Great Service and Comfortable Stay I had a wonderful stay, The receptionists were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I really appreciated being able to check in early, which made my trip much more convenient. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, though the view from my window wasn’t the best. Additionally, the location was a bit farther from the city than I had anticipated, but it was still manageable. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent customer service!

Except that the WiFi is always disconnected and the location is a bit far, everything else is good. It is a quasi-five-star standard in China, the room is big enough, and it has everything you need, such as a hardware safe and refrigerator. The bed is very comfortable to sleep on, with just the right softness and hardness.

The room has nothing to say, must live in the black suite, other room types are just like. There is a party on the first floor of the hotel on weekends, which is open until 2:30. It is very disturbing to the people ... If you care, be careful to book.

Hotel is pretty decent for the price. In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.

The location is very good, very close to the old town tourist area, a ten-minute walk. The hotel is quite new, the price is good, and there is a 24-hour Carrefour supermarket next to it, which has everything. There are also some restaurants within a ten-minute walk. It takes more than 20 minutes to take a taxi to the airport. It is a very cost-effective business hotel

The room has a beautiful view and a balcony. The facilities are complete and the transportation is convenient. It is only a 15-minute walk from the center of Zakopane. It is worth recommending! The Ocean Eye is worth a visit!

We were only at the hotel for one night for a flight, a comfortable mand, about 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel is located in Kraków. Industrial Zone. Suitable for people who have a car. There is paid parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful.🙏

Clean, spacious and convenient, but expect to carry your luggage up the staircases for one floor

Always come here, it is our favourite hotel in Krakow and has good acces to the city center, the traveler type is really for anyone, families, couples, businesses travellers, brilliant rooms, good bar, and the service is top notch. Would highly recommend.
