Hotel muito bem localizado, com vista privilegiada sobre o Alqueva e Castelo de Mourão.
O quarto era muito cómodo e apresentava-se extremamente limpo.
Espaço exterior muito agradável com piscinas para criança e adultos.
Bar de piscina e restaurante com boas opções e preços adequados.
Destaco a simpatia do staff, sempre disponível.

A 1h de Lisboa e encontramos um pequeno paraíso para abrandar! Desde o chá simpático para ouvir as árvores e os pássaros, à piscina do spa, ao jantar digno da sua estrela, ao piquenique farto e saboroso para aproveitar as vistas do lago, ao quarto tão confortável para aproveitar um serão mais frio, com lareira e uma banheira que faz as delícias de qualquer casal em namoro ou de uma família com pirralhos cheios de energia. Até o chão aquecido serve de detalhe neste luxo silencioso que sabe tão bem. O pequeno-almoço é maravilhoso com produtos da casa e da região. Mas o melhor de tudo é o staff que recebe com muita cordialidade, cuidado e bom serviço!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Many amenities available such as interior pool, spa, gym.
There was a broken door in our room but after reporting it to reception it was fixed in less than 30 minutes.

Amazing old convent turned hotel. Beautiful architecture and interesting decor. Great boutique with handicrafts and porcelain. The hotel accepts pets - still rather unusual in Portugal.
Unfortunately, a bit understaffed which affects level of service. Anyway good option to explore Évora.

Sugiro apenas que repensem o modelo atual de pequeno-almoço. Apesar de ser um conceito muito giro e interessante, não flui nem funciona assim tão bem com o hotel cheio (e não tem assim tantos quartos), a cozinha deveria ser deixada para a degustação apenas.

The first thing you’ll hear when you arrive are birds chirping. It’s like stepping into Garden of Eden. The hotel is world class in terms of architecture, amenities, service and history. The concierge is very helpful and knowledgeable, they gave me a personalised itinerary suggestions when I checked in, arranged taxis, and even made sure to check on my safety as I am a solo lady travelling in Portugal. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful retreat. It’s a perfect getaway for stressed out business travellers.

The approach to the hotel is uninspiring which makes your arrival in a modern manicured property all the more surprising. The hotel is well thought out, set up for a very chilled out time and service and facilities are excellent. We did not give a full 5 for one reason which for some could be a blocker. This hotel is very popular with young families, for very good reasons but if you want a quiet retreat keep this in mind If on the other hand you have young children it is a great place.

GGuest UserThe hotel and facilities are spectacular. The rooms are large and beautiful, although they need to be cleaned a little more, as the walls and floor are made of black slate and the cobwebs are not very visible.
The breakfast was delicious and so was everything they serve in the cafeteria on the lake.
We will definitely be back.

The air conditioning is too noisy and the fact that the bathroom fan is scheduled by the hotel and we cannot turn off, makes it uncomfortable to be in the room during the operating hours due to noise.

NnongminbbThe hotel was converted from a monastery in the countryside of southern Europe. It has its own church, a restaurant and bar converted from a corridor, and the olive groves and fields in the hotel garden are all stunningly beautiful. There are several interesting halls to explore in the public area. The outdoor swimming pool should be very popular in summer. The hotel has many rooms and can accommodate a certain size of holiday groups. I saw a group of retired elderly people staying there. Although the hotel is outside the ancient city, the city is very small, about 4 kilometers away from the core area, and a taxi to the train station is only about 5 euros.
