Hotel Dengan Spa di Dak Lak, Vietnam

we stayed for 1 night and had contacted the hotel in advance to reserve 2 superior rooms, when we arrived we was told that our reservation was not on their system( we showed the chat which was made my Facebook and they continued to tell us it wasn’t available) so they switched us to the standard room which had no windows but it was just dirt that I could wipe off with my finger but as it was only 1 night we would just deal with this, the room was dirty the walls In the bathroom actually had dirt on them which at start o thought was mồi but it wiped cleaned with my finger ,The walls In the rooms seemed really thin, you could hear the elevator every time the doors open it would make a bell sound , as well as being able to hear the people in the room next door having their conversations. after a couple of let downs I was looking forward to the breakfast at least, we arrived to breakfast at 7:30ish and I have never seen such a small fruit selection in Vietnam ever. a country that has so much locally produced fruit sold in the market down the road could only offer 1, when I asked the staff about the fruit they said this was all they had to offer, or I could buy a smoothie which they had more fruit for this, so the hotel was cutting back on fruit for the breakfast so they could sell them as smoothies which was a real shame and a let down because I have not been to one hotel in Vietnam that does not offer an array of fruits to select from for breakfast. It’s not all bad the rooftop bar was really well designed and made a good cocktail, The hotel has got good potential it just seems it’s managed very badly

This is the first time I have chosen MT hotel to stay and I have had many memorable experiences here. During my stay, I lost a bracelet (it had no value, but had memories for me). Handsome man Chi and lovely girl , she name Tu remembered the name and room I was staying in and sent it back to me. In addition, the enthusiasm of the staff here makes me really happy. Hopefully, next year I will have a long vacation to experience at BMT.

I am an Indian traveller and I have visited Buon Ma Thuot twice so far for business. During both my trips I had stayed for long at Elephant’s Hotel. Here is my detailed review of this property - Rooms: They have 4 different room types and I have stayed only in their superior rooms which are quite spacious. This room size should be comfortable for a small family as well. Cleanliness: The management team ensures that the common areas, pool, restaurant, lift, the rooms and the bathrooms are always maintained very clean. Food: Every chef out there and the restaurant staff were ever willing to walk an extra mile to ensure they were preparing good Indian vegetarian food during my long my stays. Also, Their hygiene standards are second to none! Overall: Each and every staff here is very friendly and their warm hospitality can be felt despite the language barrier. Many of them can converse well in English, still if you are a non-Vietnamese traveller, please have a translator app handy so that they fully understand your requirements. I would look forward to staying again at Elephants Hotel when I travel to Dak Lak.

대이남 빌라는 정말 특별한 경험을 제공하는 곳이었어요. 자연과의 조화가 잘 이루어져 있어서, 편안하고 여유로운 분위기에서 지낼 수 있었습니다. 빌라는 넓고 아늑하며, 인테리어도 세련되게 꾸며져 있었어요. 직원들도 친절하고 신속하게 응대해 주었고, 시설이 잘 관리되고 있어 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있었어요. 주변 환경도 조용하고 평화로워서 휴식하기에 최적의 장소였습니다. 이곳에서의 숙박은 정말 만족스러웠고, 다시 가고 싶은 곳이에요!

Hôtel central à côté du marché central, lieu de vie la nuit et à 3 pas du musée ethnographique et 10 min taxi du musée du café que je ne recommande pas parce que ce n'est pas un musée mais un show room pour une marque de café lamentable, à Buon Ma Thuot il y a des cafés artisans fantastiques dont Azzam, Soul que je recommende hautement. La salle de bain est d'un autre temps c'est le seul reproche. Le buffet du matin, surtout très fourni le week-end, est le meilleur de la ville et de tous les hôtels du même standing. Généreux, frais, et le seul qui propose une vraie machine à café ! Je conseille fortement !

Stayed 2 nights. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel needs a makeover. Got to our room and the carpet was filthy. Cigarette burns, food stains and completely worn out. Requested a different room but it was as bad as the first room. Carpet in the hallways have huge holes. Cannot believe that ownership overlooks these things.

I literally created this account and wrote a review for the first time when a staff asked us to, that’s how I’m in LOVE with this place. The vibe is so cool, futuristic yet wholesome. You can expect the best service from adorable staffs, they would go out of their way to help you as much as possible. The room was so nice, their mega big window is one of the coolest ideas I’ve ever seen. You can’t have netflix on the TV (yet, hopefully) but their lounge area is unmatched. Ha, the receptionist took her time to show me around and treat me so warmly, she and everyone really makes me feel like I’m their friend. I had a great time.

Phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên dễ thương, vị trí nằm trong khu tiện thăm quan bảo tàng cà phê. Nhưng có vẻ mình đi thời điểm bên này còn sửa chữa thi công nên tiếng khoan, đục cả ngày, chẳng thể thư giãn hoặc ít nhất ngủ nướng cũng không được.

Pour une évasion dans le vert et la quiétude, Hami est le lieu idéal, le jardin propose une détente souveraine, alors que la très belle piscine offre une fraîcheur bienvenue pendant les étés de plomb. Chambre confortable, décoration simple mais avec des couleurs bien pensées, absolument rien à redire. MAIS le très gros point noir de Hami c'est le petit déjeuner le matin : absolument décevant, non varié, mal préparé avec un choix minimum à la carte, un plat salé et une boisson. Si vous prenez un café, pas droit au jus ou à un thé. Pas de petit déj continental : corn-flakes, confiture, beurre, pain ...ils ne connaissent pas ! Et le service du matin est laconique, le personnel se fait chier royalement, accueil pas pro du tout. Quand on se plaint de ce qui est proposé, le staff vous répond d'une manière si défaitiste que cela en est insupportable. J'ai écrit à la direction pour ça. Alors venez ici pour le cadre, la piscine, le calme mais pensez à apporter de quoi grignoter !

We spent two nights in a Tent overlooking the lake (last one #15). Very good concept. Our tent was next to the mini-farm, good to see the goats and pigs and chicken before eating some of them. The tent was well appointed if a little frayed at the edges. I understand the camp has been built 2016, the grounds are well kept and nicely laid out. The restaurant and main lodge are in traditional style. Restaurant staff is knowledgeable. Reception and lounge staff, maybe because it was mid-season, mostly composed of nice enough but inexperienced teenagers. You can wait half an hour waiting for somebody to notice you are hanging out and maybe in need of a drink, while two staff teenagers are eagerly chit-chatting over some video they are watching on the laptop nearby. But very helpful overall, once prompted. Food is hyper-local, and hence not the most sophisticated but certainly authentic for the Central Highlands. There is a lost opportunity to emphasize localism, what with the zell-tended vegetable garden in the middle of the camp, but no attempt to showcase the work or the results (the food in the restaurant). Similarly, if the resort is sustainable etc, then showcase it a little more than just in a hardly legible paragraph in the room flyer. Maybe organize a mini-tour, including of the resort temple on the hill that I discovered by accident. Central Highlands are really interesting, minorities, crafts, traditions, cultures, agriculture, and the short tours are well organized. The lake itself is not that inviting, appartently it is a water reservoir but I would not drink that water. Explanations/touring the fishing would be a good thing too. So all in all 4 as there is room for improvement but overall a good experience off the beaten path. No wifi in tents.
