The breakfast at Hotel 101 – Fort felt like it got a huge upgrade since my last visit! The selection was more diverse, the quality was noticeably better, and every dish was packed with flavor. From perfectly cooked hot dishes to fresh fruits, pastries, and a well-stocked beverage station, everything was top-notch. It was clear that they put extra effort into improving both variety and presentation, making the morning dining experience even more enjoyable. Honestly, I was blown away by how much better it was—I’d come back just for the breakfast alone!

We all know that this hotel was new but the service they give is like a level of a 5stars hotel. From the entrance they really acknowledged you as guest hearing them “WELCOME MABUHAY” with that gesture i felt like it was my home. Thank you MS TIN, for giving me impressive,'' and ``excellent work'' for assisting me from check in to check out even I waited long time fall in line in check in time but you approached me with genuine gesture by saying again “welcome mabuhay” with that simple gesture i will definitely comeback again for my next trip. Even housekeeping staff they give extra ordinary work by making my room clean comfortable for a night they all approachable and will great you. The highlight of this stay for me was the Cafe westside restau. Thank you paloma and tash for all the hard work you put into everything you do! Thanks for always taking the initiative and going above and beyond. You make my stay easy, and I know your career will take you far. Your work ethic is admirable, and it's a joy to see your work always done well and on time.

Our stay was really great. I requested for a room with okada view and they accommodated our request. The breakfast was hreatw with a wide range of food you can choose from. The steam room was my favorite and sauna. Although the room was not very spacious, we booked twin deluxe and there was not much space to move around. Overall it was a great experience.

Was here for three nights. Proximity to the airport is great, but kinda in an inconvenient location to go around Manila. Grab is easily available but surge pricing can mean it's sometimes 300PHP to get to Makati. Breakfast is quite decent, though some more options in cold-cuts (e.g. ham etc.) would be appreciated. The room itself was not in good condition though. The window's rubber insulation was somewhat damaged, leading to noise leakage. The floorings especially in the bathrooms were quite stained and even coming apart in some places. I also encountered one cockroach in the bathroom, but it had vanished by the time housekeeping came. (Thankfully not into my suitcase - didn't see it again). Considering this a Holiday Inn, I think they can do much better. Also check-in is super slow - there are like two lines of ~10 people around peak times, moving incredibly slowly. A lot of manual inputs etc. required making it very slow, and bogged down by people who seemed to be making bookings on the spot or something.

Front Desk Staff is approachable and friendly. They have this tag that says ”Cleaned and Sanitized” on the toilet bowl and the two slippers. The room is big enough for a couple like us. It has a separate room for the wardrobe. The room that was booked doesn't have a window, I just wish there was. It looks also like a maze. You have to familiarize yourself with your room. Eurotel is easy to find, has a lot of near convenience stores, and it is just right in front of Robinsons Place Manila. Easy to book a Grab car/taxi.

Terdapat sebuah restoran di seberang lobi. Kakitangan yang sangat mesra dan membantu.

The Twin room 1 bedroom suite is really HUGE! 4 of us can sleep in the beds. Then all our relatives who visited have enough place to roam around and to sit in. KITCHEN - not usable. there's a fridge but you can't cook in here. There's a free water heater too, coffee and utensils. BEDROOM - 2 beds. BATHROOM - shower only. no bath tub but complete with comb, brush, etc all toiletries you need + BIDET! YES! DINING AREA - has a 4 seater table . LOCATION - A lot of commercial areas and restaurants nearby. There are 3 convenience stores that are just 2-3 minutes walk away from the building. Every holiday they have freebies too. Last easter we got a pack full of candies for my kid and a photo with the easter bunny. Then this time, we had super yummy home-made Christmas cookies! VALERO SUITES NEVER FAIL TO AMAZE ME!

This is our second time to book a room at this hotel but this time it is a bit longer. And thank God we got a nice room where there is a queen l-sized bed and a bathtub. I also like that there mirrors on almost each side of the room. The tv does not have Netflix though so, we used our own account and device to watch series during our chill time. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a very welcoming environment from the staff.

I had an amazing stay at Henry’s Condotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to key attractions and easily accessible. What stood out most was the friendly and accommodating staff, who made sure I had everything I needed. The overall atmosphere of the condotel was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect home away from home. Room: Clean, relaxing colors, with remote controlled lightings (with different moods), curtains, etc. The room we booked which is a corner room was very spacious and has great view of both the bay and the city. The bath tub is situated uniquely and restroom is really spacious. Cool and up to date variety movie options are set in the 42 inch television Service : Great service from warm people. Vibe: It's like Boracay or beach vibe Food : Medium-sized selection, delicious, pastries are great, reasonably priced (for guests: 680 for adults, half price for kids aged 4-11) Amenities: Infinity pool is cool and view is still great even with the bay reclamation, though seems too hot to swim on hot times of the day Thank you Lime Resort! We stayed in a condominium for four days, and it was an excellent experience overall. The unit was very clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. We were fortunate to get it at a great price, thanks to a 50% promotional discount, which made it even more worth it. The location is incredibly convenient as it’s close to the Mall of Asia and essential establishments like convenience stores, restaurants, and fast food options. This made everything we needed easily accessible during our stay. The staff or caretaker was also very accommodating and easy to reach whenever we needed assistance. Their attentiveness added to the overall positive experience. Our entire stay was fantastic, and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable and convenient place to stay. Kami mempunyai penginapan yang menyenangkan di The Heritage Manila. Dari segi lokasi adalah sempurna. Berhampiran SM MOA dan Gereja Baclaran. Biliknya luas, melebihi apa yang kami jangkakan 🙏🏻 Malah CR dan bilik air bersih dan luas. Walau bagaimanapun kelemahannya bersedia untuk tiada bidetttt 🤣 Bawa pantang larang sendiri 🤣 Tetapi pasti akan kembali ke hotel ini. Kakitangan sangat akomodatif. 😄 Bufet sarapan pagi juga hebat 🫰🏻 Nota tambahan: Bagi mereka yang mempunyai kenderaan, mereka menyediakan ruang di tempat letak kereta bawah tanah. (siapa cepat dia dapat).

Our room got an upgrade! Thanks Leez Inn. Spent our anniversary here and the location was accessible especially we chose this specific place in Pobla for our dinner date and bar hopping. Expect traffic lang because it’s a busy area. Hotel room was clean, cheap and reasonable price. Just be sure to bring your own toiletries, coffee/tea, hair dryer. Will rebook again.

Front desk checked us in quickly. Had to check out at 6 to catch the next flight, and since we paid for breakfast they packed us sandwiches to go, very accommodating of them. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was surprisingly not as clean as the bedroom. It needs some bleach and a scrub...looks like it hasn't cleaned properly in weeks possibly months, otherwise it's a nice hotel. Bar on the room was beautiful.

This was an emergency booking and we are glad they had rooms available. The hotel is very old but not too badly maintained actually. It was properly cleaned. The service was commendable. They allowed us to pick the room of our choice because we had huge bags. But old is old so it’s not for everyone.

The Location is good. First, the hotel put us in the room which is really bad 802 which is twin suite. I asked to change room since i book Eurosuite —which is the most expensive room type. Good thing they put us in room that satisfy my expectations. Clear view of the window (the 808 have no view—more on stairs and curtains)

Tried this branch of Astrotel and compare to Divisoria branch, this branch offer slow services. Fast booking however, pagdating sa hotel, kulang kulang ang binigay na toiletries and the room na naibigay sa amin ay maling room number key + medyo magulo pa. But all goods parin when it comes to the vibes that Astrotel is giving.

The staffs are so nice and considerate. When I was ready to leave and had to wait for my booking car, they checked the car number and arranged me to stay in the lobby. When the car arrived, they quickly notified me of it.☺️ The housekeepers are responsible, it’s clean and organized after they make up the room. Don’t forget to tips them cuz they deserve. Needless to say, well amenities make me feel comfortable when I have a long stay.

As always staying here is very nice and comfortable but be warned they have airport style security and scanners at the entrance which is super annoying they demand to open and see all your bags inside and belongings even if you're staying here for multiple days they'll do it every time you enter the hotel Bonus you're very close to two big malls

The hotel boasts a great location and offers excellent value for money. However, the presence of numerous peddlers in front of the hotel can be a bit distracting.

Go Hotel -Ermita is legit value for money. Though it is categorized as a budget hotel, it exceeds in performance: (1) It uses keycards to swipe for entry at the elevators; (2) Its elevators are amazingly fast & efficient; (3) The rooms are spacious. Well-partitioned spaces; (4) Separate bath & toilet; (5) Change of towels & make up bed, though by request, are being done considerately; (6) Hot & cold water available on both bath & toilet; (7) Robinson’s Mall is a block away; (8) 7 minutes walk to SLEC; (9) Very accessible with plenty of transport options to choose from. Philippine Rabbit Terminal Avenida to the hotel costs Php 170 more or less via Grab; (10) Customer care is of high quality. Staff so polite especially its housekeeping team. Very fast check in. Only there is extra cost for early check in; (11) Plenty of hangers; (12) Presence of fire extinguisher, sprinklers & alarm; (13) Presence of extra chair; (14) Spacious luggage desktops. (15) There is parking space with extra charge; (16) Spacious hallways, lobby, play activities, cushioned seats; (17) Accessible light switches & big desktop in between twin sharing beds Downsides are: (1) Airconditionjng units must have regular maintenance cleaning; (2) Tiles need extra scrubbing; (3) Accumulation of water in bathroom drain ways

The room was clean, and its location was ideal, being close to all the areas I wanted to visit. I'd like to rate their service as more than excellent. The staff were incredibly accommodating, from the entrance guards who genuinely helped us with our luggage to the team that assisted us in booking a Grab car. The guards even kindly told us to wait inside, shielding us from the heat, and offered to call us when the car arrived, asking only for the plate number. What struck me most was the warm hospitality displayed by all staff members, who consistently greeted us with happy faces. Their simple smiles made my stay truly special and peaceful. ❤️ One suggestion I have for improvement is to provide an iron in each room or make it easily accessible for guests. This would be a convenient addition, especially for travelers who need to iron their clothes. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel and appreciate the exceptional service provided by the staff.

Downside - the staffs do their cleaning very early in the morning that caused such noise to those who are still resting / sleeping. I understand that they want to finish early their tasks but the hotel wasn’t sound proof that i can hear their chatting and even pulling out of furnitures while they’re cleaning. Pls give consideration to other guests that are still taking their rest before their flight.

Highly recommended place to stay when around Pasay. This is our Go-To hotel whenever we are on trip in manila. Close to restaurants, convenient stores and airports. The place is not a modern type but well maintained in terms of cleanliness and the service is awesome. The staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. Parking space is limited, you can opt for valet parking with a fee (100pesos/day) 2-3blocks from hotel. Highlight: They have two computer stations available for guests to use if you need an important file/document to print with no fee.

The location is also ideal, close to cultural and historical sites, making it convenient for exploring the city. Overall, the Manila Hotel offers a wonderful mix of comfort, history, and excellent service. Highly recommended for a stay in Manila.
