I booked a 3-night stay at Sam's Town Hotel and ****** and my experience there was wonderful. The staff was professional and accommodating. The rooms were clean. The shower was huge although I had to look up how to turn on the shower head (Tip: Turn on the shower and pull the spout down at the end of the tub faucet). It would've been nice if the rooms had a microwave and I would've liked more restaurant options but overall I had a nice stay.

Enjoyed my stay. Nice, clean room. Witness a guest stumble past 2 staff members with a beer in his hand. The guest eventually fell at the elevator. I informed the staff members present. ID staff informed me that he called someone but did not leave his post. A third staff member arrived as we entered the elevator. I can understand the member checking ID could not leave his post, but the other guy standing closer to elevators could have made some type of effort to assist.

Fabulous as always! We always enjoy our stay. Zoey Duplichain is a fantastic concierge and very attentive to the details. Our special order chocolate cake was fantastic. The water was perfect and the food is delicious. We absolutely loved it and we are going back next week! Can’t say enough about it! We love bills on the beach and Austin is a great server. The beach is great for walking at night and the atmosphere is great. Plenty of things to do and lots to see for everyone. We love golden nugget. The black jack is wonderful and they keep the drinks coming. We are going to celebrate my twins 21st birthday on Monday. I can’t wait it’s going to be absolutely perfect. We’ve ordered a cheesecake from Vic and Anthony’s. I’m sure it will be nothing short of amazing.

Hotel ini terletak betul-betul di atas kasino. Tidak perlu dikatakan bahawa ia sangat mengagumkan. Hanya makan, minum dan berseronok di kasino, tetapi lalu lintas untuk pergi ke tempat lain adalah masalah. Anda perlu memandu sendiri.

The bathroom has some mould that should be properly addressed, and a water leak can be heard above the ceiling. Otherwise, my stay at New Orleans was convenient.

Hôtel très propre, bien décoré, literie confortable. Très bien situé, à Même pas 10min à pieds du French quarter et du Mississippi. Proche des commodités, plein de resto et de petit dej à proximité. Très bon accueil, personnel agréable. Je recommande vivement!

ZZHENG YAOThe hotel is just above the casino. There is no need to say that it is magnificent. Just eat, drink and have fun in the casino, but the traffic to go elsewhere is a problem. You have to drive by yourself.

AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is OK, close to Pompeii Street in France. The breakfast in the hotel is very ordinary and very simple. The lighting is dim and the setting is also old. The street restaurant outside the hotel is still worth recommending. You must try the oysters. The Mexican food is not bad either. According to Americans, New Orleans is the best place for American food. I have been to many places in the United States and my actual feeling is the same. Raw oysters are worth a try.

GGuest UserGot a room at first where the AC was super loud and there wasn’t even a closet or a place to hang clothes. I told the front desk but they said the hotel was full and couldn’t do anything !!! So I contacted IHG directly and I got a new one was much better — quiet AC and a proper closet.
FYI: floors 9–10 seem to have some kind of machine room inf front the room X01 . The noise could be heard all the floor to room 906. If you’re a light sleeper, you might want to avoid this hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a quiet location, only about 10 minutes' walk from the scenic spot. The service in the lobby is friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy, and everything is available. The gym is on the top floor and has all the facilities. There is a cafe opposite the hotel with delicious coffee and bread.

But the hotel is very strange, the room has no refrigerator (no refrigerator at all), had to ask the recipe to pick up the medicines that require storage in the refrigerator. There is no safe, there are no closets (instead of a pair of hangers on the wall). There is no sink in the toilet, the sink is in the room with the bed. At the same time there is a lot of room in the toilet, quietly would be placed there.
