標準五星的硬件，沒有那麼奢華但是極具設計感且細節拉滿，每一處設計語言都能保持統一，mini吧的茶包甚至濕紙巾都是一個風格，非常細節，與海景相稱，非常棒。
服務方面：入住兩天一晚整體很滿意都彬彬有禮，不像大酒店一樣職業假笑，感覺大部分員工都很有熱情，前台入住時，小哥可能新入職不熟練花了一些時間，但是服務態度很好沒有給人一點不愉悦的感覺。兩天裏衹有一個稍年長的工作人員未打招呼，整體不錯。
餐食方面：早餐種類不算多，東西出品質量不錯，有一些比較好。午晚餐單點菜單價格不低但是出品很不錯，從選材到烹飪很到位，非常頂。
海景：果凍海，不錯的。沙灘也很乾凈，人也不多，很舒服，會想再來的那種。
衞生方面：沒問題。

강릉 멀뷰 오션뷰 스파펜션에서 정말 최고의 시간을 보냈습니다. 객실이 깨끗하고 분위기가 아늑해서 편안하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 무엇보다 오션뷰가 정말 환상적이었습니다. 창문을 통해 보이는 바다 풍경이 너무 아름다워서 하루 종일 바라보고 싶을 정도였습니다. 특히 일출과 밤바다 뷰가 정말 인상적이었고 사진도 아주 예쁘게 나왔습니다. 스파를 하면서 바다를 볼 수 있어서 더욱 특별한 경험이었습니다. 조용하고 힐링하기 좋은 숙소라서 다음에도 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다. 강릉 여행 숙소로 강력 추천합니다!

어버이날을 맞아 80을 앞두신 부모님을 모시고 1박 2일로 다녀왔습니다. 부모님 모시고 가실 분들을 위해 자세히 리뷰 남겨봅니다.
📍 독보적인 무장애 오션뷰 동선 (가장 만족한 부분!)
고령의 부모님을 모시고 가는 여행이라 '동선'이 제일 걱정이었는데, 여긴 정말 완벽합니다. 호텔에서 육교를 지나 엘리베이터만 타면 계단 하나 없이 바로 광활한 망상해변으로 연결됩니다. 부모님께서 전혀 힘들이지 않고 탁 트인 바다 산책을 즐기실 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요.
🛏️ 객실 & 일출 뷰 (해변쪽 객실 무조건 하세요)
해변쪽 객실에 머물렀는데, 아침에 눈을 뜨자마자 침대에서 붉게 떠오르는 일출을 감상할 수 있습니다. 부모님과 벽난로있는 깔끔한 방 안에서 편안하게 일출을 보며 하루를 시작하는 경험은 정말 최고였습니다.
♨️ 온천 & 부대시설 (올인원 호캉스)
호텔 안에 사우나(온천), 식당, 의류매장 휴식 공간이 다 있어서 어르신들 모시고 밖으로 이동할 필요가 없습니다.
• 온천: 물이 정말 좋습니다! 부모님께서 온천욕 후 피로가 싹 풀린다며 극찬하셨어요.투숙객할인됩니다. 투숙안해도 온천만 이용 할 수도 있습니다.
• 분위기: 곳곳에 진귀한 엔틱 소품이 가득해 마치 '시대극 드라마 세트장'에 온 듯한 볼거리를 제공합니다. 부모님께서 옛날 생각도 나고 박물관 같다며 아주 재밌어하셨어요.
🍽️ F&B (식사)
멀리 나가지 않고 호텔 내 식당을 이용했는데 기대 이상이었습니다. 점심으로 먹은 회정식은 신선하고 플레이팅도 정갈해서 부모님 입맛에 딱 맞았고, 투숙객 할인되는 조식메뉴도 국물이 진해서 온천 후 속을 든든하게 채우기 제격이었습니다.

연식이 조금 느껴지긴 하지만 청결하게 관리가 잘 되어 있고, 무엇보다 직원분들이 정말 역대급으로 친절하십니다!

The check-in experience was disappointing. The front desk receptionist was rude, unfriendly, and impatient. As tourists who are not familiar with public transport online ticketing, we needed assistance, but the staff was not helpful. Better customer service and support for international guests are needed.

호텔이 노후화 됐지만 전체적으로 나쁘진 않아요...
샤워하다가 샤워기 헤드 부분이 많이 닳아 있어서 허벅지에 길게 상처가 났지만.. 시간이 지난 지금은 괜찮습니다.
가격 대비, 전망, 속초 시내까지 차량으로 위치 나쁘지 않다고 생각합니다.

At the check-in all are ok, but when we arrive at the door step of our room，realised the door was unlocked,l. Went in and found some chips bit and half consumed bottle unclear I'm the room. What frustratefevwas was we head back ABT 11pm after skiing then realised that they only provided us with 1bath towel , tried calling front desk not one pick , calling house keeping also no one pick up. Only got to kn the next day that hotel front desk is closed at 9pm. And not many can speak English this make it even more challenging.

Semasa merancang perjalanan ke mata air panas, saya mempunyai perjalanan yang hebat melalui Trip.com.
Bangunan ini agak lama, tetapi biliknya dijaga dengan baik.
Ia adalah penginapan yang kemas dan kemas.
Saya menikmatinya kerana ia murah dan termasuk sarapan pagi.
Kami menggunakan sauna dalaman, kolam air panas dalaman dan spa luaran untuk 2 orang.
Bahagian ini adalah diskaun tetamu sebanyak 35,000 won seorang untuk 2 orang.
Saya membayar 70,000 won on the spot.
Jika jumlah ini membebankan, terdapat air panas di dalam bilik.
Saya rasa anda akan berpuas hati dengan perkara itu~^^ Lantai di dalam bilik tetamu benar-benar hangat dan bagus. Saya cadangkan ini untuk perjalanan keluarga.
Walaupun dalam cuaca sejuk, kanak-kanak menikmati kolam air panas luar.
Seronok melihat mereka berlari-lari dengan gembira~^^

- Not bad, but overall a little poor
1. No quilt, just a very thin cloth on the mattress
2. I can't lie down watching TV (only a mat on the double floor TV is below)
3. The terrace is small and the door is not locked
4. Spa bathtub is good. But dust comes out. A little lack of hot water. Spa facilities but no robes. Towels were a bit wet

The place was very strategic and convenient. Just below our hostel was the YongPyong Bus Station, and right next to it was Mona Park Ski Resort ❄️🎿
We also enjoyed halal food at Efes Kebab, which made our stay even more memorable 🍽️🤍
We will definitely come back again next time!

GGuest UserWhile clean, the room was much smaller than I anticipated. Check-in took an incredibly long time; I waited for three hours! They claimed to be following check-in numbers sent via KakaoTalk, but this wasn't actually the case. Someone making a lot of complaints was prioritized, and the whole situation was just chaotic.
The room was surprisingly small and looked nothing like the photos. I was assigned to Building A, but the pictures on Trip.com were completely different from the room I received (I suspect they were of Buildings B and C). I initially wondered if the hotel had given me the wrong room, but upon re-examining the photos, the very last one did seem to be of Building A. Honestly, I feel deceived, having chosen the room based solely on those initial, misleading pictures.
The swimming pool also incurs an additional charge of 80,000 KRW per person (I didn't use the pool). There's a bakery area, and its lobby is so close to the pool that everything is visible from there. While waiting for check-in, I had coffee in the lobby, and it felt rather awkward seeing people in their swimsuits so close by.
Breakfast is divided into two time slots, so you must arrive at your allocated time. The coffee service, where staff pour it for you, was also quite inconvenient. Normally, one would get coffee from a self-service machine, but here there's a dedicated 'coffee zone' where you have to place an order with staff. When there's a queue, you end up waiting with your food in hand, which is truly inconvenient. And the coffee wasn't even exceptionally delicious. Despite having three staff members at the coffee zone, the whole process felt incredibly inefficient. The breakfast food itself, however, was tasty.
Oh, and a quick note: Netflix isn't available in the rooms, haha.
I honestly think the Lotte Resort, where I previously stayed, is far superior. Their rooms are much more spacious, the pool is complimentary, and it definitely has a more luxurious vibe. Breakfast at Lotte is also tastier, in my personal opinion (and you *can* watch Netflix there!).
To sum up, Cassia offers breathtaking scenery. The breakfast was varied and delicious! However, I feel they haven't made effective use of the hotel's interior space. It's genuinely vast, and as you wander, you encounter tables, uncomfortable chairs, and very large art books on display, but it all feels a bit forced and out of place. I never felt like sitting down and relaxing on the chairs, which were also uncomfortable. The overall interior design felt somewhat unkempt and disjointed. It's a shame such a large space wasn't utilized more thoughtfully.
Next time, I'll probably opt for Lotte Resort over Cassia.

You can't check in until 3 PM, yet someone was knocking on the door by 11 AM the next morning to rush us out, and they were quite rude about it, which really soured the experience. On top of that, the air conditioning in the room couldn't be adjusted, making it very inconvenient. I really hope the hotel can improve its service procedures and room amenities.

KKim Tsend-AiushGreat place! The beach is just a 2-minute walk away. The owner is calm and knows how to treat guests well. We celebrated two friends' birthdays there with our group, and we all loved it. There are big beds, a jacuzzi, a pool, and a BBQ area. Everything is beautiful and cozy. It's perfect for both family vacations and trips with friends.

GGuest UserI made a reservation at the lowest price and was given a room on the first floor with a parking lot view, so I paid extra and got a room in the middle with a sea view on the third floor. It's the same as the introduction, and the sea view outside is pretty. It was nice to be able to enjoy the daytime sea, the night sea, and even the sunrise. Cleanliness was good, and the bedding and bed mattress were quite good. Using the jacuzzi was also okay. It was okay because it was the season when there weren't many people, but since it has full-length windows, you can see everything from the roadside if you stay close to the window. No one will want to look closely. Highly recommended for those who want to sleep and relax while watching the waves of the sea change from moment to moment.

GGuest UserIt took over 2 hours by direct bus from Hongdae subway station to get here. The hotel is located right inside the ski resort. However, even if you arrive early, you still have to wait until 3:00 PM to check in. The front desk won't proactively tell you about the discounts available with your room card for ski passes, hot springs, and many other activities unless you ask. That said, the room was spacious enough and offered excellent views of the ski slopes. The lobby also has a free storage room for guests to keep their ski equipment and take a short break.

바바람처럼흐르다I was a bit disappointed by the limited number of convenience facilities and restaurants within the resort. There are a few more dining options if you drive out, but the parking is so cramped that I hesitated to move my car. The parking, which is limited to ground level and one underground floor, is incredibly difficult to navigate. Especially during check-in hours (3-4 PM), it's a parking war due to guests using the ski & board and water park for the day. A plus point, though, is the mobile check-in option, which helps avoid long waits to get your room number. Also, if you're using a stroller, be aware that when moving to the basement, the stroller path suddenly turns into stairs. So, for convenience, always use the outdoor path on the first floor. If you're going to the kids' lounge with a stroller, go towards Lotteria instead of Baskin-Robbins; it's right on the second floor. (The building itself has no elevator, only stairs.) This was my first time staying in the Green Wing condo, and the iron door closing, soundproofing, and people constantly smoking on the terrace (the smell kept coming in and was really annoying!) made me decide to avoid the Green and Orange Wings from now on.
