Hotel isnt worth da money👌because dey dnt even have mirowaves in it you have to literally request it❗❗❗besides all dis dam money for dese rooms and you have to pay for breakfast smh $15 a person ain't no way when you can go to fa golf resorts on verdae and spend less and get free breakfast and swimming area in or out side❗❗and you can barley sleep for da damm house keepers are aggy dey comes to your room way before check out tyme and a right after da tyme has come to check out❗nowww da beds are very comfy and floors be half away clean da house keepers should take more tyme cleaning dese rooms but location was a plus and quiteness was a plus to❗to be honest all folks is paying for is da name HILTON dats it❗anything over hundred dollars should include microwave,refrigerator,breakfast and etc and i know you get wat you put in❗im really disappointed at dis hotel and wouldnt recommend it to no one to be honest❗

This is the only place we will stay at Myrtle Beach. Once you stay here, you’ll see why. The best pool, plenty of food options on site, and the spa downstairs all make it a one stop shop. Always able to check in and not have to leave the entire trip

Great location close to patriots point and not to far from many other things

Check in was smooth. Very friendly check in agent. They did have hard plastic dividers at most of the check in area. I've rarely been to a Red Roof Inn that had inside corridors and rooms this large. I was skeptical at first because my room had a ”push here for assistance” buttons on the outside, usually indicating its a handicapped room, but once inside, it clearly was not one (maybe it was prior). Room had faux hardwood floors. Bathroom was kinda bare and drab. Shower had GREAT pressure and hot hot water. TV had TONS of channels, but I couldn't get the TV's aspect ratio correct. WiFI was zippy. Computer chair actually raised to a normal height. Decent outlet availability too. Bed was OK, pillows were mostly terrible. Stop washing the damn pillows! Towels were scratchy. Downside is the faux wood floor gets a little ”moist” at times it seems like vs a carpeted room. Check out was smooth, same agent as the previous day at check in. Location is great! Right off 85, but back in a bit, no road noise at all. Bojangles, diner, Waffle House, QT and a Pilot all within a 5 min walk. I'd easily stay here again.

We have only been here a few hours, but I am already AMAZED by the customer service that is being provided by the staff members at the MB Hilton Resort, specifically Kimberly, Jimmy, and Jeanine. Kimberly and Jeanine both were extremely helpful in answering questions about our concerns about our oldest child's severe food allergy and how to make reservations for dinner. They also made sure that we were fully aware of the perks that Diamond members are able to take advantage of. Jimmy was also super helpful in getting our luggage and beach gear to the room, in addition to providing some insight about the Hilton Resort property and also entertaining our two children who were VERY excited to get our room. Thanks to these three for an AMAZING start to our short vacation - we appreciate your time and help!!

Perjalanan Terbaik yang pernah ada, sekali lagi selalu datang ke sini dengan senang tidur yang terbaik dan selesa di kawasan kejiranan yang hebat. Bersih dan selamat untuk kanak-kanak! Saya sangat Mengesyorkan. Wang mengeluarkan kad saya sekali setelah saya membayar terlebih dahulu untuk 6 hari penginapan saya di sini ... saya menerima wang saya kembali.

Tapi corse ia berubah tetapi menjadi lebih baik selama bertahun-tahun tetapi saya ingat datang ke sini sebagai seorang gadis kecil. Sejak saya masih remaja dan dewasa dan mempunyai anak saya sendiri, sejak itu saya memperkenalkan anak dan suami saya ke istana pasir

This was a last minute 4th of July vacation, we liked easy access to the ocean front. We rented 2 rooms according to the layout of the rooms, accommodating up to 6 people. To say the least, the layout of the rooms were extremely misleading-- online description of the room did not match. Second, the cleanliness of the rooms were non-existent--sticky floors, left over dirty clothes under the bed, and sandy carpet. Third, the bed lacked comfort and bed spread full of visible stains. Finally, the door to room 327 does not work-- we had to Jerry rigged it (front desk said they'd send maintenance for assistance, but never came). Also, the building elevator needs attention-- install sensor to prevent from closing too early especially when people are loading and unloading. The bright side, however, were there brand new refrigerators, stove (semi functioning), A/C, amazing water pressure, and kitchen tools. Overall, we do not see ourselves coming back or recommending this site to my family or friends.

Tempat yang bagus untuk tinggal. Kakitangan sangat ramah dan membantu. Bilik memerlukan lebih sedikit TLC seperti dengan habuk dan beberapa sentuhan pada karat dan perkara seperti itu. Tetapi secara keseluruhan ia adalah hotel yang menarik untuk menginap. Anda tidak akan kecewa!!! Tidak sabar untuk tinggal lagi.

Apatah lagi lokasi hotel, pantainya bersebelahan dengan laut, dan hotel itu sendiri mempunyai beberapa kolam renang dengan gaya yang berbeza, sesuai untuk kanak-kanak. Hotel ini tidak jauh dari kawasan komersial, dan terdapat banyak restoran makanan segera di sekitar. Ia adalah kira-kira lima minit pemanduan dari outlet, yang agak sesuai untuk percutian santai dan perjalanan ibu bapa-anak. Terdapat banyak tempat letak kereta di hotel, diedarkan di beberapa lokasi berbeza, tetapi kerana kadar penghunian yang tinggi pada hujung minggu, masih agak sukar untuk mencari tempat letak kereta. Tetamu yang tiba pada waktu malam hanya boleh singgah di hotel dan bergerak ke tempat letak kereta pada keesokan harinya. Atendan hotel juga akan menghubungi anda untuk mengalihkan kereta. Sarapan termasuk dalam kadar harga bilik dan dihidangkan pada pukul 7-10. Ia lebih baik daripada jangkaan. Pelbagainya sangat kaya dan rasanya sangat bersahaja. Ia pada asasnya boleh memenuhi keperluan orang di negara yang berbeza. Suite dengan pemandangan laut yang kami diami berada di tingkat 15. Gambar menunjukkan pemandangan dari balkoni. Bangunan bertentangan juga merupakan bilik tetamu rumahnya. Keadaan kebersihan keseluruhan dan konfigurasi perkakasan adalah baik. Akan memilih ini lain kali.

Front service was bad, no eye contact, no smiles and no saying any words but location and lodging was good. We had a wonderful time because Trip.com agent was a professional angle good service.

Stayed here two nights April the 13th to the 15th ...was really looking forward to getting away for a midweek weekend..upon check-in was informed that because of our gold status with Marriott, that we couldn't use the club lounge because we were Only gold but found out later on that the club lounge wasn't even open... strike one.... First night went well had a decent night's sleep second night concierge called us at 9:00 in the morning after staying out late because it is Myrtle Beach after all..... Told them we weren't interested 9:15 they called back Again, told them again we were not interested ,we are trying to sleep, 9:30 got a four alarm banging on our door from housekeeping even though we had the privacy sign on our door, pretty much ruined our second night sleep.... addressed all these issues with Gavin the front desk manager he said he would give us a sizable discount because of our inconvenience and he was very apologetic..... We never received the Sizable discount.... Tried to call Gavin back numerous times he never returned our call... Even talked to a Miss Kaylee at the front desk and she said those early morning calls were standard practice with Marriott and we told her we have stayed at over 100 Marriotts and nobody's ever called us that early in the morning even at Walt Disney world..... was finally able to get into touch with general manager Miss Suzanne, after numerous phone calls, who told us there was nothing she Would do for our inconvenience.....Oh well..... outside of all this hotel is a good three to four blocks away from the beach definitely not oceanfront we had an far away, ocean view room which was nice , acceptable ,and comfortable .Gym was nice ,nice small indoor pool... they do charge $8 for parking regardless of your status with Marriott.... They have a nice lounge and very good late night restaurant..... Would really have loved to give this hotel a higher rating, but in the long run Very disappointed about nothing being done about our basic loss of a second night's sleep..... And also being told by the general manager that there was nothing she Would do for Us !

The location was perfect! We came by boat on a Friday evening and the dockmaster was so helpful and accommodating. The room was beautiful and we love the activity options. The beach and pools look like so much fun! We spent all of our time out on the water and exploring Charleston by boat this trip but we cant wait to bring out two boys back next time!

Staff at the front desk was a bit dismissive and parking costs $20/night. Breakfast not included but there’s a restaurant on site. Pros: - great location, close to attractions, restaurants, shops - Wifi works well - rooms are relatively clean however I found a few hairs here and there - rooms are spacious enough - Check-in is at 4pm officially but our room was ready at 2pm so we could check in - mini fridge in room - the hotel is nicely furnished and decorated - 24-hour fitness center - 2 complimentary bottles of water - Coffee machine in the room Cons: - staff at the front desk could’ve been friendlier - bed too soft and pillows too thick - A/C didn’t work properly—the room was either ice cold or hot

jadi sebagai permulaan, sarapan panas dan minuman malam adalah satu-satunya sebab kami menempah hotel ini. nether telah tersedia. Anda membayar untuk tempat letak kereta kerana mereka tiada. Gelandangan berlimpah ruah siang malam meminta wang dan membawa senjata. Ini adalah hotel yang sangat usang dan kakitangan tidak membantu atau tidak sopan 90% daripada penginapan kami.

Lokasi kemudahan itu tidak kelihatan seperti berada di kawasan kejiranan yang terbaik dan jika anda tidak pernah pergi maka anda tidak akan tahu bila anda menempahnya. Ia bersih, bagaimanapun, bilik mandi boleh dikemas kini dengan mendempul dan sedikit lebih bersih, terdapat warna hitam di sekeliling tepi tab mandi. Sarapan pagi kopi, bagel dan danishes adalah kebiasaan untuk sarapan pagi yang disertakan. Saya membayar kadar yang lebih tinggi kerana ia adalah bilik merokok kerana yang lain disenaraikan sebagai tidak merokok tetapi mendapati keseluruhan pertubuhan adalah bebas rokok jadi saya kehilangan wang di sana!! Entah bagaimana itu sepatutnya didedahkan.
