"Reasonable price, super convenient location. Came here for a course that was held in the hotel and it was so convenient that I just need to go down to lobby level for the course and return to my room within 5 min to rest. Can’t imagine staying in a different hotel and having to commute in the freezing weather for the already intense course. Getting to and from the airport is literally just across the link bridge and you don’t need to even expose yourself to outdoors at all."

"Staff were okay, the room was absolutely perfect and so soc Lea. Only negative was some noise from the clubs below the hotel but that wasn’t too much of a problem. Love having a Zabka in the hotel and was such a convenient location. Would 100% stay again."

"Good, but not without issues. The hotel is perfectly located - just a 10-minute walk from the airport. That's the main advantage. Ideal for early flights. There's also a shuttle from the hotel (for those with luggage), which is another plus. But the service was disappointing. Upon check-in, we had two connecting rooms (with 2 people in each), but only one set of towels was provided. We had to ask for extra ones. About breakfasts: In other Hampton hotels in Krakow, even with more guests, everything was always replenished on time and the buffet was fully stocked. But here, the staff couldn't keep up. People were queuing, waiting for omelets and other hot dishes. The selection is already smaller than in the other Hampton in Krakow - and when it runs out, it's quite frustrating. In the evening, there was a small incident at the restaurant, but the staff member apologized and gave us a discount - thank you to her for that. Otherwise, everything was fine: clean, comfortable beds, friendly reception staff. Conclusion: For an overnight stay before a flight, it's a good option thanks to its location. But the service and breakfast organization need to be improved to match the standards of other Hampton hotels in the chain. ::: Хорошо, но не без нюансов. Отель расположен отлично — 10 минут пешком до аэропорта, это главный плюс. Для ранних вылетов идеально. Также есть шатл от отеля (для тех, кто с чемоданом), это тоже плюс. Но обслуживание разочаровало. При заезде в двух смежных номерах (по 2 человека в каждом) положили всего один комплект полотенец. Пришлось просить дополнительно. Завтраки — отдельная история. В том же Кракове в других отелях Hampton при большем количестве гостей всё всегда было вовремя и столы полные. А здесь сотрудники не успевали пополнять блюда. Люди стояли в очереди и ждали омлет и другие горячие блюда. Ассортимент итак небольшой, меньше, чем в том же отеле в Кракове и когда пустует — это неприятно. Вечером в ресторане случилась неприятная история с нашим заказом, но сотрудница извинилась и сделала скидку — за это ей отдельное спасибо. В остальном всё хорошо: чисто, кровати удобные, персонал на ресепшене приветливый. Вывод: для ночёвки перед вылетом — вариант хороший благодаря локации. Но сервис и организацию завтраков стоит подтянуть до уровня других отелей сети Hampton."

"Location excellent. My flight was delayed and arrived midnight and I took the 902 bus to the city centre and stopped at stefana batorego which was just 10mins walk to hostel deco. Krakow is so safe that even walking at 1am did not pose any problems nor felt unsafe. The room itself was clean but warm (no fan or ac) in the summer. No shampoo provided in the shower so we had to keep pumping soap from the hand soap dispenser beside the bathroom sink, inconvenient. Prepare to deposit some money (euro or pln) if u need towels but they return the money to u anyway. The night receptionist she was lovely and very accommodating whilst the day male receptionist was quieter. Overall good enough stay, price was great, so will come back but bring toiletries. No elevator so you'll need to carry your luggage through the stairs."

"I wish I could give it a better review because it actually deserves it with the quiet, spacious and clean rooms but my review is based on reality, not on theory. In the days of a heatwave the hotel had no... air conditioning. They didn't even explain the problem, they first told me it's something a technician should see in my room and fix it. If they can't, they will move me to another room. But it was a central A/C, so the probability of problem for only one room was very low. A few hours later when I returned they told me the problem is bigger and they are trying to fix it, it will be OK soon. And the problem is not only with my room, that's why they can't move me to a room with working A/C. Then they didn't fix it and I had to sleep in a sauna, which was not OK. I complained to trip.com and by the morning (they were unable to contact the hotel late in the evening which is another problem with the hotel service) they arranged for me to be moved in the adjacent building which is another hotel by the same owner. Why the hotel couldn't think of that obvious solution... I have no idea. One more reason for my low service rating. And finally, in the new hotel they offered me as a compensation... free access to pool and SAUNA. Thank you, but I already had mine in my room. Really a pity because it was supposed to be a great hotel - and if A/C was working, it would have been."

"The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Needed to follow up with front desk for housekeeping to bring the hairdryer over, but they were patient overall. Breakfast was complimentary but contains a good variety of food. Not very close to the city centre but is good enough if you don’t needto be there."

"it was a nice hotel to stay overall. the only thing i did not like was cleaness because i found some dusts on the desk and the sink. as per the staff, everyone was helpful and warm-welcoming. and the breakfast is a bit expensive but worthwhile to pay for 49 zloty because all the food were fresh and delicious. it is good to have breakfast early in the morning if you have to be in a hurry such as catching a plane or train. besides, the location is very convenient. there is a direct bus to wieliszka salt mine, which is quite far from the city center and stare miasto (the downtown's name in polish) is also close to go due to lots of trams connecting from the hotel. 😆😆 and i personally take into consideration about whether there are stairs even at the entrance due to a heavy suitcase. there are no stairs at the main entrance and 2 lifts are working very well, and no need to worry about bringing the room card key. 😁 and the given password is easy to remember and convenient to get in the room, which can help you travel light. thus, i would like to strongly recommend staying here due to lots of benefits to travel in krakow."

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel overall. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a billiards area, a gym, and a playroom for children, which made the stay enjoyable for both adults and kids. We also really appreciated the availability of drinking water stations on every floor. In the lobby, there was also regular water and detox water available, which was a very nice touch. The restaurant offers a good variety of food options. However, there was one issue with our breakfast order: we ordered a vegetable omelet, but it was served with ham mixed in with the vegetables. Since we specifically ordered a vegetable omelet, we believe the ham should not have been included unless requested or clearly mentioned on the menu. The only major downside for us was the cleanliness. Unfortunately, the cleaning service was not up to the standard we expected and could definitely be improved. Overall, the hotel has many wonderful features and great facilities, but improving the cleanliness and paying more attention to special food orders would make the experience even better."
