatively small, but comfortable. The bathroom is relatively small, especially the wash basin. The so-called buffet breakfast is not bad, but there is not much choice of food. The hotel service and staff are very friendly and helpful.
