After every morning's breakfast meal, come away smelling of hamburger!😝 Good location near Shin Urayasu train and bus station, bus limo to/from Haneda and Narita @1300yen and 2300yen makes it convenient. Parking is expensive so need to price in if renting car. Shuttle to Disney offered Free drinks (including bee and sparkling wine) and snacks available in the evening which is a nice touch

It’s a late arrival at Narita Airport. I opted to stay a night at this hotel before check-out the next morning to catch a train to enter Tokyo Metro. Spacious room. There is Family Mart at the hotel lobby. Pleasant stay and I must say a really quick Check-In process. Yes there is shuttle bus to-fro Narita Airport. I must say, it’s very cheap.

Very new and nice hotel, self help amenities at lobby including face masks, cleaners and lotion. Dyson fan n air purifier, hairdryer in room. Clean and Comfortable stay. Next to train station and very big Aeon mall. Will consider coming back again. Limit to 3 pax in one room only. Strict regulation.

We booked the hotel at the last minute through Trip.com. It was advertised as a last room available and a smoker’s room so our expectations were tentative. We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard and cleanliness of the facility. It is very conveniently located an easy 4 minute walk from the Hakimmakuhari railway station station. There are plenty of eateries in the vicinity. The Hareda and Narita AirPort Express bus also stops at this hotel. The room was clean with no smoker’s smell and all the comforts available for travellers. Breakfast and lunch is available at the hotel cafe. The food and service is very good. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive to our needs and nothing was too much for them. Ueda-san deserves special mention. The hotel is located within the Makuhari Residential Park and the parklands are pleasant to walk around. Makuhari beach is a 10-15 walk from the hotel, as is the Zozo Marine baseball park. Highly recommended.

Location is kinda far from Narita airport but they have free shuttle service. They said it’s more crowded in the morning so I had booked it before making a reservation for hotel room. Also I didn’t know that I booked a room for three people. Amenities are to me little disappointing since there was no bottled water, hand soap and shower cap. My husband wanted to go to a pharmacy in an emergency situation, but then there was no Pharmacy near there around 22:00. We arrived around 18:30, there were many restaurants opened in walking distance but no shopping mall kinda thing. We had dinner at the closest restaurant where you can get a good hamburg steaks and bread. Hotel staffs were kind and friendly.

A nice hotel for an overnight stay. There is a good free bus shuttle service between the airport and the Nikko Narita airport hotel. The staff are professional. There are no shoos etc in the area. The hotel does provide restaurant services but I didn't have time to try them. Overall a good stay for one night when catching Narita based flights. Thank you.

Love this hotel. Stayed here as I was going for 2-days of Disney parks. It’s got a Disney shop in here! Nearby the Disney rail. There’s even a convenient store in the hotel. Love that I got daily replenishment of the amenities like shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Most hotels no longer have this benefit. Love the convenience of the shuttle busses to go to Maihama station and the bayside station, it is a life saviour after a whole day of Disney in the sun. However it will be great if the hotel had shuttle busses that takes you directly to Disneysea. Here’s my opinion: the hotel is slightly dated but well maintained. The room looks comfy and not as dated as some of the hotels nearby. It is more affordable than Hilton and it’s like literally opposite. There are 2 Lawsons in Hilton if you need more supper variety. View from the room is amazing. You can see the Bay Area and Hilton and Toy Story hotel :) Will 100% stay here again when I go to Tokyo disney resorts.

Very large room with 4 beds, it was tidy and clean, great parking facility and conveniently located near Disneyland and Disney sea, especially with their free shuttle services. There are local malls restaurants and supermarkets within 10-15 minutes drive, staff was wonderful too.

ディズニー2日間の中泊に利用。 部屋の広さと、お風呂・おトイレがセパレート、電子レンジあり、で決めた。 ディズニー帰りなのでチェックインも混み合っていたが、ロビー横に広々としたラウンジがあり、フリードリンクもあったため小学生の子供もゆっくり待ててよかった。 夜ごはんを買うローソンも混み合っていたが、品切れがあることもなく、子供たちの夕食になるもの、お菓子（アイスや翌日用）、ジュース、アルコール、など買えて便利。 そして部屋に電子レンジがあるおかげで買ったらすぐ部屋に戻って食べることができて、子供連れにはとてもいいと思った。 お風呂も洗い場付きで広々としており、おトイレ別なので気にせずゆっくり入れてよかった。 ベッドも広いタイプが２つくっついているので、広々と寝やすそうだった。 大人、高校生は遅くまで起きてもスペースも広いし、テーブルでテレビ、と今回はソファースペース付きにしたので、大人は荷物の整理、パッキングなど使いやすいお部屋だった。 結局、子供たちがベッドで大の字になって気持ちよさそうに寝てたので、一人はソファースペースで寝ましたが簡易ベッドとしても十分な広いソファーだった。 チェックアウトは機械でカギを入れて操作するだけと簡単ですぐに出発できて満足。

Great hotel directly across from the monorail so easy to get everywhere. Our room had a view over DisneySea and we could see some of Fantasy Springs. Rooms are huge (American size) which was a welcome break from the tiny rooms we experienced in the rest of Japan. Small convenience store in the hotel as well which was useful as well to pick up some small items.

Very good price for a very good location, room is small but it’s comfortable for two. Specifically went for a hotel near Disneyland and there is bus services to and fro the airport, Maihama station and the amusement park. The breakfast is delicious with many varieties. The staffs are kind and helpful. Overall a good experience. Would recommend.

Menginap di sini dalam perjalanan ke Disney. Saya menaiki bas ulang-alik dari darat ke hotel. Tanah adalah sehingga 21:00, jadi saya dapat menaiki bas terakhir tanpa sebarang masalah. Walau bagaimanapun, terdapat ramai orang di atas kapal dan ia penuh dan sesak, jadi saya fikir alangkah baiknya jika bilangan bas ulang-alik pada pukul 21:00 adalah lebih kerap sedikit. Saya pergi daftar masuk pada pukul 21:30, tetapi terdapat kesesakan lalu lintas daftar masuk. Itulah kesukarannya. Hanya dua mata itu mengganggu saya, tetapi selain itu ia benar-benar cukup bagus. Ia dilengkapi dengan baik dan di atas semua, biliknya bersih. Bilik mandi dan tandas adalah berasingan dan bersih. Terdapat sesuatu seperti pengering kasut, dan saya kagum! Terdapat ruang istirahat di tingkat satu, dan masa telah ditetapkan, tetapi terdapat bar minuman semua-anda-boleh-minum, dan terdapat meja dan kerusi, dan saya makan snek lewat malam yang saya beli di kedai serbaneka . Terdapat kedai serbaneka (Lawson) di sebelah, jadi anda boleh berjalan-jalan, dan kualiti ini adalah yang terbaik untuk harga yang murah ini. Saya akan tinggal lagi lain kali.

This is definitely a higher class hotel comparing to the next door comfort suites. We did stayed 2 nights at comfort suites before moving to this Hyatt property. Everything is more upscaled and with the club lounge access, the breakfast is buffet in the main area which is great. Afternoon cocktail was ok, not the greatest selection, especially in terms of seafood types of food, but reasonable. We usually come here for early breakfast(6:30-7:00am) and it was great. But if you come around 9am, there'll be a line to get in. The shuttle schedule to Disneyland/Disneysea is quite less than that in Comfort Suites and they have a weird coding system with circle & square notations on additional shuttles which is confusing to me. That said, they do have shuttle to/from the train station, which Comfort suites does not have at all. I think you can take Comfort Suites' shuttle if the schedule at Tokyo bay does not work for you... We did use the coin operated washer/dryer in Comfort Suites before moving here which is very convenient. As we walked around, there's a bigger laundromat nearby(5 minutes walk).

This hotel was nice, the room was sparkling clean and comfy. Amenities were good. As a Disney Resort partner hotel, the facilities include shuttle bus to Maihama Station and Bayside Station for access to DisneySea and Disneyland. As most hotels in Japan that I learned, it also provides a package delivery service which I found very convenient. As we move from place to place this service made it possible for us to go by train or bus without dragging heavy luggage as we had sent it to the next hotel. It also provides a contactless checkout facility via room TV, so if you don't have anything to settle at the front office you can use this. We did, and found it very easy and convenient.

Perkhidmatan yang sangat pantas oleh semua kakitangan dari hotel ini. Di luar jangkaan saya, saya tidak menjangkakan perkhidmatan yang begitu baik, tetapi saya sangat berpuas hati walaupun saya tinggal di baju kerana saya mempunyai penerbangan 7 pagi keesokan harinya. Hotel ini amat berbangga dalam menjaga pelanggan/tetamu hotel mereka. Setiap perkara kecil telah dimasukkan secara terperinci; svc bas ulang-alik percuma ke/dari terminal lapangan terbang & svc ulang-alik ke/dari pusat membeli-belah AEON sangat berbaloi, harga yang sangat berpatutan untuk harga yang dibayar pelanggan untuk kadar bilik. Saya mesti memuji Marroad Htl sangat bersih. Akan sangat mengesyorkan mereka untuk mencari perkhidmatan ulang-alik lapangan terbang percuma dan dengan penerbangan pagi untuk menangkap. Pasti akan bergantung pada hotel ini untuk transit/ persinggahan Narita masa depan saya. 10 bintang kalau boleh. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

book many times with this hotel But this time I was disappointed We late checkin then our room no reserve for us，We booked two rooms and since only one was reserved for us, we had already paid. Finally, they asked us to stay in an upgraded room, but the room smelled and the two single beds were far apart, but there was nothing we could do because there was no room at all. The front desk also wasted a lot of time. I hope I won’t encounter this problem of overbooked rooms next time.

from the location wise, it is very convenient when it provide the shuttle to airport. there is a convenient store so you can get something to eat there. yhe hotel has machine help us on hotel check-in /out so even many people come at same time , it will not take long to get a room. highly recommend ! the room is Toky standard size but redecorate so feel new indeed and smart TV available

Hotel International Garden Narita memberikan cabaran dari segi kebolehcapaian, kerana mencapainya melalui pengangkutan awam melibatkan menunggu bas kawasan tempatan dan menavigasi cerun curam selama 5-10 minit. Sebagai alternatif, bas lebuh raya menyediakan laluan terus tetapi datang dengan kos yang lebih tinggi dan slot masa terhad. Aspek positif ialah penyediaan hotel tunggangan Lapangan Terbang Narita percuma dua kali setiap jam, menawarkan kemudahan untuk pelancong. Walau bagaimanapun, bilik mungkin terjejas oleh bau yang pelik, mungkin disebabkan oleh kelembapan yang tinggi di kawasan itu, yang memberi kesan kepada keseluruhan pengalaman penginapan. Booked for one night for our last day in Japan. They provide free shuttle service to and from airport, Aeon Mall and JR station. It was super punctual. There was a convenient store within the hotel where everyone spends all their balance cash notes and coins buying snacks and what nots. The hotel staff here is used to international travelers and they speak good English and not so much Japanese like in other hotels. There was a koi garden which entertained my children.

The free hotel shuttle stop at Narita airport is conveniently located right outside international arrivals in T1 at bus bay 16, shared with all other hotel shuttles. Not sure about the T2 stop. However, be aware that the current shuttle schedule operates only FOUR TIMES PER DAY. (see picture: bottom row, 3rd from left) So plan accordingly. Check-in required just a passport. Got the room key in 15 seconds. The room was big by Japan standards. The AC worked very well. The restroom was small but had everything we needed. Also included are complimentary slippers and use of yukata. The 7-11 (open 24 hours) and Narita train station were just 2-3 minutes walk even with luggage. We checked out early in the morning and easily walked to the train station with all of our luggage. Overall a very decent stay in a great location. The only headache is planning to use the hotel/airport shuttle, since it operates so infrequently.

JR海浜幕張駅から徒歩2.3分の駅前立地のホテル。 幕張メッセまで徒歩10は分ほど。 1階にコンビニ有り。 駅前には飲食店多数。小規模なアウトレットモールと、テナントがあまり入っていない商業ビルなどもある。 開業して間もないため、建物や設備は新しく、清掃も行き届いている。 客室は狭いが、コンパクトに備品がまとまっている。 使い捨てスリッパ、冷蔵庫、空気清浄機、パジャマ、ミネラルウォーター、電気ポットなど有り。 仕事ができるデスクと椅子が無いので不便。 シャワーブース、トイレ、洗面台が別々なので使いやすいが、洗面台は狭い。 バスルームにバスタブは無いが、最上階に大浴場がある。半露天風呂と内湯があり、それぞれ大人8-10人くらいは入れる広さ。洗い場も6ブースほど有り。 大浴場前にはアイスキャンディーが置いてあり無料でゲットできる。 フロントスタッフは外国人だったが、優秀で丁寧にしっかりと対応してくれた。

主人が高齢なため、ユニバーサルルーム(バリアフリールーム)を利用させて頂きました。 部屋がコンパクトにまとまっていて、余計な物がないので、転びやすい主人には助かりました。 初期の認知症があるのですが、トイレにも迷わず行くことができました。お風呂も手すりがあって使いやすかったです。 また環境に配慮されて、シャンプー、ボディソープなど、大きい詰め替えボトルに入っているのも素晴らしいです。 トイレの内側にカビが付いていたことだけが気になりましたが、それは次回伺った時に改善されているとイイなと思う点です。 朝食に関して。コロナ時期なので、ビュッフェがなく、その代わりに朝食ボックスを持ってきて頂けました。期待していなかったのですが(スイマセン)、とても美味しかったです。スープが特に美味しかった。 ちょくちょく千葉に伺うことがありますので、その時はまたよろしくお願い致します。 ありがとうございました。

Close to JR Chiba Station. Explore the streets around it and you can find Izakaya, Fastfood and cosme-drug store. The hotel had electricity shut-down on my checkout day - the staff helped to carry my luggage down to level one by stairs! Really grateful for that action :) Highly recommended - cheaper accomodation rates compared to Tokyo, but still fast and convenient to get into Tokyo by JR.

The staff is very polite. The amnesties need to be available in the loopy ( like coffee. Water)

Location is good in that it's right next to the Don Quiote and the surrounding area is quite relaxing. It's a comfortable 15min walk to Chiba Station. The hotel has its own ”onzen” which I quite unique to have for a city hotel, so thats a nice feature. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The only thing was that road noise was quite audible at times, but luckily it wasn't that frequent when train or passing cars in the area would cause any annoyance

Reserved a 3-night stay at this hotel, conveniently situated within a 5-minute walk from Chiba station. Enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink available from 2 pm to 11 pm. It would have been improved if they provided hot coffee for guests in the morning. A notable highlight is the onsen on level 3, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. Special commendation to Ms. 李, who facilitated our check-in. Upon overhearing our Mandarin conversation, she promptly switched to Mandarin, enhancing our understanding and overall experience. A thoughtful touch that stood out during our stay.

駅から近くとても便利な立地にあり、 疲れている時には有難いです。 また ツインでしたが、 広めのスペースにゆとりの有るツインにして ゆっくり過ごせました。その 翌朝の急用のデスクワークも出来てそれも助かりました。 ただ冷蔵庫が余り冷えなくて 水と、飲み物が やや冷えたかな？位だったのが、残念でした。 とても便利でした。 フロントの方の対応も チェックアウトな時の対応も丁寧で良かったので、 リーズナブルな点も含めて 設備等々は古めではありますが とても満足しています。 ありがとうございました。

良いところ ・千葉駅西口に近く便利 ・セブンイレブン、ローソン、まいばすけっと、ダイソーが近く便利 ・一階ホテル入り口の隣に鳥貴族があってすぐに飲みに行ける ・連泊の場合も無料で清掃してくれる（朝11時までにドアに清掃希望マグネットを貼ると清掃してくれる） ・全体的に綺麗で、部屋も狭くもない ・部屋の中に電子レンジがある ・ホテルが出てすぐに自動販売機がある ・ロビーにタクシー呼び出しの無料電話がある 良くなかったところ ・ベットが小さい（2人だと寝返りが不便） ・部屋内のスリッパが使い捨てじゃない ・アメニティが少ない、部屋ゴム、綿棒、コットンなし ・チェックイン10分前に来ても10分待たされる。すぐに部屋に案内されず待つことになる。 ・チェックアウトが11時ではなく、10時で早い ・2人で宿泊だが、部屋のキーカードが1枚（紛失の場合は、9000円） ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー 受付の方は丁寧で、日本語が流暢な外国の方が多かったです。 安くロケーションもいいのですが、ベットが狭く寝返りが不便に感じたのが一番残念でした。
