GGuest UserWe booked a 2 room cabin, the place was quiet that was nice but the place wasn't clean a dirty oven try left in the oven! Plates with crumbs on them! The bathroom fan didn't work so the cabin was super super damp, no soaps or shampoo dispensers were all empty! The bathroom and toilet door didn't close properly or quietly. The main bedroom must have a leak somewhere it rained on the last day and the carpet in the morning was super wet along the window. Couches were uncomfortable feels like it pushes you head forward and the TV had no Internet connection to watch Netflix like advertised. The place is very run down and needs a really really good clean! The accommodation was close to town and quiet. I wouldn't recommend this place spend an extra $100 and stay somewhere else

GGuest UserStaff were friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient. Facilities are good. I did however have a cluster of ants in my room. They were swiftly dealt with by staff within about 5 minutes after reporting. I was grateful for being able to leave luggage prior to check in but a bit disappointed i had to pay 2 nzd to store luggage in a locked on departure for about 90 to 120 minutes. I can understand charges for longer periods of left luggage on check out, but under 2 hours seemed a bit unfortunate. However i would still recommend the YHA for others, although if you want a more ”party” type hostel, this isn't it.

AAnonymous UserClean and good location. Just by the beach. Strong sense of service. Before we checked in, the boss had turned on the heating and was very intimate. There is parking space. The bathroom equipment is a bit old, but it does not affect the living.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the small town of New Zealand, Nelson (not too small in New Zealand, with a population of 70,000). Although it is a motel but the environment is very good, the room facilities are well equipped, can cook, have a jacuzzi, very good

GGuest UserBeautiful large one bedroom unit, very clean, has two TV s(one in bedroom). Large bathroom with a spa bath, good shower. Kitchenette has everything you need for simple cooking. Bed is comfortable, electrical blanket is a plus. City view from balcony and mountain views from front verandah are very pleasing. Lovely friendly host lady makes our stay even more enjoyable. Location is central as well, easy drive/walk in and out. Loved it. Highly recommended.

SSaranSSBrilliant place, very big room with a kitchen as well. Absolutely great after hours service as well. We arrived late and told the hotel before and the reception still came out of the back room to help us and recommended us with great spots to go visit and great dinner places as well. Had too short a stay at this place, will definitely come back for a longer visit. They even have a bathtub!!

FFanieWe stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment. We received excellent communication before our arrival, which made check-in extremely smooth. The apartment had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. It is very close to the centre of town (about 2 minutes) with lots of restaurants and shops within easy reach. It is also only a 15 minute drive from the airport. Highly recommended!
